Giappone: hotel con spa nella provincia di Prefettura di Okinawa

È la seconda volta che soggiorno in questo hotel in 2 anni. Posizione: 8/10 L'hotel si trova nel cuore dell'isola di Okinawa, nella zona di Onna. L'aeroporto di Naha dista circa 50-55 minuti di auto. Alcuni ristoranti locali e Lawson si trovano a circa 5-10 minuti a piedi dall'hotel. La posizione non ha nulla che non vada, visto che l'abbiamo scelta noi. Servizio: 10/10 Abbiamo prenotato l'accesso alla Club Lounge con check-in express e snack durante il giorno. Non ci sono parole per descrivere il servizio: i sorrisi sono ovunque e sono sempre benvenuti da tutti in hotel. Per sottolineare una cosa: abbiamo avuto bisogno di un cacciavite per aprire la piccola custodia del giocattolo di mio figlio, il personale è stato così gentile da trovarmene uno, e non credo che un hotel debba aiutarmi per una richiesta del genere. È stato fantastico! La posizione è comodissima. Il posto è molto pittoresco. I prodotti cosmetici in camera sono di alta qualità (Byredo). Il mare è cristallino. Non c'è molta gente. I lettini sono sufficienti per tutti. Il servizio è molto buono. Torneremo la prossima volta.

Location The hotel is conveniently situated on a side street just off the main road. It’s a quiet spot but offers easy access to nearby restaurants. Service Issues • Poor Communication: I arrived an hour before the 3:00 PM check-in time. While I understood that early check-in wasn't available, the staff directed me to a small, uncomfortable bench at entrance of restaurant to wait. It was pouring rain outside, and the seating was so poor I eventually chose to go out into the rain just to kill time. I later discovered a proper reception area with comfortable seating on the 11th floor—I wish the staff had directed me there instead of the hallway. • Misleading Incentives: The hotel provides an information card stating that guests receive a 1,000 credits for skipping room cleaning. I opted out twice during my first stay but never received the credit. When I returned for a second stay and inquired about it, the receptionist told me that since I had already checked out, there was ”no proof” the room wasn't cleaned no credit can be provided. It’s small, but the lack of accountability felt deceptive. Room Quality On a positive note, the rooms are very spacious, which made the physical stay quite comfortable

Abbiamo soggiornato qui 4 giorni per la nostra luna di miele. In fase di check-in abbiamo deciso di aggiungere il pacchetto lounge che comprende la camera vista mare. Consigliamo questo pacchetto anche se costa un po’ di più perché include i seguenti servizi: lettini spiaggia (altrimenti a pagamento 3300jpy), semplice colazione nella lounge (caffè, brioches, frutta, succhi, caffetteria) che vi permette così ti tenere il ticket valido per colazione/pranzo per il pranzo al ristorante Corallo. Si può decidere altrimenti di avere la colazione in camera. Le camere sono molto pulite, curate e dotate di ogni servizio. Con il servizio lounge ci sono snack, bibite analcoliche durante il giorno e dalle ore 17:30 alle 20:00 anche bibite alcoliche. (Birre in bottiglia, vino alla spina, liquori..) Il pranzo a buffet è molto vario e abbondante con i cuochi che fanno alcune cotture a vista (tempura, cerne di angus, noodles..) Ci sono due ristoranti all’interno dell’hotel. Uno a buffet e uno alla carta. La spiaggia ha una zona recintata anche in mare che vi permette di fare il bagno tranquilli senza il pericolo di incontrare pesci velenosi. Il bagno in mare si può fare fino alle ore 18. Il mare è davvero molto bello, la vista dalla camera fantastica. Il personale è sempre gentile e disponibile anche se non parla molto inglese. Nella via principale si possono trovare ristorantini per la sera e alcuni supermercati. Se si vuole esplorare l’isola serve una macchina ma per arrivare all’hotel c’è il servizio shuttles bus pubblico se si ferma a Tiger Beach (a 200m dall’hotel). Per il ritorno in aeroporto è possibile usare questo servizio oppure quello a pagamento fornito dall’hotel.

The hospitality extended by every member of the staff was not just excellent—it was extraordinary. Their warmth and attentiveness are what truly set Hoshinoya apart. Although my tight travel schedule only allowed for a one-night stay, and I sadly missed out on the many indigenous activities the front desk staff enthusiastically recommended, the experience was still deeply fulfilling. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the breathtaking scenery. Watching the sunset from my room was pure serenity—I could have sat there for hours, soaking in the view without ever growing tired. But what truly touched me was the care shown to my family, especially our 3-month-old infant. Before our arrival, I had informed the hotel via email that we’d be traveling with our baby. To our amazement, they had not only prepared a cozy cot but also thoughtfully provided all the cleaning essentials for baby bottles. It was a level of consideration that far exceeded our expectations—something we’ve never encountered at any other hotel. One moment that remains vivid in my memory was when a staff member, herself a mother, kindly helped us carry our stroller and luggage up to our second-floor room. Later that evening, while dining at Bellezza—the hotel’s exquisite fine-dining restaurant—our baby fell asleep, and the staff graciously brought out a cradle so he could rest comfortably. I was genuinely moved. What other fine-dining restaurant would offer such heartfelt service? Bellezza, without a doubt, stands alone. 🌟 In the end, what made our stay so memorable wasn’t just the stunning views or luxurious amenities—it was the exceptional professionalism and genuine kindness of the staff. They made our brief visit feel like a homecoming, and for that, I am truly grateful!

Un hotel molto grande, pulito e bellissimo. Puoi vedere delfini, razze e persino tartarughe marine nell'hotel (da vicino). Ha anche una spiaggia e una piscina private. C'è anche un negozio di souvenir al primo piano conveniente Inoltre, ci sono zuppa di noodle e colazione a buffet nella hall. Il riso al curry e gli hamburger di hot dog venduti a bordo piscina sono entrambi deliziosi! I prodotti da bagno forniti in camera sono molto profumati ~ Inoltre, poiché il mio ragazzo ha tatuaggi sulle mani e si è dimenticato di portare le maniche, inizialmente non poteva andare in piscina e in spiaggia. Più tardi, un membro dello staff ci ha aiutato a prendere in prestito un Giacca a maniche lunghe dell'hotel per poter giocare ad Water, l'atteggiamento di ogni dipendente nei confronti del servizio è davvero ottimo!

Hotel Nikko Alivila in Yomitan has a beautiful setting that’s hard to fault. The Spanish-inspired architecture, ocean views and direct beach access give it a relaxed resort atmosphere that feels distinctly different from city hotels in Okinawa. The grounds are well maintained, the pools are lovely, and service is warm and polished in that understated Japanese way. That said, I would rate it 4/5. While everything is clean and well kept, the rooms are beginning to show their age and could benefit from a refresh. By Japanese standards it remains perfectly comfortable, but it doesn’t feel as modern or newly renovated as many newer resorts elsewhere in Asia. Still, a charming and scenic stay overall.

Hotel meraviglioso, la struttura è direttamente sulla spiaggia con una spiaggia privata e una piscina molto bella le camere sono spaziosissime e molto tranquille. La nostra camera si affacciava direttamente sul mare ed era veramente bella. I ristoranti sono molto buoni e costo non è eccessivo. La prossima volta che verrò a Okinawa sicuramente soggiornerò in questo hotel. L’unico problema è che non è facile muoversi a Okinawa se non hai una macchina, ma questo non dipende dall’Hotel.

Ho trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso, reso ancora più speciale dalle attenzioni del personale dell'hotel. Il personale è stato cordiale, caloroso e accogliente, garantendo un check-in impeccabile e facendomi sentire come a casa. Il momento clou del mio soggiorno è stata la vista mozzafiato dalla camera: era assolutamente mozzafiato e ha reso la mia esperienza ancora più memorabile. Inoltre, l'hotel mi ha sorpreso con un piccolo regalo di compleanno, un gesto davvero premuroso e commovente! Ho davvero apprezzato lo sforzo extra per rendere speciale la mia festa.
