Gentile direzione, Il nostro soggiorno presso il vostro hotel è stato piuttosto deludente e scomodo, con esperienze che vanno da eccellenti a pessime. Il lato positivo è che la posizione dell'hotel è imbattibile, a pochi passi dal Magnificent Mile e proprio accanto alla stazione della metropolitana Red Line. Questo ha reso molto comodo lo shopping, la ristorazione e l'esplorazione delle attrazioni della città. La camera in sé era spaziosa, eccezionalmente pulita e il letto era molto comodo, assicurando una buona notte di sonno. Abbiamo apprezzato i comfort in camera come il mini-frigo, il microonde e la macchina per il caffè, che hanno aggiunto comodità. Tuttavia, la direzione dell'hotel ha lasciato molto a desiderare. Al nostro arrivo verso le 16:00 dell'11 luglio, il personale della reception ha ripetutamente chiesto il mio cognome mentre teneva in mano il mio passaporto canadese, cercando di ottenere informazioni personali dal mio visto cinese. Questo errore ha portato un altro dipendente della reception a chiamarci alle 9:00 del terzo mattino per verificare di nuovo la mia identità con il mio passaporto/carta d'identità. La cosa più frustrante è che durante il nostro soggiorno di quattro notti, la nostra camera non è mai stata pulita. C'era un cartello sulla porta con la scritta ”NO Grazie” stampata su entrambi i lati, il che era fonte di confusione. Anche quando abbiamo appeso il cartello fuori, il personale delle pulizie continuava a bussare alla nostra porta alle 9 del mattino mentre stavamo ancora dormendo. Quando ci è stato detto di tornare più tardi, non sono mai tornati. Nonostante avessimo lasciato la stanza alle 11 del mattino e avessimo ripetutamente informato il personale delle pulizie e la reception che la nostra stanza aveva bisogno di essere pulita, non è mai successo. Inoltre, siamo rimasti senza shampoo. Nonostante avessimo informato la reception la mattina, non era stato rifornito quando siamo tornati la sera. Questo mi ha costretto ad aspettare nella hall per molto tempo per risolvere il problema dopo una giornata stancante di visite turistiche. La sera prima della nostra partenza, sono andato alla reception per condividere le nostre esperienze con due membri dello staff. Ci hanno offerto la colazione come risarcimento, ma di solito non facciamo colazione. Nel complesso, la nostra esperienza in hotel è stata molto negativa. Uno dei motivi principali per cui abbiamo scelto questo hotel è stato il marchio Hilton e questa esperienza mi ha portato a mettere in discussione la reputazione del marchio. The cleanliness is okay. Even though I found some lint in the bathtub. * Extra fee: Also, note the $30 nightly destination fee, which may not be clearly advertised.

This place is excellent if you’re a stressed out business traveler, looking for a good rate, and if you’re willing to manage your own transportation from the airport and back, but the amenities after a long late night arrival waking up the next day, sitting in the hot tub having a swim in the pool and a steam and a sauna along with an icy cold shower afterwards just recharges you after a long business trip, especially if you international like me I wouldn’t necessarily call it family friendly, but it’s definitely good for entrepreneur business travel if you can get a good rate otherwise there are other hotels out there if you can’t get a good rate. The rooms are not specifically special compared to the competition, but it’s an a quieter area and the fitness and aquatic amenities are what makes the difference for me as I have back problems and after a long international flight all I wanna do is get in the hot tub or take a steam or sauna. I’m needing an airport shuttle. I would not recommend this hotel and if you aren’t willing to risk having to pay a premium for a car service or Uber then do not book here. I wish I could stay at this hotel long enough to enjoy all of their amenities as they are really good, but as breakfast is not included, it can be a pricey for what you get when you compare it to other hotels in the area and hotels closer to the airport. Yet as long as I can get a good rate on this hotel, I will keep going back as I frequently travel international for work and just having the peace of the secluded area and the steam room and sauna make it a huge selling feature for me as they really assist my rejuvenation after a long day or more of travel.

L'hotel era in una posizione fantastica. Il personale era utile e professionale. Quando ci siamo arrivati, ci siamo confusi perché il lobby dell'hotel è al secondo piano, ma ci siamo rivolti dove dovevamo andare. Il secchio di capelli nella mia stanza non funzionava, quindi ho fatto sapere al dipartimento di fronte che potevano sostituirlo. L’unica cosa che mi disappuntava un po’ era che il tetto non era disponibile per gli ospiti e solo per le feste private. Penso che sarebbe bello offrire agli ospiti quando il tetto non è affittato.

Our family stay exceeded all expectations and was truly exceptional. The view from the room was stunning, and the location was perfectly situated for convenience. The overall cleanliness was impeccable, reflecting a high standard of care and attention to detail. What stood out the most was the staff’s gracious hospitality and professionalism, which made our stay even more memorable. This hotel delivers a refined and elevated experience, and we would absolutely look forward to returning.

Searched for a motel that was 'pet friendly' and had other features that included a reasonable price for the night. This motel came up and I booked it. There was NOTHING online related to there being any 'pet fee'. Upon check-in, the attendant asked if I had dogs and I responded, 'yes, I have 2...a 40# and an 8#. She then went on to tell me $35/each. I questioned this and she said 'policy'. I asked for a manger, was informed she would be there at 7, and when I came back at 7:30, I was told, 7 the next morning. I spoke with manager in the morning and the manager also stated 'policy'. I asked if we could split it ($35 would still have been too much). I asked if it was their policy to have happy guests and she replied 'yes', then I said she violated policy. My Reasonable $109 room, ended up costing me almost $200 when $70 pet fee was added. I have in the past paid $20 for my dogs, but this is ridiculous! I will NOT be staying with this chain going forward. I should have brought my dogs to the breakfast buffet so I could at least have gotten something for my money.

Great location great view loved the breakfast the down falls that my jetty tub didn't work were supposed to send someone the next day never showed to fix and the bed was comfortable but whatever you have the bed on is a bad idea cause it makes so much noise just when you sit on the bed and need more grip on the porch and in by the pool I fell as it was wet outside on the porch and my son and including other children I had seen fallen by the pool area which kids are gonna get hurt I never recipient the extra stuff I requested when booking my room and false advertisement because the pics did not match up correctly when they showed me for when I booked my room the bedroom was different and was supposed to have couch in room and wasn't and my fireplace didn't work in my room so overall I would stay again if emenities got fixed I was partially satisfied with my stay...

Great location. We had a high floor connecting room so nice view but we were assigned a connecting room and there does not seem to be any sound proofing. We can hear every word said in the room next door and they were talking at 230am!

La stanza non è grande, ma è elegante.Il servizio è buono e il bagaglio è molto conveniente.Il bagaglio è anche molto conveniente.La posizione dell'hotel è molto buona e molte negozi possono essere puliti fuori.La prossima volta a Chicago, la scelta di questa casa sarà sempre buona.
