Il personale era molto gentile e ci colpì con la loro sincera atteggiamento nei confronti degli ospiti.Abbiamo prenotato il trekking Gyegok attraverso Trip.com, ma come stranieri abbiamo avuto problemi di comunicare con la compagnia di trekking. Il manager ci ha aiutati, e abbiamo avuto un tempo meraviglioso che rimarrà una memoria piacevole. Se avessimo la possibilità di tornare a Changbai Mountain, sicuramente scegliere questo hotel. Le camere sono spaziose, pulite e ben mantenute. Siamo davvero grati per i cuori caldi di tutto il personale. Inoltre, il parcheggio dell'hotel ha fatto un piacere inoltrare barbecue e un bicchiere di soia.

What a trip! The rooms are MASSIVE. It's essentially a full apartment. Very spacious and comfortable. The beds are extra extra large so perfect for families. For Western travellers, you may find the bed a bit hard. We were perfectly happy with it though. I personally will recommend Holiday Inn at the resort for those with kids. It's right next to the beginner tracks and that hotel hosts all the children activities and kids club. Though I don't know what the room is like. More from a location perspective. Wanda Jin Suites has 2 buildings. Best to get the 1st building as much closer to the beginner tracks and the service centre to rent ski gears. We were in the 2nd building. I will say from a location perspective, it was inconvenient for us as once you have snow boots on, it's a trek to carry your ski gears back and forth. There are lockers to put your ski gears in so we'll utilise that more next time. You do need WeChat though and if you don't have a local number, it gets difficult. If you're from Australia, just lose the 0 and add 18 at the front of your mobile number and that will get you through. But best to just get a local SIM to save you the hassle. But from a food perspective, they're right outside the building and short walk to the hot springs and the water park which is all included in the hotel fees. Including ski pass and going to the snow playground. At the snow playground, there's snowmobiles for kids to ride on amongst a lot of other activities. But that's extra money. Again, need WeChat. The hotel concierge when you check in will add you into their WeChat and you can ask them questions and they'll help you. Very convenient. It's an amazing place to come with kids. Water park is insane there and my son had a blast. The hot spring was also an amazing experience. Though very cold to get in and out of the hot springs at -20C. There are other activities outside the resort which hotel concierge will help you arrange. They can also shuttle you to the nearby village for more authentic food if you don't want to eat inside the resort. Beaware that the pharmacy at the resort does not have any ibuprofen or paracetemol. Strongly advise you get WeChat. You can book pretty much all the activities through their WeChat mini app. Including ski coaches. There are rogue ski coaches coming up to you to get business so beware. We almost got on a shuttle with a rogue coach that were gonna take us elsewhere and weren't even letting adults come (it was for the kids) and a hotel staff came up and essentially stopped them and forced them to give back the deposit. Book your coaches early. They book out quick. Particularly snowboarding. We also booked an igloo making class for our son and he had an amazing time. Though it's all in Mandarin of course. They have half day and full day camps for kids so parents can drop off and chill for the day. The staff here can barely speak English so bring your AI translator with you. We had less of a problem since I can speak Chinese but my husband often got stuck and needed me or even my son to help navigate around. Make sure you go back to the counter after returning your ski gear at the end of your stay to get your deposit back. We had an amazing time and would consider coming back.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The location is perfect for travelers who need easy access to Changbaishan Railway Station, and the park right across the street provides a lovely place for a relaxing stroll. However, the most memorable part of my stay was the outstanding service I received from the moment I checked in. Chen Yuanyuan (陈园园), the hotel staff, was an absolute delight. She is always smiling, polite, and going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. From the beginning, she warmly escorted us to our room and took the time to explain all the hotel amenities in detail. Her thoughtfulness did not stop there. She proactively connected with me on WeChat to ensure quick responses to any requests we had. The next morning, she personally reminded us about breakfast and even offered to come to our room to guide us to the restaurant. Her dedication was evident as she stayed until we were seated comfortably in the buffet area. Even after checkout, her exceptional service continued. She presented us with lovely hotel gifts and waited with us until our taxi arrived, ensuring a smooth departure. Chen Yuanyuan’s service attitude is truly commendable. Her attentiveness, warmth, and professionalism set a high standard for hospitality. She is undoubtedly a role model for her peers and a huge asset to the hotel. This experience reinforced my belief that service in China is truly excellent, and it’s because of staff like her that I will definitely return to this hotel on my next trip to Changbaishan in a different season. Tornato a questo hotel dopo 2 anni. Molto pulito, confortevole e situato proprio davanti a 1 della pista sciistica. Le staffe dell'hotel erano amichevole e forniscono un buon servizio. L'hotel è stato dotato di lavastoviglie e asciugamani che ci hanno offerto molte comodità. Anche se c'è una distanza dal centro del Resort & centro sciistico principale, ci sono stati autobus a disposizione ogni mezz'ora per arrivare e uscire. Molto raccomandato, poiché il prezzo è ragionevole tra il resto e il valore aggiunto è l'hotel fornito esperienze sci gratuite e primavera calda.

Ha avuto una splendida esperienza alla Chang Bai Shan Crown Plaza, l'hotel si trova alla porta del parco nazionale Chang Bai Shan, rendendo incredibilmente conveniente viaggiare nel parco stesso. Prima di check-in all'hotel mi ha assegnato un manager di clienti per aiutarmi a organizzare il mio pick-up dalla stazione ferroviaria. L'hotel ha anche eccellenti sorgenti calde è un'esperienza incredibile di godere delle sorgenti calde in meno 30 gradi. Grazie speciali ai manager di e Xiao, sono stati molto professionali con il loro lavoro e hanno sempre risposto rapidamente alle mie domande.

Situato nel cuore della zona turistica, gode di una posizione comoda vicino a tutto. Le camere sono ben fornite di articoli da toeletta e le aree comuni sono pulite e ordinate. La posizione è eccellente e il rapporto qualità-prezzo è ottimo. Il maggiordomo, Haha, è stato gentile e disponibile, rispondendo sempre prontamente a qualsiasi domanda. Nel complesso, un'esperienza davvero positiva. Tornerò sicuramente la prossima volta e non vedo l'ora di vivere un'esperienza ancora più piacevole in inverno.

West Route Heaven Lake Changbai Mountain( Baekdusan Mountain) 입구에서 Located a 5-minute walk away, Village Songjianghe (= West Station of Changbai Mountain) is about a 30–40 minute taxi ride away (taxi fare 100–80 yuan). There are no restaurants or supermarkets around the hotel, so you can order food from the hotel-operated restaurant, but it costs 2–3 times more. There is an unmanned market on the first floor of the hotel lobby, but other groceries and bottled water are also twice as expensive..West Route Heaven Lake Changbai Mountain entrance opening hours: from morning until 7:30 and until 1:30 in the afternoon. I stayed at the hotel here, but I was very disappointed that I couldn’t go because the weather was bad.Tough The food at the restaurant inside the hotel is also delicious, and the staff are very friendly.

My fiancé and I stayed here this weekend to celebrate our engagement. We arrived at CGIG Nanshan Hotel feeling stressed and drained, but we have left feeling reenergized and joyful. The food was a delicious combination of Western and Chinese to suit all guests' tastes. The architecture was stunning; it felt like we were staying at a castle in France. Size was not the only impressive feature though. Every corner of the building was cleaned thoroughly at all times. The staff were all kind, attentive and treated us like royalty. When there was one small delay, they made an effort to resolve the issue quickly and gave us very nice gifts as a goodwill gesture. We definitely recommend your hotel to anyone who visits Changchun.

The hotel is well located, about 30 min by taxi from Baishan Changbaishan airport, 10 min walk from the West slope departure center as well as many restaurants. It looks majestic from the outside and inside, although a bit old. You can enjoy inside and outside hot springs of different kinds and temperatures. There is a huge buffet with various choices for breakfast (Chinese dishes mainly, two kind of fruits and some Western options). The room was very spacious and comfortable. The carpet floor was not very clean and the room smelled like cigarette on the first day, although we asked for a non smoking room. After leaving the window open the whole day it was better and the smell did not come back.

Their exceptional hospitality was one of the most important reasons we decided to stop changing hotels and remain here for the rest of our Changbai Mountain holiday. Although there are many restaurants within walking distance, we repeatedly chose to dine at the hotel—from breakfast to dinner—not only because of the excellent food quality, generous portions and good value, but especially because of the outstanding service. 夏经理 is a truly experienced five-star hospitality professional. She speaks fluent English, understands guests' needs naturally, pays attention to small details, and always made our family, especially our little one, feel genuinely welcome. Our daughter loved the hotel's children's activities with 亲子教练甜甜姐姐 so much that she often came back to the restaurant for only a few bites before running off again to play with her new friends, Elsa and CiCi. 夏经理 and her team patiently kept and reheated her food again and again without any complaint, always with the same warmth and professionalism. One cold and rainy evening, 夏经理 even personally helped arrange our hotpot dinner in our room. Although it was not a large order, the food and service remained at exactly the same five-star standard. That sincerity meant a great deal to us. After approximately one week, we felt less like restaurant customers and more like friends being warmly welcomed back every day. The hotel's excellent children's programmes, both indoor and outdoor, also made our family stay especially enjoyable and were another major reason we chose to remain here. Facilities are important, but people are what make a hotel truly feel five-star. For our family, 夏经理 and her team absolutely delivered that experience.
