I miei figli hanno deciso che questo sarà il loro futuro destino per lo sci a causa della comodità e delle condizioni di neve. Una cosa che ci ha distratti tutti, ma non ha distratto dal soggiorno.Abbiamo prenotato un appartamento di 2 camere da letto. La camera con le letti gemelli sembrava avere una più grande e migliore bagno con un bagno. Ma la camera con un letto grande aveva solo un bagno più piccolo e una doccia. Ancora una volta, non ci mancava niente del nostro soggiorno, ma ci stavamo davvero ingannati.

However, the most memorable part of my stay was the outstanding service I received from the moment I checked in. Chen Yuanyuan (陈园园), the hotel staff, was an absolute delight. She is always smiling, polite, and going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. From the beginning, she warmly escorted us to our room and took the time to explain all the hotel amenities in detail. Her thoughtfulness did not stop there. She proactively connected with me on WeChat to ensure quick responses to any requests we had. The next morning, she personally reminded us about breakfast and even offered to come to our room to guide us to the restaurant. Her dedication was evident as she stayed until we were seated comfortably in the buffet area. Even after checkout, her exceptional service continued. She presented us with lovely hotel gifts and waited with us until our taxi arrived, ensuring a smooth departure. Chen Yuanyuan’s service attitude is truly commendable. Her attentiveness, warmth, and professionalism set a high standard for hospitality. She is undoubtedly a role model for her peers and a huge asset to the hotel. This experience reinforced my belief that service in China is truly excellent, and it’s because of staff like her that I will definitely return to this hotel on my next trip to Changbaishan in a different season. Grande servizio e spaziose, camere pulite!L'unico lato inferiore era un'unità AC rumorosa, l'abbiamo spento e abbiamo reso freddo invece. 😂 Pros: ＞ Trasporto facile (shuttle frequent + 10 taxi RMB). Grandes extras, come fonti calde e tubo di neve. Cons: ＞ Icy, neve fatta dall'uomo (caduto doloroso!). Doppio prezzo per le vacanzee, a quanto pare, non è nemmeno il picco della stagione! Vorrei esplorare più delle strutture del resort la prossima volta.

È tornato da Crowne Plaza Resort Changbaishan e ha avuto un bel tempo!! Il posto è super bello, il cibo era buono, e il servizio?? È stupendo. Speciale urla al nostro Governatore Xiao e al mese!!! entrambi erano così dolci e utili l'intero soggiorno 🥹❤️ Veramente faceva tutto sentire molto confortevole e tranquillo per noi. Posso sentire il loro sforzo e cura 100%!! Le risposte erano sempre super veloci (quasi immediatamente) e si sono davvero accolte tutte le nostre esigenze 🥹Sentivo che si prendeva cura del tempo intero 🥹🥹 Plaza corona dare a entrambi alcuni crediti ben meritati! 😍 Se stai pianificando un viaggio a Changbaishan, consiglia questo posto!!

Consigliato! Il personale è stato molto utile anche poche settimane prima del nostro check-in. Ha potuto comunicare con il personale attraverso il nostro chat. Ha aiutato a organizzare le nostre attività insieme al trasporto. Suggeriscono di fare attività e di aggiornarci di volta in volta. Comunicazione era facile. Le camere erano pulite. Quando siamo arrivati alla fine della stagione, ci sentiamo come un posto privato, meno gente. Ski e pacchetto di primavera calda era un bonus. Sono felice che Jack ci abbia resi più comodi!

Ho avuto una memorabile esperienza di visitare Changbaishan a ovest, il viaggio di inverno incredibile dal bus e poi incitante moto neve a cavalcare al vertice per vedere una vista incredibile, ha segnalato questo soggiorno come il migliore del mio viaggio. Come straniero non cinese, i funzionari/ricevitori dell'hotel sono stati così gentili e mi hanno portato a superare le difficoltà e mi hanno guidato passo per passo per arrivare a Changbaishan. Il bagno caldo era bello, il colazione era ricco di caffè fresco, mentre non molti hotel erano offerti. La posizione è proprio all'opuscolo della porta dei biglietti Changbaishan dove si può battere la folla alla montagna se si inizia presto. Molto consigliato per chiunque cerca confortevole di salire Changbaishan, per gli stranieri si può solo avere un'app traduttore poi si sarà bene.

The hotel is very nice. Absolutely ALL the staff is super friendly and are always willing to help, despite not speaking the language they have made an effort to meet all our needs. The room surprised us a lot, because everything is perfect for the children. We were there with our 3 children (11, 5 and 3 years old) and the truth is that there is entertainment for all ages! There is small football, board games, ping pong table, billiard table, karaoke, there are also chicks and alpacas and a panda show. Breakfast is very well stocked, there is food for all tastes. The pools and hot springs are in very good condition. Thank you very much to all the staff for making us feel welcome the whole time, we will definitely be back very soon.

The hotel is well located, about 30 min by taxi from Baishan Changbaishan airport, 10 min walk from the West slope departure center as well as many restaurants. It looks majestic from the outside and inside, although a bit old. You can enjoy inside and outside hot springs of different kinds and temperatures. There is a huge buffet with various choices for breakfast (Chinese dishes mainly, two kind of fruits and some Western options). The room was very spacious and comfortable. The carpet floor was not very clean and the room smelled like cigarette on the first day, although we asked for a non smoking room. After leaving the window open the whole day it was better and the smell did not come back.

Their exceptional hospitality was one of the most important reasons we decided to stop changing hotels and remain here for the rest of our Changbai Mountain holiday. Although there are many restaurants within walking distance, we repeatedly chose to dine at the hotel—from breakfast to dinner—not only because of the excellent food quality, generous portions and good value, but especially because of the outstanding service. 夏经理 is a truly experienced five-star hospitality professional. She speaks fluent English, understands guests' needs naturally, pays attention to small details, and always made our family, especially our little one, feel genuinely welcome. Our daughter loved the hotel's children's activities with 亲子教练甜甜姐姐 so much that she often came back to the restaurant for only a few bites before running off again to play with her new friends, Elsa and CiCi. 夏经理 and her team patiently kept and reheated her food again and again without any complaint, always with the same warmth and professionalism. One cold and rainy evening, 夏经理 even personally helped arrange our hotpot dinner in our room. Although it was not a large order, the food and service remained at exactly the same five-star standard. That sincerity meant a great deal to us. After approximately one week, we felt less like restaurant customers and more like friends being warmly welcomed back every day. The hotel's excellent children's programmes, both indoor and outdoor, also made our family stay especially enjoyable and were another major reason we chose to remain here. Facilities are important, but people are what make a hotel truly feel five-star. For our family, 夏经理 and her team absolutely delivered that experience.
