Il meglio è che si può camminare solo circa 100 metri dalle corse. Una notte ho avuto un problema quando la mia stanza era piena di fumo di sigarette così tanto, così abbiamo dovuto dormire con le porte del balcone aperte a temperature sub-zero. Quando ho fatto il giorno dopo, erano estremamente scusanti e il loro servizio clienti mi ha contattato per chiedere ulteriori informazioni e hanno inviato un piatto di frutta come scusa. I miei figli hanno deciso che questo sarà il loro futuro destino per lo sci a causa della comodità e delle condizioni di neve. Una cosa che ci ha distratti tutti, ma non ha distratto dal soggiorno.Abbiamo prenotato un appartamento di 2 camere da letto. However, the most memorable part of my stay was the outstanding service I received from the moment I checked in. Chen Yuanyuan (陈园园), the hotel staff, was an absolute delight. She is always smiling, polite, and going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. From the beginning, she warmly escorted us to our room and took the time to explain all the hotel amenities in detail. Her thoughtfulness did not stop there. She proactively connected with me on WeChat to ensure quick responses to any requests we had. The next morning, she personally reminded us about breakfast and even offered to come to our room to guide us to the restaurant. Her dedication was evident as she stayed until we were seated comfortably in the buffet area. Even after checkout, her exceptional service continued. She presented us with lovely hotel gifts and waited with us until our taxi arrived, ensuring a smooth departure. Chen Yuanyuan’s service attitude is truly commendable. Her attentiveness, warmth, and professionalism set a high standard for hospitality. She is undoubtedly a role model for her peers and a huge asset to the hotel. This experience reinforced my belief that service in China is truly excellent, and it’s because of staff like her that I will definitely return to this hotel on my next trip to Changbaishan in a different season. Grande servizio e spaziose, camere pulite!L'unico lato inferiore era un'unità AC rumorosa, l'abbiamo spento e abbiamo reso freddo invece. 😂 Pros: ＞ Trasporto facile (shuttle frequent + 10 taxi RMB). Grandes extras, come fonti calde e tubo di neve. Cons: ＞ Icy, neve fatta dall'uomo (caduto doloroso!). Doppio prezzo per le vacanzee, a quanto pare, non è nemmeno il picco della stagione! Vorrei esplorare più delle strutture del resort la prossima volta.

La nostra famiglia di 4 aveva un meraviglioso soggiorno di 2 notti a metà dicembre. Il servizio di grande importanza è iniziato anche prima del nostro soggiorno, poiché abbiamo 2 concierge personali Xiao Zhang & assegnati a noi. Abbiamo chiesto di collegare le camere via Trip e Xiao Zhang & ci ha contattati direttamente via WeChat. Immediatamente dopo l'arrivo al cappello di sci, l'allenatore ci aspettava e ci condusse attraverso l'intero caotico processo di raccolta e di indossamento delle attrezzature. L'hotel ha accesso diretto e illimitato alla primavera calda e ha anche una grande esperienza da non perdere (Non dimenticare di imballare il vostro costume da bagno!) Ha anche una piscina di pesce dove noi immergiamo tutto il corpo. C'è anche un bellissimo Paradiso per animali diversi che si possono nutrire. In generale ci sono molte attività per tutti e sicuramente consigliamo l'hotel a tutti che vengono a Changbaishan.

Consigliato! Il personale è stato molto utile anche poche settimane prima del nostro check-in. Ha potuto comunicare con il personale attraverso il nostro chat. Ha aiutato a organizzare le nostre attività insieme al trasporto. Suggeriscono di fare attività e di aggiornarci di volta in volta. Comunicazione era facile. Le camere erano pulite. Quando siamo arrivati alla fine della stagione, ci sentiamo come un posto privato, meno gente. Ski e pacchetto di primavera calda era un bonus. Sono felice che Jack ci abbia resi più comodi!

I had memorable experiences of visiting Changbaishan west. The journey of stunning winter scenery from the bus then exciting snowmobile riding to the summit to see breathtaking views marked this stay as the best of my trip. As a non-Chinese speaking foreigner, the hotel staffs/receptionists were so kind and get me through difficulties and guided me step-by-step to get to Changbaishan. Hot springs bath was nice, breakfast was rich with fresh coffee while not many hotels offered. Location is just opposite the entrance of changbaishan ticket gate where you can beat the crowd to the mountain if you start early. Highly recommended for anyone who seeks comfortable of climbing Changbaishan, for foreigners you may just having a translator app then you will be fine.

The hotel is very nice. Absolutely ALL the staff is super friendly and are always willing to help, despite not speaking the language they have made an effort to meet all our needs. The room surprised us a lot, because everything is perfect for the children. We were there with our 3 children (11, 5 and 3 years old) and the truth is that there is entertainment for all ages! There is small football, board games, ping pong table, billiard table, karaoke, there are also chicks and alpacas and a panda show. Breakfast is very well stocked, there is food for all tastes. The pools and hot springs are in very good condition. Thank you very much to all the staff for making us feel welcome the whole time, we will definitely be back very soon.

The hotel is well located, about 30 min by taxi from Baishan Changbaishan airport, 10 min walk from the West slope departure center as well as many restaurants. It looks majestic from the outside and inside, although a bit old. You can enjoy inside and outside hot springs of different kinds and temperatures. There is a huge buffet with various choices for breakfast (Chinese dishes mainly, two kind of fruits and some Western options). The room was very spacious and comfortable. The carpet floor was not very clean and the room smelled like cigarette on the first day, although we asked for a non smoking room. After leaving the window open the whole day it was better and the smell did not come back.
