Shortly after booking, I received a WhatsApp confirmation from a local bus company representative, and my seat number was also confirmed, which gave me peace of mind. As the departure date approached, I received a confirmation of the hotel location and pickup time, giving me peace of mind. The bus was clean and stocked with water, pillows, and blankets, making the six-hour journey to Sapa very comfortable and satisfying. There were two restroom breaks. When a hotel staff member at my Hanoi asked me which bus to take out of the several companies, I mentioned this company and they said it was the best. A local person also recommended this company, so if I ever use a sleeper bus again, I'd definitely use HK Busline!★

This was a nice trip, Tung was an excellent guide. She answered all our questions about the history and lifestyle of locals in this area and she was helpful overall. This is time saving option, better than trying to organize/ plan the whole thing. P.s you need a jacket on the top of the mountain and be prepared to climb stairs, but it is totally worth it. Highly recommend.★

The trip went well, everything was on time, and there were no delays. We arrived in Sapa around four-thirty, so we could have stayed on the bus until six. The charging port in my seat didn't work, so they moved me to another seat (but luckily there were empty seats).
