UUtente anonimoI’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better. To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.

PPrimrose OoiUn master in servizio al Mansion 1903 Harbin Il mio soggiorno al Mansion 1903 era eccezionale, grazie al suo servizio eccellente. DDicky OngThe location is excellent and is about just 100m from where the bus stops. It is situated within the central street where all the actions are. The room was clean but basic. The view from the wndow of our room was simply gorgeous - picturesque snow mushrooms. Staff were very polite and helpful. The young man at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. He suggested what activities worth doing, and made all the necessary arrangements for us - transport, tickets and etc.. At his suggestion, we therefore visited Datudingz Mountain and Snow Valley - the two must visit places when staying in Snow Town. He also helped with the arrangement of our transportation to Harbin, our next stop. Coming to the not so good, we paid a 5 star price for a 2-star homestay type accommodation. While this is understandable, as the hotels here operate at most five months of twelve, during winter only, the amenities provided could be better and be better maintained. There was a foul strench from our toilet throughout our stay. Accessories were loosely secured due to wear and tear but should not be the excuse of leaving them.unrepaired. Disposal towels rather than proper towels were provided. These were thin and insufficient at drying the whole body. Also, there was only one piece provided per person for a two night stay, so no daily fresh towels.That said, I guess that most or all of the motels in Snow Town are of that state. Hopefully, this review will encourage some improvement.

I really hope more people get to stay here because the staff are lovely and the owner is very kind ♥️ The room looks exactly like the photos so it's clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. They assisted us with our luggage from the moment we arrived until we left, even though our bags were very heavy. They constantly checked if we needed anything or wanted recommendations on where to go, making us feel like we had a personal guide. Even though staff members don’t speak English fluently, they tried their best to communicate, and using Google Translate worked perfectly. UUtente anonimoHotel fantastico per i servizi forniti. La stanza era spaziosa e pulita e il personale ci ha dato un piatto di frutta gratuito + yogurt il primo giorno. L'hotel ci ha dato la navetta gratuita alla stazione ferroviaria (in qualsiasi momento volevamo). Hanno organizzato la nostra giornata di sci per noi, senza costi aggiuntivi e anche in qualsiasi momento che volevamo. Questo includeva il trasporto verso e dal resort, passaggio sci + tavolo/shots in affitto per 70RMB per 3 ore (il prezzo originale scritto al resort era più di triplice) (Abbiamo prolungato ulteriori 3 ore, ma leggermente più problematico come abbiamo dovuto tornare al resort Ingresso e ritorno al nostro passaggio sciistico e ottenere un altro). Investimenti/helmet/manocchi/scuoio di torta disponibile per un costo aggiuntivo. Solo preferirebbero offrire un passaggio completo alla stessa tariffa sconta. Sembra che la maggior parte dei turisti vada solo per un paio di ore e prendere foto, quindi 3 ore sarebbero sufficienti per loro. L'hotel ha anche alcuni buoni ristoranti intorno a lui. È stato anche un stand tanghulu intorno a lui che aveva il miglior tanghulu che abbiamo avuto durante il viaggio (i frutti erano congelati abbastanza per essere luscica, ma non troppo duro che non puo' mordere). Solo al di sotto dell'hotel è che il colazione era molto meh, ma almeno c'è colazione.

JJoericayeDa procrastinatrice, solo ora mi sono ricordata di aver parlato bene dell'hotel in cui abbiamo soggiornato. Siamo arrivati ​​alle 2 del mattino e la receptionist dell'hotel è persino scesa dalle scale per aiutarci con i bagagli. La mattina dopo, di fretta per andare a visitare la città, ho buttato distrattamente i miei calzini usati sul pavimento accanto al divano. Quando sono tornata quella sera, sono rimasta scioccata nel trovarli lavati e asciugati in bagno dalla donna delle pulizie! Il giorno del check-out, mi sono slogata una caviglia e il personale della reception ha fatto di tutto per trovarmi del ghiaccio e del Yunnan Baiyao (una medicina tradizionale cinese per le distorsioni alla caviglia). Sono stati così premurosi, trattandomi allo stesso modo anche se avevo già fatto il check-out! Se mai dovessi tornare ad Harbin, questa sarà sicuramente la mia prima scelta!
