Coupl We had a fantastic stay at the Kempinski and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The hotel is perfectly located, with a stunning view of the lake, which was especially enchanting at night. Watching the moonlight dance on the water while relaxing at the hotel was truly magical. The staff were so warm and accommodating, but we’d like to give a special mention to Scott. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and his friendly nature really made us feel at home. Breakfast was a real treat. The buffet had a great variety of options, and we were always excited to see what was on offer each morning. We particularly loved the apple oatmeal – it became a must-have for us during our stay! One of the highlights of the trip was strolling around the lake together. It was so peaceful and refreshing, and the scenic walk added such a lovely touch to our mornings. All in all, our stay at Kempinski was perfect. We left feeling relaxed, well-fed, and grateful for the amazing service and beautiful surroundings. We highly recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with top-notch service and views to match!

酒店位置極佳，周邊環境好，一牆之隔就是温泉公園。出行打車非常方便，主要景點20元以內都能搞定。離福州火車站也很近。 設施：雖然是福州的老牌酒店，但是因為19年裝修的，設施都很好用。房間大，燈很多是我喜歡的。 服務：親和熱情，感覺很不錯。對老年人友好。

The location is superb, and they give you souvenirs for your stay if you book through trip. but that was it. The facilities are old, which is pretty much expected. Hotel Service was soso. One of their staff was rude, while the others were nice. So I cant say its excellent service. Given the miscommunication between Trip.com and the hotel, the room type i booked actually only has internal view or no view at all. The details on trip said it's city view, so I was expecting to see some nice views of Quanzhou when i went into the room. Much to my dismay, all i see are blocks (picture attached). As the hotel is old, their lighting system is dark. Additionally, the views are blocked, so the room is even darker. I managed to change to another room, but still, no nice view. With all disappointment, I reflected my situation to Trip com CS and they are very responsive and helpful. They changed the description for this room type in just a few days.

La struttura è molto bella e grande! La camera davvero spaziosa, pulita e con una bella vista Unica pecca la colazione, poca scelta e un po’ scarsa anche come quantità. Sicuramente da migliorare

The hotel is quite old (can tell from the furniture and interior design) but the rooms are clean and the beds are comfy. The location is great, short distance to ferry terminal to visit gulangyu and a subway station located outside the hotel. Breakfast selection may be limited for a 5-star hotel but the options are still satisfactory.

Inoltre, la struttura della stanza era molto pratica e agevole, con un sistema logico ed efficiente di attrezzatura. In conclusione, siamo molto soddisfatti della nostra selezione e ritorneremmo incondizionatamente a questo hotel in qualsiasi futura visita alla città.

Non male, qualità intercontinentale online, i piatti ed i servizi del ristorante cinese sono molto buoni, si può gustare del cibo delizioso senza uscire, ci sono anche piatti al vapore tra cui scegliere, giusto in tempo per pranzare mentre si aspetta la camera. La stanza è relativamente grande, ma il bagno è progettato con un lavandino singolo e il bagno non ha il lavandino. Tutto il resto è abbastanza buono. PS, la colazione è OK, ci sono noodles locali tra cui scegliere e accanto alle bevande al caffè sono posizionati bicchieri di carta usa e getta. È bello prendere un drink prima di uscire.

We loved this place and would definitely return! The location is at the border of the national park so you can just walk everyday there. The rooms were very spacious and the place was very clean. Downside: no western breakfast

Kempinski è sempre una scelta affidabile dell'hotel. Purtroppo, la prenotazione attraverso trip.com ci ha impedito di godere di qualsiasi vantaggio di adesione alla GHA Discovery al check-in che era deludente. Il colazione, anche se ancora grande, non includeva la varietà che ho goduto in altri hotel Kempinski. Il servizio era tuttavia molto attento, amichevole e notabile - rendendo il soggiorno memorabile.
