Il servizio di piccolo tavolo della reception è eccellente, tutto il processo sorridente, paziente e professionale, gestire il soggiorno super veloce, e aiutarmi a aggiornare attivamente, giocare intorno, ricordare attentamente le cose, c'è una risposta al problema secondi e i dettagli sono pieni. L'ambiente dell'hotel è elegante, la stanza è pulita e confortevole, le strutture sono complete, la zuppa di salsa è molto confortevole, il servizio di Xiao Xiaogang rende l'intera esperienza più calda. Deve essere elogiato da cinque stelle. La prossima volta che vengo a Fuzhou, scegliere qui!

This is a very good hotel. It is right next to the shopping mall, so restaurants and coffee shops are everywhere. We really appreciated the friendly front desk staff getting us an upgraded room. It is spacious, cleaned, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we need. We love their long and cleaned pool. It’s perfect for lap swimmers. Definitely we will recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

My stay at Lohkah Isle was magical. From the moment I booked, the team made me feel genuinely cared for. No detail was too big, no gesture was too small. Every request was attended to with such warmth, kindness, and incredible promptness. A special thank you to Isak, Leo, Yuki, and Harlan. You are the heart and soul of this beautiful hotel. Isak welcomed us personally at the pier when we arrived at Gulangyu, and to my surprise, he was also the one who escorted us all the way back to Xiamen at the end of our stay — taking the ferry with us and helping us with all our luggage. He prepared mosquito repellent and medicine before our tour, wet wipes before we depart, always on hand with umbrella for us to beat the heat. That level of care is rare and deeply touching. All the butlers were very sincere and passionate. We have no words. We feel truly blessed to meet all of them. The property itself was immaculate — serene, elegant, and as uniquely charming as a Lohkah hotel can be. Lohkah remains my favourite hotel brand in China, not because of the architecture alone, but because of the people who bring these beautiful spaces to life. I will never forget the sweetness of this team: preparing a lovely tiramisu cake for my birthday, picking us up from a tea store when we got lost on the island, and accompanying us to the most beautiful sunset spots in Gulangyu. They made us feel less like guests and more like dear friends visiting from afar. Isak, Yuki, Leo, and Harlan — thank you for making our stay so remarkable, lovely, and unforgettable. Questa volta ho soggiornato al Wuyishan Berna Hotel per 2 notti. L'esperienza è stata positiva. Lasciate che ve la condivida: La posizione è ottima, proprio sulla strada principale di Dawangfeng Road, comoda per gli spostamenti; c'è un parcheggio esclusivo nel cortile sul retro; il personale alla reception è cordiale e premuroso, aiutando a pianificare l'itinerario; upgrade gratuito della camera, camera spaziosa e pulita, biancheria da letto confortevole, servizi completi, ad esempio: ci sono abbastanza ganci in bagno, cosa che molti hotel a cinque stelle potrebbero non essere in grado di fare, pollice in su! [L'unico inconveniente] 1. In realtà ci sono diversi tipi di colazione, ma non sono abbastanza raffinati. Il caffè è solubile, non macinato fresco, e i noodles e le uova vengono serviti in una caffettiera intera, non appena cotti; 2. L'isolamento acustico della camera non è buono e il rumore del decollo e dell'atterraggio degli aerei è molto forte, soprattutto nella seconda metà della notte; chi ha il sonno leggero dovrebbe prenderlo in considerazione.

Love the place, the location and the staffs. Very friendly and helpful. But the reason I dropped a star for service is that upon check in, we were not explained about all the inclusions in our booking. Hence, we missed out on all the included activities like the spa vouchers and photography with traditional costumes. And when we booked the bamboo rafting, we weren’t told the cost and we assumed that it was complimentary until we were given the bill upon checking out. We didn’t mind the cost but it would be nice to be told about it upon booking. This does require a simple but important internal staff briefing and training.

I’m very satisfied with my stay. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable—exactly what you need for a relaxing trip. Breakfast exceeded expectations with lots of choices and a different food selection each morning, so it never got boring. The location is convenient, making it easy to get around. What really stood out were the little surprises: complimentary snacks and an eye mask delivered to our room—such a nice touch. Even after checkout, the service remained top-notch. When we noticed all the sofas in the lobby were occupied, the front desk kindly brought us to the VIP lounge to rest. That kind of attentiveness is rare and much appreciated. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone who values comfort, variety, and genuine hospitality.

L'hotel è fantastico e ci soggiorniamo sempre quando viaggiamo a Xiamen. Ottimi servizi e personale accogliente, sebbene il ristorante che abbiamo provato all'interno dell'hotel fosse pessimo. Il ristorante era quello italiano al piano terra dell'hotel. Abbiamo ordinato una varietà di antipasti e piatti principali, anche se ci sono stati serviti a orari diversi e di fatto abbiamo mangiato tutti da soli. Ho sottolineato il fatto che è possibile portare tutti gli antipasti e i piatti principali contemporaneamente e la risposta è stata che impiegano tempi di cottura diversi. L'ho trovato sorprendente e sicuramente gli chef avrebbero potuto modificare la situazione per soddisfare le nostre esigenze. Il personale del ristorante era pessimo, non ci hanno chiesto com'era il nostro pasto, anche se ne avevamo lasciato la maggior parte. In conclusione, l'hotel è meraviglioso, ma se state pensando di mangiare al ristorante italiano, lo sconsiglierei vivamente, perché il trattamento e il denaro speso non ne hanno giustificato il prezzo.

Si tratta dell'hotel a cinque stelle più conveniente dell'isola di Xiamen. L'edificio è piuttosto vecchio ed è comprensibile che l'arredamento e le strutture siano un po' insoddisfacenti. Dopo aver fatto vari confronti online, sono venuto qui principalmente per la pulizia e il buon servizio. Non sono rimasto deluso. Ho soggiornato qui per tre giorni e non posso davvero lamentarmi. L'hotel è situato in città, è molto comodo prendere un taxi per arrivarci, costa solo dieci o venti yuan. Il manager, Xiao Liu, è gentile e attento. Se avrò la possibilità la prossima volta, sceglierò di rimanere a Jingmin.
