Indonesia: hotel con spa nella provincia di Giava Orientale

Easy access to Surabaya biggest tourist spot, the Jalan Tunjungan.Very nice location, no noise. But I felt that the hotel was a bit dark. It was just my preference. I like bright alleys and rooms.

Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast variety is good. Getting to the room is confusing at the start (lift at hidden area, need to go up, walk across the bridge and take another lift to go up again), LG and level 3 is the same. 2 restaurants on site where the food is quite good. Not walkable to anywhere, quite convenient using grab each time though.

Words can't describe the kindness, attention to detail and, politeness of the staff. The breakfast was simply delicious and offered a lot of variety. We had the most amazing stay. Extremely clean. Close enought to the airport :)

Forse l'unica denuncia su questo hotel, solo il custode, hanno davvero fatto la pulizia così presto a 09.00 am, battere la porta, e dopo 1PM stanno pulendo con ”magica” ma non hanno funzionato hahahahahaa ... La stanza è ancora sporca e sporca

Quite a busy hotel...or maybe happened to be on that days that I was there? Lifts are very slow. Rooms are quite clean. Although the space in the bathroom was really tiny and unable to put toiletries anywhere in the bathroom (no space/ table on the basin)

Ho avuto un piacevole soggiorno all'hotel detto. Mi è stata data una sorpresa alla porta della mia stanza, portandomi una piccola torta di compleanno e cantando canzone di compleanno. La cosa che può migliorare è l'armadio, che ha un odore strano. Forse la gestione può guardarla. Grazie.

Ho avuto un'esperienza incredibile al Bumi Surabaya City Resort, e non posso raccomandare questo hotel abbastanza! Nestled in un lussuoso giardino situato nel cuore di Surabaya,ottimo servizio e bellissimo ambiente. Le camere spaziose offrono una vista fantastica della città, che offre una combinazione perfetta di relax e lusso. Mi è piaciuto in particolare il ricco buffet per colazione, con una bella selezione di piatti locali e internazionali, tutti freschi e deliziosi. Inoltre, le strutture dell'hotel hanno una bella piscina circondata da un'ampia coltivazione, due corti da tennis, un spa e un massaggio, perfetto per il relax dopo un giorno di esplorazione della città. La vera ospitalità del personale era stata espressa, tutti amichevoli, benvenuti e disposti a garantire che il mio soggiorno fosse piacevole. L'atmosfera è stata rilassata, rendendola un luogo ideale per i viaggiatori di attività e di svago. È il mio secondo soggiorno a Bumi Surabaya e sono ansioso di tornare in futuro. Se stai cercando una miscela di comfort e fascino a Surabaya, questo è il posto per essere!

We found the location excellent. The pick up and drop off for travellers a very good service. Our room was comfortable and clean, all the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast menu has a wide range of options. We used Swiss Belinn each time we passed through Surabaya and that would indicate that we found it excellent value.

valutato eccellente posizione servizio servizi pulizia ma pulizia da tenere d'occhio sulla quantità di articoli da toeletta come shampoo, balsamo e lozione - ha 2 set invece di 1 per coppia e contenuto completo piuttosto porzione. Istruzioni da visualizzare dove è nascosto il pannello luminoso.

very recommended for family trip, the room clean, friendly staffs with great services, the breakfast delicious with many variations menu, will be back again once we visit banyuwangi
