Bella hotel e vicino a tutto! Il personale è molto attento e prende cura di noi. La signorina Air ci ha aiutato molto bene durante il colazione. Il signor Max e il signor Neil alla ricezione ci hanno aiutato molto con le direzioni e le comunicazioni con i conducenti di taxi. Il personale qui non parla bene inglese, ma hanno il modo di comunicare bene con noi, dove vediamo molto utile e apprezzato. Se visitamo Harbin di nuovo, rimarremo certamente qui di nuovo! Hotel carino, personale carino, buona posizione, fantastico colazione e prezzo ragionevole.

L'hotel ha superato tutte le nostre aspettative. La posizione è buona, il personale dal desk front al ristorante del colazione è sempre amichevole e utile. Judy dal desk front e un paio di altre signore ( scusate che non abbiamo ricevuto i loro nomi ) sono sempre professionali, gioievoli e insoliti. Continuate il buon lavoro! Tutti gli hotel intorno alla zona di Zhongyang Street dovrebbero imparare dall'ospitalità di Mercure!

Lizzy is very nice hotel, their services are top notch. Ms 张岩 front desk and the concierge manager are very friendly and helpful to fulfill all your requests and more than required. Thanks to both of them who made my stay memorable. Best hotel and services in all my China stays. Will definitely come back when in Harbin. High tea and breakfast are delicious.

Overall, I would give this a 4 star hotel , with a good location And the room is super neat. There is a welcome wines & fruits. The hotel start on the 5th floor and above of a commercial building. Finding the name of the hotel sign is difficult unless you crane your neck 180 degrees to see it. It's not at the eye vision or door height, and if you are a foreigner, you may miss it 😝. There is only 1 elevator serving the hotel. My phone could not connect to the hotel's wifi though. The subway is about 100 meters away from the hotel, and it can be reached by walking for 5-10 minutes. For breakfast, I give it 90 points based on my taste/room facilities. I am very satisfied and it is worth recommending to everyone.

Overall this is one of the best hotels i have stayed in. Rich cultural history and uniqueness. I shall put the negative part first before I put the positives at the end. Cleanliness I marked down because someone before me put flowers into the bathtub and there were random roses petals coming out of the knob that controlled the drainage of the bath tub. There were stains on the bathtub too. Location I put 5 but actually I would rate it 4.5. The street that the hotel is on is extremely crowded and jam in the late mornings to night. It is highly likely that you will be dropped off near the entrance of the street and need to walk in if you cab. We decided to use public transport and walk in instead on the second time we came to the hotel. But early in the morning it was relatively empty and the cab could come in to pick us up. It is very near the walking streets / zhong yang jie. There was an event literally outside our hotel area. Got a chimney bread plus ice cream on the same street as the hotel but is diagonally on the opposite right. This booking is for a lower tired room. But when we went there we were offered discounted upgrades. Not free but at least it wasn't the price stated. We upgraded to the highest tier, a suite with dedicated sitting area and bathtub. Celebrated my birthday here. They prepared a cake. It was delicious 😋 Many costumes to try but most were too big. For reference i am 152cm 48kg. I managed to find a blue and white costume with a matching hat that was more fitting so I could wear it out of the hotel room to take photos in the reception area. The toilet staircase, the chairs in the reception, outside the elevator, a backyard and the restaurant are nice places for photo taking. The ancient elevator closes at 5pm. I am not sure when it opens. The restaurant had a promotion on dianping or douyin. Recommended for 4 people. But portions are typically huge and if only 2 people come likely to waste. We met another couple on our trip and we decided to share. Non hotel guests can eat in the restaurant too. Just before we left, we had a door gift too^^

Molto soddisfatto di un soggiorno, anche molto buono per l'impressione di Arkad’ic. Una città molto pulita, un hotel molto pulito. La signorina Reception sa che sono una folla speciale. Non dire la seconda parola direttamente alla stanza di aggiornamento, ma contenere due colazione. Non dire che questa stanza è davvero molto buona per l'aggiornamento, La migliore stanza dell'ottavo piano è la stanza. Una vista senza alcun sapore, la stanza non ha sapore, e anche molto tranquilla, il bagno di acqua calda è anche super forza. Il letto è molto comodo, soprattutto cambiare le mutande intimamente in un cappello. Il calore di Elfeng è anche buono. La notte scorsa è molto caldo in un altro hotel, La soluzione perfetta di questo problema è quella di cambiare direttamente in un cappello. E'troppo intima. Si consiglia di vivere. In futuro avremo la possibilità di andare a Urhei e scegliere questo hotel!! L'unica lamentazione è che non c'è un parcheggio. È stato fermato in hotel per una notte e mezza mattina. Per la prima volta, vivere in questo hotel, la reception offre una stanza gratuita di aggiornamento, l'atteggiamento del servizio della reception è buono, l'hotel è pulito, il rapporto costo-beneficiario è molto alto e riacquisto
