Should avoid this hotel for its terrible service and disrespectful attitude!!! On the date of departure, upon checkout at 12 noon, we asked a female staff at the reception to book a jumbo taxi from Lucky taxi for us at 2:45pm to the airport and she replied that they could not make booking with Lucky taxi but could book with some other taxi companies. We then requested her to go ahead with booking with their approved taxi company and waited at the lobby. After less than a few minutes, she came to us and said one of the taxi company did not pick up the call and the other one said they were too busy to accept any booking. The female staff then said she was not able to assist us and we should find a taxi ourselves. My husband was pretty annoyed and said to the female staff that it is ridiculous that being a 4 star hotel , they would not even book a taxi for their guest. Hearing the comment, the female staff just ”glared” at my husband and then walked away. Later when we went back to the hotel to pick up the luggage , my friend asked for the name of the female staff and was replied with ”no name can be given. This is probably the worst hotel reception experience I have in Japan!

The hotel was stunning. Perfect for travelers looking to unwind and immerse in the local traditional experience. Great onsen and food! Impeccable service. Highly recommend!

L'ho usato quando sono andato a visitare il santuario Munakata Taisha. Era vicino al santuario Munakata Taisha, a meno di 10 minuti di auto, e la stanza era spaziosa e sufficiente. Non ha l'atmosfera di un resort. Per essere un hotel d'affari, il soggiorno è soddisfacente. Non so se il giorno in cui ci sono stato fosse molto affollato o se sia normale, ma il buffet della cena costava 8.000 yen ed era piuttosto disordinato, non è stata un'esperienza piacevole. Il sapore era delizioso. Per quanto riguarda la colazione, non lo so perché non l'ho fatta. C'è un grande bagno pubblico, ma non l'ho usato perché non volevo che fosse affollato all'ora di cena.

L'hotel offre grandi strutture. Il cibo è grande e è una bella sorpresa. Ci sono stati i brami liberi, i bar di crema e i yakult, soprattutto dopo il bagno caldo. Ci sono anche lavastoviglie con liquido per uso gratuito. Il prezzo della stanza è un negozio considerando le strutture gratuite. La posizione dell'hotel è molto conveniente con un metro ingresso proprio davanti all'hotel!

Secluded high end hotel by the Fukuoka pier away from the city which most guests arrived by driving their own rental car. Both service and hotel premise are outstanding. They got well trained service oriented staff helped guests with sending their luggages to their room, and showed guests their room and made guests feel like a vip. They also got complimentary free flow of alcohols and snacks serving from 3-5pm and 8-11pm (with ramen serving at 10pm) at the lobby cafe which we appreciated and also enjoyed a lot. We attended these complimentary drink and snack outings mostly by ourselves alone without other guests.. However, there is some room to improve in terms of cleanliness in housekeeping as I found a piece of hair in the bed and some food on floor along with a receipt left by the previous guest which is not acceptable for this sort of high end hotel. I also requested for a room away from the noise and given that they only got 10-15 parties checked in last night with 5 floors, staff has assigned us to a room next to another party and we could hear the couple arguing at night when we opened the balcony door. Having said that we still found this hotel lovely as we appreciate the warmness of all the welcoming staff from the check in, the bonfire event from 8-10pm and all the lobby cafe staff throughout the whole stay. The room, the beds and amenities are all excellent.. I will recommend this hotel to friends in off peak seasons esp in a good discounted price.

We spent one night here for the honeymoon, and the experiences were beyond descriptions. The interior design was truly one-of-a-kind, the all-day-long buffet was palatable, and the service was second to none. I informed one of the staff of the honeymoon, and they prepared a surprise for us during dinner. Thank you! I sincerely recommend the hotel to anyone traveling with his/her significant other.

It was chosen as it was near fukuoka airport when we arrived in the late afternoon. Wished we could spend more time. Beautiful hotel and we had omakase dinner at Genkai Japanese restaurant. Didn't try the breakfast. Its very near the uminonakamichi park where we saw some cherry blossoms on the way down south to Ureshino.

Questo ryokan ha superato le mie aspettative! La posizione è assolutamente respiro e così tranquilla e rilassante. Il cibo era fresco, delizioso e presentato bellissimo. La nostra stanza era pulita, comoda, decorata con gusto e tradizionale. Il nostro ufficio era il ciliegio in cima! E soprattutto il personale qui era sorprendente e il servizio era di prima classe! Era un sogno che arrivasse a rimanere qui e sarò certamente di nuovo! Una bella esperienza!

Anche se la posizione è un po 'distante, la guida al centro di Itoshima non è troppo lontana da auto. Ci vuole circa 10-15 minuti per guidare al centro di Itoshima. Ci sono alcuni grossisti di uova e un paio di ristoranti vicino. L'hotel è come un paradiso tranquillo.Una volta arrivato, si può davvero dimenticare tutte le preoccupazioni che aveva prima del viaggio o qualsiasi cosa dovesse affrontare dopo. È come un resort dove si può davvero godere del paesaggio naturale e del suono delle onde sulla spiaggia. È anche a pochi minuti a piedi dalle Pietre di Coppia di Sakurai Futamaura.
