Filippine: hotel con spa nella provincia di Luzon Centrale

Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto dell'ambiente e della pulizia dell'hotel, ma il servizio alla reception era nella media. Qualcuno bussava alla porta verso le 22:00 o le 23:00. È stato davvero spaventoso... Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto del servizio di sicurezza.

At first they gave us old room, which the smell of room was really off so I asked them if we can get the first room that we experienced 2 weeks ago, receptionist ask me to give additional 500php to upgrade our room and yes we’ve got the first room we experienced. We will keep on coming back as long as we will get the new rooms hehe

L'aeroporto è lontano da un aeroporto chiaro (circa 12 km), ma si può prendere l'amicizia dal suo traffico minore

Overall, my stay was positive. The location is very convenient, and the airport pickup experience was smooth—the driver was especially helpful. Areas for improvement: Check-in consistency: I noticed some inconsistency in how guests were treated during check-in, with foreign visitors receiving more attentive service than locals. Food quality: The taste of some dishes, such as the nachos with cheese, could be improved.

Enjoyed our 2 nights stay in Royce (old tower) although yung room namin walang view unfortunately but the other room has a view of the highway so ok na rin. Breakfast was good we really enjoyed it. Naenjoy din ng mga kids ung pool at free golf cart rides 😄 we will definitely come come back!

Pros: location, parking, valet parking available with fee, front desk service, slide on the pool, friendly staff, great bed, AC is working well. Cons: No exhaust in our bathroom so the whole room smells when use. No spa So little toiletries given The breakfast buffet situation. The worst part of the day is having to wait to get your breakfast. I understand there was a wait. Maybe offer a coffee or a glass of water for the people waiting outside. We got there at 9:07, and saw bunch of guests waiting. So I asked if they can text us once the tables are available (it’s hot outside) Declined. Lady said that we have wait and if we’re not here, then we can’t eat breakfast basically. Finally got in at 9:30. What do you expect? Either cold food for the ones that people don’t like or empty tray for the ones people like to eat. You know, that’s okay. It can be improved. It’s not the staff’s fault. All of them are functioning. But I guess the space cannot accommodate the number of guests.

The hotel is nice, clean, the ambiance is very relaxing, but what I don't understand is that I booked the room for 5 adults but when I requested pillow and blanket for the 5th person I have to pay an addtl 240.00 for the blanket

Amo davvero la posizione dell'hotel e la camera! Prenotammo la stanza per 3 pach, così abbiamo ottenuto un re beg e un sacchetto extra. Ci sorprendevamo che non fosse affatto squarciante. Infatti, la stanza è così spaziosa fino a quando la lavanderia è separata da un bagno, da un bagno e da un bagno, che apprezzo davvero il concetto separato da bagno secco. For the money, not worth it.  Breakfast was dismay, the restaurants were so-so. ****** is mostly empty. Will pay abit more to stay elsewhere next time.

My girlfriend says the bed was very seductive! We also loved the Aqua and the beverages there, too! We even spotted a mermaid swimming in the Aqua moats! 10 stars minus 1 star because there was no Netflix on the TV. My girlfriend said, ”I remember when we stayed at Fields Plaza, and they had Netflix and Youtube on the tv!
