Hotel with good location, newly build with spacious rooms. Great gym as well as the infinity pool at the roof deck. The staff were implacable and service minded from all over, not a negative words on the service as such. The poor part and that was really a disaster, was the breakfast, supper to be Filipino style, but this wasn’t even close. The offer was not worthy this midscale newly build hotel.

Our stay at Royce Hotel was excellent from start to finish. The staff was warm, helpful, and attentive to our needs. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and well-maintained—perfect for families traveling with kids. We especially appreciated the amenities like the cozy beds, hot shower, and reliable Wi-Fi. The location is also ideal—just a short walk to Clark attractions and dining options. We felt safe and relaxed throughout our stay. Definitely recommending this hotel to family and friends, and we’ll be back again soon!

We had a wonderful stay at Widus Hotel in Clark, Pampanga. The hotel was very nice and well-maintained, offering a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere throughout our stay. The food was absolutely awesome—from breakfast to dinner, everything was flavorful and satisfying. The swimming pool was also a highlight, perfect for cooling off and spending quality time with family. What really stood out was the friendly and accommodating staff. Everyone we encountered was courteous, helpful, and made us feel welcome. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend Widus Hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and enjoyable stay in Clark.

Anche il colazione era davvero buono e la vista dal loro ristorante al tetto è sorprendente. Le camere erano pulite e si sorprendeva che circa la grande dimensione della loro camera. Il letto di grande dimensione e la doccia erano massicci! Prenoterò di nuovo se vado a Clark. Grazie! Non c'erano molte foto della stanza perché non lo faccio davvero, ma credo che le foto fornite vi daranno un'idea di quanto l'hotel sia pulito e quanto sia massiccio il letto.

La posizione geografica dell'hotel è conveniente, il frigorifero è molto freddo e il frigorifero è fondamentalmente molto freddo. Il personale di servizio è amichevole, ma c'è un bagno con un rumore insufficiente all'interno dell'hotel. Il volume di aria fredda della finestra è grande e il rumore della porta non è buono. this hotel has exceptional service and the staff is amazing.  From the outside you wonder where the nice pictures came from, then inside you see a great retreat away from the city and craziness on the outside.

Buffet is superb. Expresso or latte included. Best cheese and variety of dishes but the same kind in every stay. Rooms are clean. Mattress is brand new, enjoy floppy pillows. Free Welcome drinks and very quiet location. Express checkin and checkout. No hastle. But How come clark room rates are higher than in north edsa? The pool is heated and clean

Overall, we had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient as it was near everything. The amenities were also close to complete, if not complete -- it had a pool, function room, restaurants, fitness center, etc... Although breakfast was just average, we really enjoyed dining at Legend Hong Kong Seafood Restaurant, which was located within the hotel. Everything they served was delicious. As for the rooms, it was spacious enough to accommodate two, maybe even three, people. The hotel was considerate enough to grant us a late check-out to compensate for the delay in giving us our rooms for check-in. We appreciated this gesture very much. We'll definitely be back.

Buon servizio e buona squadra alberghiera, buon cibo e buona posizione per rilassarsi l'unica cosa che penso che debba essere migliorata è la zona di doccia ad toilette, il pavimento di doccia è catturare l'acqua senza scarpe, per questo è impossibile utilizzare il bagno senza ottenere la tua gamba è bagnata.

We booked the room with the breakfast but it wasn't recorded properly. We had a bit of inconvenience trying to show the booking details again to get the breakfast but the front office personnel was able to resolve it well. I hope there will be a better way of coordinating with Trip.com and the hotel itself.
