Wat Saman Rattanaram is located in Chacheongsao province in Thailand. This temple houses the giant Phra Pikhanet statue also know as Lord Ganesha (Elephant God). The statue is 17 meters tall and 25 meters long. The temple is especially crowded during weekends and thai public holidays. There is a huge Guan Yin statue in the temple compound and a chinese temple too. To get to this temple, you can book a car from Bangkok or take the mini van from Ekkamai station in Bangkok.

Truly a remarkable experience, Huge area with a lot of beautiful old ancient buildings and the ruins. Highly recommend for couples and tourists who wish to take a photos especially bring a photographer to do it better. Take train up to Kheha and then take a taxi ( will cost you around 100 thb). Inside the ancient city - take the tramp, cart or e bike all are good options and don’t do it by walk. At least keep 5-6 hours for this and a good camera is so essential.

It was nice to visit with the family , the place is very big and worth to see … you can take a Tuk Tuk around the area and you can see multiple temples , if you buy the ticket to visit the Grand Palace you have included also entry to the royal theatre where you can see a nice show . There are some free busses who can take you for free until the theatre from The Grand Palace . All the area is nice to visit ! Very good for families .

Inutile dire che é stato tutto perfetto,dell'accoglienza al cibo,c'era una vastità di pietanze internazionali,i dolci erano squisiti,il coinvolgimento ottimo. Unica pecca ci hanno assegnato un tavolo dove una seduta era coperta completamente dal muro della nave,non vedendo cosi il paesaggio.
