I'm afraid my experience wasn't the best. When arrived our room, the floor (carpet) was super dirty. We complained to reception and they sent a cleaning lady. She wasn't super happy to clean the floor but we waited patently. Once she finished we open the bed and saw some hairs. We called reception again. This time one of the hotel managers came to meet us. She apologized and decided to upgrade us to a nicer and bigger room for free. They still took over one hour to clean it to make sure it was in acceptable conditions. I'm not sure we were just unlucky or that is the normal standard in that hotel. In any case, the new room was good to stay and we were happy with their efforts. Breakfast is almost inexistent for foreigners and it finishes way too early: 8:30. Arriving twice at 8am, we could barely find food. Except for this location, is good (close to train station, close to hospital where you can do virus test, close to connection point to enter Changbaishan (North), close to some big green areas (pine forests) where you can have enjoyable walks in the morning or after dinner. As a conclusion, if I may give some constructive feedback to hotel manager: - please consistently and thoroughly clean your rooms when guests leave; - extended breakfast time to at least 9:30; - include more variety in the breakfast and make sure quantities are at decent level by 8:00.

We stayed 2 nights in Crowne Plaza and it’s a wonderful experience! They assigned assistant 莹莹 and 小杜 during the stay and both of them have been very helpful and patience with all our enquiries, from travel itinerary, facilities, feedbacks and transport arrangement. They also sent us ginger tea and fruits when we ended our activities. We are carefree during this period and just enjoy ourselves in Changbaishan. The hotspring is very well maintained and pet paradise is contented as well. Will definitely visit again!

We got the deluxe room and it was big and clean and very nice. We had the breakfast buffet, there were Chinese dishes and not so much western food, but it was delicious. The kids play area was also super clean, my baby and daughter enjoyed it very much. The hot Spring was amazing and clean, overall it was a great experience, definitely will come back!

L'hotel è nella porta della montagna di Changbai L'unica ragione per scegliere questo hotel è che posso aiutare a prenotare un biglietto e vicino all'entrata di Changbai Mountain (ma non mi aspettavo di poter essere cosi'vicina, stimato a 100 metri, e sentire che due passi possono vedere questo check-in di cima) Altri punti di attrazione fuori sono davvero un po'difficili, ma siamo anche buoni principalmente per andare alla piscina. L'ambiente della stanza è migliore di quanto immagino, pulito, simile allo stile blu del pozzo nord E il servizio di ricezione è molto entusiasta, specialmente una sorella con gli occhi aperti sta davvero soddisfando le nostre esigenze, non abbiamo portato il bambino caldo, non abbiamo trovato il negozio, e ci aiutano ad trovare i colleghi.

Overall GREAT value for people who want to ski with a cozy and comfortable place to rest. Includes breakfast, one ski session per day of stay, equipment (boots helmet and skis or snowboard) and one time hot spring. Easy access to the small village with shops (mostly for winter sports and a couple of convenience stores), and restaurants, and the ski center. Everything is convenient with services and staff attention of outstanding quality. Room are a little outdated, however, you soon find it to be unimportant. Great for couples, families and friends traveling together

Nice and quiet hostel, rooms are clean. We went at a low season hence got upgraded to family suit. The view outside is great in winter. Only provide 2 radiators in room which may not be adequate in December to January. Location a bit far from town but generally not difficult to get taxi (in low season - late November).

性價比非常低！ 整體裝修略陳舊，電梯按鍵每次摸到都有觸電的感覺，配套的温泉簡直就是敗筆（下面細説）！！！ 所謂的室外温泉，建在中間樓層的小露台上，總共三個池子（太冷了，我甚至來不及掏手機拍照）。圖2是未開放區，這一段都沒有暖氣。去室外池需要通過這裏走到外面的露台。酒店不提供浴袍，衹披着一條浴巾，大冬天的，不敢想泡濕了怎麼走這麼長的距離。 室內池大部分設施不開放。留下開放的地方場地小，設備簡陋，還不提供免費水，想喝需要自己掏錢買，實在下頭。 淋浴間沒有乾的置物區，只有兩張搓澡床，大家的浴巾都堆放在哪兒。保潔兼衞生阿姨接到活兒了，就把大家的東西挪開騰位置，潑水什麼的直接弄濕客人衣物。 最後説一下，雖然酒店早餐挺用心，客服態度很好。但是旁邊就是璞悦，如果不需要温泉，附近還有很多品牌快捷酒店，房費可以省下一大筆。

入住體驗非常好！ 酒店提前一天打電話預約高鐵站接站，司機王巖非常熱情幫忙提行李，去酒店路上還特意帶我們穿過雲頂市集和秋沙鴨公園，提前給我們介紹了這兩個景點，讓我們連攻略都省得做了！接下來幾天我們説要去雪絨花樂園，他還免費送我們去；我們説要去冰釣，他也是免費接送，去雪嶺，他熱情地幫我們約好車！ 到了酒店，不管是開門的禮賓還是辦理入住的前台都彬彬有禮！ 房間很大，浴室和廁所分離，有小孩喜歡的浴缸！還有超大的落地玻璃窗，窗外的雪人軍團一覽無遺！酒店有一個很大的後花園，雪很多，堆得很高，小孩足不出户就可以玩雪。早上還有三三兩兩的羊駝在雪地裏蹦躂，可以到前台免費領取胡蘿蔔來餵它們！二道白河從酒店穿越而過，通過連廊到河對面是酒店的温泉區，大大小小好幾個温泉，還有網紅鐵鍋燉自己，風格真是別具一格！ 酒店早餐偏粵式，有燒賣，小籠包，蒸排骨，蒸鳳爪，炒米粉等，品種不算多，但對我們廣東人來説非常友好！中晚餐在酒店的燒酒管就可以解決，出品非常好，特色燒雞，特色燜蝶魚，東北殺豬菜，人森鴿子湯，新鮮羊肉串等選擇很多。我們住了四晚，每晚都是在這裏吃的晚餐，每晚我們點的菜都不重樣，而且味道非常棒！廚師覃師傅人特別好，每晚都有送我們一些額外免費菜，大到長白山野菜小到下酒花生，隨手就送！ 住過很多五星級酒店，到目前為止二道白河在之禾是我最滿意的一家！

🏨酒店性價比很高，房間非常乾淨，服務也很周到，下次還會再選擇這裏的不錯，這個平台上的店一直都很滿意，提前做好功課，太省心了！店裡空間不是很大，但佈置很集中，燈光渲染也很有氛圍有問題解決的也很快，沒有耽擱我們看電視，這服務確實沒得説，推薦推薦推薦
