蛇蟠岛位于浙江台州三门县三门湾内，因“千年采石遗千洞”而被称为“千洞岛”。全岛由1300多个姿态各异的古采石洞窟构成，是国内规模最大的海岛洞窟景区，也是国家4A级旅游景区[^0^]。岛上无蛇，“蛇蟠”得名于岩体赭红、蜿蜒如蛇的“蛇蟠石”。一、三大核心景点1. 海盗村 国内唯一以“海盗文化”为主题的海岛洞窟景区。城堡式大门悬挂巨锚，广场矗立孙恩、卢循、方国珍、王直、郑芝龙五位中国海盗史代表人物群雕。洞内利用千年采石遗迹，复原藏宝洞、酒窖、2000㎡演艺厅等场景，可沉浸式了解“盗亦有道”的海上江湖[^2^]。2. 野人洞 并非真有野人，而是宋元至清历代采石工匠、岛民乃至海盗的“穴居”遗址。洞中有洞、洞洞相连，保留千年石窗、石臼、石阶梯和巨型瀑布，呈现“洞窟迷宫+石文化博物馆”的双重震撼，被誉为“残山奇迹”。3. 滑泥乐园（滩涂公园） 华东少有的“康体泥文化”主题乐园，分入口服务区、康体休闲区、滩涂运动区。可在退潮后的软泥里挖蛏子、抓跳跳鱼、体验“滩涂跑马”，适合亲子与团建。

Qiantong is a quaint town with the locals working to promote their culture and experience. The main stretch is occupied by many cafes and Chinese craft stores.

景区很大，进门是一个大广场，有表演，还有财神与你互动，小朋友很喜欢，晚上，广场中央的龙柱就有龙盘旋而上，而且还有无人机表演，无人机表很震撼，广场再进去左侧边有一个很大的美食街区，有大舞台，表演及与观众互动，接着就需要上台阶，上面有文武财神，和全国最大的财神，我们年初四去的，说要到正式年初五才开放，所以财神的头是用红布遮住的，但景区的夜景也很美，景区门口有工作人员，如你要晚上二次入园，他会在你手背上敲一个显影章，进来时他用特殊光源照一下就显示了，你就可以二次入园了

Il monte Tiantai è davvero un luogo paradisiaco! Entrare nella montagna è come entrare in un'enorme stanza climatizzata naturale. Ovunque si guardi c'è verde; gli alberi sono così fitti che non si riesce nemmeno a vedere il cielo. Le cascate ruggiscono e l'acqua è così limpida che si potrebbe bere direttamente dalle mani. La cosa più sorprendente è la cascata di Shiliang, che precipita proprio sotto un ponte di pietra. Stando lì accanto, gli spruzzi ti colpiscono il viso: è incredibilmente rinfrescante d'estate! Questo luogo vanta anche un ricco patrimonio culturale. Il tempio di Guoqing ha più di mille anni di storia e, pur essendo un luogo di culto popolare, non è affatto commercializzato. I monaci coltivano persino la propria terra. Il susino della dinastia Sui nel tempio è di una bellezza mozzafiato quando è in fiore. La valle di Qiongtan è ancora più spettacolare. Camminando sulla passerella e guardando in basso, si vedono pozze color verde smeraldo ai piedi delle scogliere, proprio come in una scena di un film di arti marziali. Potreste persino incontrare degli immortali! Anche il cibo è fantastico. I germogli di bambù essiccati e i funghi della montagna sono incredibilmente freschi, e i piatti vegetariani nei templi sono persino più deliziosi di quelli a base di carne. Il punto forte è che non è affollato, a differenza di altri luoghi panoramici gremiti di gente. Potete ascoltare in silenzio i suoni del vento e dell'acqua, un'esperienza incredibilmente rilassante. A mio parere, il monte Tiantai è il gioiello più sottovalutato tra le aree panoramiche dello Zhejiang; chi c'è stato lo sa!

作为国保第五批单位，国清寺是值得打卡的。外加周边风景实在有韵味，推荐到天台一定不要错过国清寺。它值一个下午👍

I think this place is super nicely designed, the staff is super nice and helpful pretty much with anything. We took a cab to arrive at the guesthouse and had no trouble finding it. It is a bit uphill so make sure to take the cab to arrive at the spot. A very special tea class is available for purchase, we recommend it for sure… Be ready to have a nice time here! :)

This is the second year that I’ve gone to Disney for Halloween and I loved it again! Even though the parade, songs and decorations are all the same, the costumes are different, as is the merchandise. My friend and I went on a Monday, and the ride wait time was much less than normal. I would’ve liked to have seen more Halloween themed things, but because it’s the 10th anniversary this year those themes were still up. We definitely had a good time, and we go to this location a few times a year, but we would’ve also liked to have seen a little bit more different between this year and last year. Remember that you can bring your own snacks, or you can go outside to Disneytown to eat (keep your ticket), as the food, as usual, inside the park leaves a lot to be desired. It’s a lot of money to spend for something just shaped like a character that tastes just “edible”. I wish that we would’ve actually gone outside of the park this time. Great experience overall though!

13/5/2025 #江南长城 #台州府城墙江南长城即台州府城墙，位于浙江省台州市临海市，是兼具军事防御与防洪功能的古代城墙建筑，被誉为“江南八达岭”。这里是戚继光戚家军台州大捷的地方。现今兴善门、朝天门、揽胜门是三个主出入口。 ​​​我们的队友没有去过万里长城，这里可以热身。一开始比较陡，后面基本平缓，沿途风景秀丽怡人，最后我们还是很累，妥妥走了两万多步，中午吃的都通通消化了。#浙江 #台州 #临海 #自由行 #第5天 #5点后免门票

比较少见的落差很大的瀑布，值得去看看，瀑布下方水雾扑面，非常凉爽，声音轰隆隆也挺震撼，走过瀑布景区后山的栈道也不容错过
