Restaurante Girafinha da Melancia

Came here with our dog and they didn’t even blink—brought out a bowl of water for her right away. The cheese bread was the highlight, warm and chewy. Vegetable soup was solid too, though I wish it came with more bread. Place gets a bit loud when it’s full, but that’s fine. Good spot if you’re in the area.

The picanha was spot on, really juicy. The açaí dessert was a nice way to finish. Service gets a bit slow when they're packed, but the food makes up for it.

Stopped in for lunch after a walk around Concón. Feijoada was solid, rich and smoky, exactly what I needed on a cooler day. Caipirinha came properly strong, not too sweet. Owners were friendly without hovering. Place gets busy, so grab a seat early if you can.
