Il soggiorno a Shangri-La Surabaya è stato un'esperienza eccezionale dall'inizio al termine. Il servizio era caldo e professionale ogni membro del personale è andato sopra e oltre per assicurarci che ci sentissimo benvenuti e curati. La stanza era spaziosa, pulita e elegantemente arredata con un perfetto equilibrio di comfort e lusso. La vista dalla stanza era anche un plus, offrendo un paesaggio tranquillo che si sentiva rilassante dopo un lungo giorno. La colazione è stata un'enfasi, dalla varietà dei preferiti locali indonesiani ai piatti occidentali e asiatici.La zona della piscina e l'ambiente lussuoso giardino rendevano facile dimenticare che era in mezzo a una città occupata. Localizzazione, è convenientemente vicino ai centri, ristoranti e strada principale, ma l'hotel stesso si sente come una fuga tranquilla. Sicuramente consigliere Shangri-La Surabaya a chiunque cerca un'esperienza di cinque stelle con vera ospitalità.

We spent a few nights in Surabaya for work, and it was our first visit to the city. The hotel was very comfortable, with a spacious bed that easily accommodated two adults and my 7-year-old. The room itself was quite roomy and included a sofa, which was a nice touch for extra seating. I made good use of the gym facilities, which had plenty of cardio machines, dumbbells up to 20 kg, and a cable machine—enough for my workout needs. The pool was a decent size and even included a baby pool. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a good selection of food and drinks. Overall, my family was happy with our stay and would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a mid-priced option. It had easy access to taxi services, several restaurants nearby, and was not too far from Ciputra Mall.

I originally booked one of the renovated rooms and there is a bit of fiasco in the first day when I came back to the room it just reeked of raw sewage, almost like a pipe it exploded, and I immediately called housekeeping who sprayed but said that they would move me to a different suite which is the one in the photos. This is one of the more expensive suites and it’s basic and similar in comparison to the renovated suite. However, renovated suite looks like it was renovated back in 1990s as the other suite was much nicer and more modern Overall, the service was fantastic. The food in the breakfast was delicious. The pool is nice. I’ll be at a little quiet and overall it’s a great location if you wanna go out to different sites or if you just wanna cruise the mall or do some quick shopping 

Room is spacious and mattress is hard enough. Breakfast spread is exceptional and staff are all excellent, especially the house keeping ones. Only drawback is many guests are smoking and vaping everywhere in the hotel, got to keep inhaling second hand smoke while swimming in hotel pool:(

The hotel is very comfortable and the receptionist and other employees are also very friendly. The place is very close to tourist attractions in Surabaya city. Located in the middle of the city too, so you can get access to any place

What stood out most was the exceptional service – the team went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, always with a smile. The breakfast buffet was also fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The location is perfect, close to everything yet peaceful enough for a relaxing getaway. Overall, it exceeded my expectations in every way, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and outstanding hospitality.

Really enjoyed my stay at Swiss-Belinn Tunjungan! The location is perfect—right in the heart of the city and just across the street from a shopping mall. We loved being able to walk around and explore nearby restaurants and street food stalls. It was fun discovering a local market about 10–15 minutes away with some charming souvenir stores. Highly recommend for a convenient and comfortable stay!

The location was very good. The hotel is quite clean, but the facilities are limited to basic necessities. The food was okay. The service of the staff is very good. I think overall it's worth the price.
