Indonesia: hotel con spa nella provincia di Giava Orientale

Il servizio è stato eccellente; è il miglior hotel di Surabaya. Il centro commerciale al piano inferiore è molto comodo e si può persino fare shopping da Pop Mart e acquistare Labubu (un popolare articolo di moda per bambini). È stato probabilmente l'hotel più economico e al tempo stesso più soddisfacente in cui ho soggiornato durante tutto il mio viaggio in Indonesia. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

Stanza fantastica con un bel ambiente turistico. La stanza era pulita e confortevole, e la posizione è molto conveniente, poiché il safari è appena vicino. Ci è stata davvero piacevole l'atmosfera rilassante e abbiamo avuto un grande soggiorno familiare. Lo consiglierei sicuramente!

Hotel semplice e un po' datato, popolare tra i viaggiatori locali perché vicino (10 minuti a piedi) a Tunjungan Plaza. La camera ha un aspetto trasandato. Asciugamani vecchi. Il materasso è vecchio e si affossava quando ci si sdraiava sopra, causandomi mal di schiena. Ho chiesto che venisse cambiato, ma anche quello nuovo era morbido. La palestra era una piccola stanza con alcuni pesi liberi, un attrezzo multifunzione, una panca e due macchine per il riscaldamento. Il pavimento in moquette probabilmente non è stato aspirato una volta. La moquette del corridoio è molto vecchia, sporca e strappata in alcuni punti. La colazione a buffet era così così.

The food quality was solid, and the local flavors were genuinely delicious. But my absolute favorite part of the morning was the outdoor breakfast area, where they offer fish feeding. Watching the fish move gracefully through the water while enjoying breakfast was incredibly calming and set a beautiful, soothing tone for the day. 🌱 Areas for Growth: Service & Sustainability To truly elevate this hotel to a 5-star luxury standard, there are two areas I’d love to see improve: Eco-Friendly Amenities: In a pristine destination like Banyuwangi, sustainability matters. Currently, the hotel is still using single-use plastic containers for bathroom amenities. Shifting toward refillable dispensers or biodegradable alternatives would align beautifully with the natural essence of the area. Staff Guidance: The young team members have incredible potential and are clearly eager, but they just need a bit more structured guidance and hospitality training. With the right leadership, this passionate young staff could easily turn good service into an exceptional guest experience. 🗺️ The Verdict Overall, I will absolutely come back! There is so much promise here, and I have high hopes that the team will take this constructive feedback to heart and continue to polish their service. The hotel was not 100% ready yet when i went there. So some activities wasn’t ready too. Ambience is good, service also good too. Breakfast was average. Hope it will get better when its 100% ready

This is actually a VERY COOL hotel. As someone who LOVE vintage things, I really appriciate this place. From their historical front building, their vintage styled room, all took me back to the 90s to early 2000. The NOSTALGIA 🥺. When I was little, my grandpa and grandma used to take me travel and stayed at hotels. So hotels like these have a special place in my heart. Unfortunately, it looked like they really cut down the budget. Although they gave a very cheap price for their room (not more than IDR 250K including breakfast), on WEEKENDS?? But the towels were not white anymore and felt thin (not like other hotel towels), the sheets had tough spots, and no shower cap. But I loveddd the lemongrass soap and shampoo, and they were in dispensers so less plastic waste. The breakfast was really sad. It was nice when I stayed here around a couple of years ago. But this time it was worse. Not too many options and looked empty. Really felt like they didn't put much effort. Well, what do you expect for that price? And I understand they might be in a very tight budget. I noticed they added a ”Mini Zoo” signage. A staff warned me that there were not many animals yet. But I decided to go see it. Turned out it was located in the side of the parking road (but outdoor), there were fishes and a big avian animal (like chicken but different, I don't know what it was). And some parakeets in two separate cages, they were all dead 😭😭 I told a staff and they quickly removed the dead birds. Good idea but poor execution. But anyways, location was top. Just a few meters across the street, there was a bus stop and you can hop on the Suroboyo Bus to go anywhere. And the hotel itself was in a main street of a hot destination (Old Town Surabaya), with historical buildings complex, also with the chinatown nearby. I really hope they can survive this economy storm. I really love this hotel 🥺.

Great service from Adit at the front desk! It was our first time there and he was very welcoming and personally showed us how to navigate through the hotel. We would have most likely gotten lost otherwise. Breakfast buffet was delicious, tho it can get a bit chaotic. The rooms were clean for the most part. There is some black mold on the curtains in the bathroom. My room had a great view of the garden. The spa was very relaxing and the masseuse was great! Overall, it was a good experience and would stay there again, but please clean the mold in the rooms

La posizione è molto buona, le camere non sono molto spaziose ma pulite. Il bagno è piccolo ma lo scaldabagno funziona bene. La connessione Wifi è fluida ma la scrivania è troppo piccola per un laptop e un bollitore. Ma nessun problema. C'è anche un servizio di parcheggio gratuito. Il problema era che l'aria condizionata nella nostra camera 9012 (soggiorno dal 9 al 24 aprile) non funzionava normalmente, siamo arrivati ​​solo di notte dopo essere tornati a casa, ma aspettavamo da molto tempo ma non faceva freddo. Alla fine lo staff tecnico è venuto a controllare e ad aggiungere freon all'aria condizionata esterna, dopodiché la temperatura della stanza è diventata un po' fredda ma non così fredda come dovrebbe essere 😢 ma poiché era già sera non volevamo cambiare stanza. Per il menu della colazione compreso così così, i bambini di 5 anni pagano 50.000 IDR, a differenza del solito, i bambini di 5 anni sono comunque gratuiti. Non c'è una piscina per bambini, solo una piscina per adulti con una profondità di 120 cm. E purtroppo apre solo alle 10, dopo l'ora della colazione (forse perché è sullo stesso piano). E chiude alle 17:00. Si spera che i servizi e le strutture vengano ulteriormente migliorati, in particolare l'aria condizionata e la piscina. 👌

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The facilities were excellent everything was well maintained, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The view was truly breathtaking and made our experience even more memorable. What stood out the most was the exceptional hospitality. Every member of the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived until we checked out. We had an amazing experience and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay!
