Filippine: hotel con spa nella provincia di Luzon Centrale

Il personale è molto utile, amichevole e lieto.L'area di lobby è ben attrezzata con un sacco di posti a sedere mentre si aspetta un taxi o un trucco. La sala da pranzo è piccola, la piscina è piccola, il ristorante e la zona bar sono una buona dimensione che serve buon cibo. Purtroppo il colazione è un po 'disappunto se si arriva a mangiare più tardi di 0930. .. È possibile ottenere un po 'di colazione cucinato per ordinare. La stanza era grande con alcuni buoni accessori: ferro, tavolo da letto, cassaforte, mutandine e vestiti. La doccia ha un buon approvvigionamento di acqua calda. Io resterei qui di nuovo.

We booked this hotel for an overnight stay specifically for my husband's commencement exercise. After the ceremony, it was a pleasure to return to such a welcoming place. The staff was exceptionally accommodating, which we greatly appreciated since we have a daughter with autism. A huge plus was the fast internet, making it easy for me to work remotely! Breakfast was decent, but I'll skip the corn beef next time. I regret that our stay was so brief, but we are definitely planning to come back soon for a proper staycation!

I had a wonderful stay at Palette Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were very welcoming, polite, and attentive, making sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and had all the essentials for a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the cozy ambiance and the attention to detail in both cleanliness and comfort. The location is also very convenient, close to key spots in the area, yet still peaceful enough for a good night’s rest. The service was consistently excellent — from quick responses to requests to the warm smiles that made the experience even more pleasant. Overall, Palette Hotel exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and hospitable place to stay. I’ll definitely come back on my next trip!

La vostra calda ospitezza, attenzione e dedizione al servizio supera le nostre aspettative. Tutti i dettagli, dalla pulizia delle camere alla cortese sorriso del desk front, ci hanno resi preziosi e a casa.Grazie per aver creato un ambiente così accogliente. Ci aspettiamo di tornare e consigliamo felicemente il vostro hotel a amici e familiari.

Enjoyed our 2 nights stay in Royce (old tower) although yung room namin walang view unfortunately but the other room has a view of the highway so ok na rin. Breakfast was good we really enjoyed it. Naenjoy din ng mga kids ung pool at free golf cart rides 😄 we will definitely come come back!

Pros: location, parking, valet parking available with fee, front desk service, slide on the pool, friendly staff, great bed, AC is working well. Cons: No exhaust in our bathroom so the whole room smells when use. No spa So little toiletries given The breakfast buffet situation. The worst part of the day is having to wait to get your breakfast. I understand there was a wait. Maybe offer a coffee or a glass of water for the people waiting outside. We got there at 9:07, and saw bunch of guests waiting. So I asked if they can text us once the tables are available (it’s hot outside) Declined. Lady said that we have wait and if we’re not here, then we can’t eat breakfast basically. Finally got in at 9:30. What do you expect? Either cold food for the ones that people don’t like or empty tray for the ones people like to eat. You know, that’s okay. It can be improved. It’s not the staff’s fault. All of them are functioning. But I guess the space cannot accommodate the number of guests.

The hotel is nice, clean, the ambiance is very relaxing, but what I don't understand is that I booked the room for 5 adults but when I requested pillow and blanket for the 5th person I have to pay an addtl 240.00 for the blanket

The staff were friendly and accommodation, and the location is especially convenient if you’re attending events in the area. Uno dei miglioramenti è il processo di check-in: dal momento che il nostro soggiorno ha coinciso con un periodo di picco dovuto alle conferenze, il desk front sembrava un po' sovraccarico. Sarebbe utile se l'hotel potesse razionalizzare in anticipo le assegnazioni di camere durante le stagioni occupate per garantire un check-in più semplice e più veloce per tutti gli ospiti. Nonostante ciò, ci siamo davvero goditi del nostro soggiorno e sicuramente scegliere Park Inn Clark di nuovo. Molto consigliato!

Room is spacious, they serve good food, very nice hotel, very high end, perfect for tourist and business travellers. It is a little expensive though. What I love about this hotel is the gym. It is good. Staff are very nice also.

Amazing hotel that has everything you need. Love the rooftop bar/club pool area especially for days when you don't want to go far to have a great time. Food was amazing and the spa and gym area kept me coming back for more treatments and great workouts to work off the extra food. Highly recommend this location as it's in a great spot accross from the mall or for those that want to explore the area with a lot of things in walking distance. Loved it so much I've already booked it again for my next return trip.
