Vietnam: hotel con piscina nella provincia di Lam Dong

Il nostro soggiorno all'APEC Mandala di Mũi Né è stata un'esperienza fantastica! L'hotel offriva tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno per una rilassante vacanza in famiglia. Uno dei punti di forza erano le tre fantastiche piscine, tutte adatte ai bambini. Una piscina aveva un'area giochi dedicata e acqua calda come una vasca idromassaggio, ideale per i più piccoli. Vale la pena notare che l'accesso alla piscina non è incluso nel soggiorno e costa 150.000 VND al giorno per tutta la famiglia, un prezzo che abbiamo trovato ragionevole. La posizione è perfetta se avete intenzione di visitare le vicine Dune di Sabbia Bianca, in quanto è in una posizione comoda per quell'escursione. Tuttavia, è un po' più lontano dal centro città, dove si trovano la maggior parte delle attrazioni. Detto questo, i trasporti sono facili e convenienti: un taxi costa circa 160.000-200.000 VND, oppure è possibile noleggiare uno scooter direttamente in hotel per soli 200.000 VND. I servizi dell'hotel erano eccellenti e il servizio era di prim'ordine. Il personale è stato attento e cordiale, e la persona che ci ha assistito ha fatto di tutto per assicurarsi che avessimo tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. Parlavano anche bene l'inglese, il che ha reso la nostra esperienza ancora più piacevole. Anche se non abbiamo provato il cibo in hotel, all'interno della struttura c'erano molti negozi e ristoranti che offrivano pasti freschi, convenienti e deliziosi. Inoltre, i supermercati in loco fornivano tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno, dall'attrezzatura da bagno ai beni di prima necessità. APEC Mandala è una scelta fantastica per le famiglie o per chiunque cerchi un soggiorno tranquillo e comodo a Mũi Né, soprattutto se avete in programma di visitare le White Sand Dunes. This hotel needs a rebuild, or at least a comprehensive renovation. It's highly overpriced in its current state, perhaps still attracting guests like me by the Muong Thanh name. Almost everything is old and worn out. There is only one reachable power socket in the room, not on the bedside. One bedside table lamp had a broken inline switch, which hangs out of view, and is a shock hazard as one touches it. When I reported this, they just took the lamp away. I had to ask for a replacement again as that was the only nighttime light one can reach. The bathroom is very dimly lit, shower flow feeble, and shower gel and shampoo too little even for one person. No conditioner. Breakfast service is mediocre. Empty dishes and coffee carafe were not replenished even after 15 minutes. After someone spilled coffee, nobody came to clean it up.

We really enjoyed our stay although the location not that near from city centre (15-20min of car ride; easy booking of grab). Is a peaceful and beautiful location just beside lake Tuyen Lam. Hotel receptionist is kind and helpful. The room is ready when we arrived earlier around 11am. Buffet breakfast was good too!! Highly recommended.

Great staff all over the resort, always smiling and no rain or cold weather can dampen their moods. My room card was accidentally disabled and just by reaching out to a near by technician, he immediately understood my issue despite language barrier, within 3 minutes someone ran to me to open up the door. The villas are far away from the reception. The surrounding is so beautiful and peaceful. I love that the resort plants their own vegetables. There is a shuttle bus (not very frequent) bringing you to town area which is abt 20+ mins drive away. There is a mini mart in the resort for basics including wine and beers. Very family friendly too as there is a theme park within the resort. The interior of the room(I stayed in a villa) is like the chalet type. If the resort can do minor touch ups to the rooms, this hotel will definitely get its 5 stars!

Lovely hotel on a private, sandy beach. The beach front bungalows are very close to the sea and we loved to sit on the terrace. The hotel is spotless and the staff even collect the waste from the beach. Everyone is amiable. The restaurant is ideally located and offer delicious food. For me best hotel in place!

Vorremmo poter stare più a lungo. Absolutamente tutto era perfetto. Il servizio era di prima vista. Il personale è andato davvero sopra e oltre. L'hotel è molto elegante nel stile indochino. Dal lobby alla sala d'attesa, e tutte le camere sono decorate con gusto. Tutto si sentiva così pulito e aria. L'hotel è ben mantenuto e ogni dettaglio è stato curato. Il colazione è sorprendente con una buona diffusione e cambiamento quotidiano. Ci sono anche una stazione di uova e una stazione di noodle. L’unica cosa da notare è che la matita è piuttosto ferma, che hanno offerto un mattino di top se necessario. Non ne avevamo bisogno e ancora dormiva molto. In ogni caso, questo hotel ha superato le nostre aspettative. Noi pensavamo che fosse un buon valore per il nostro soggiorno familiare in un appartamento in camera dell'hotel. Vorremmo tornare indietro.

That is a nice sea-view in the morning when I woke up, is only walking up the stairs very tiring if you have small kid to carry. The breakfast too little variety to choose. The corridor is many lizards On the wall, when the nighttime. The bad experience is cockroach crawling on the bed middle of the night.

Overall, I liked this hotel. The pools and facilities are excellent truly a highlight of the stay. The property is beautiful and, for Mũi Né, it’s a very good option. However, check-in can take some time, especially if you don’t speak Vietnamese. We also had an issue with receiving a second key card. There were three of us in the room, but with only one card it was inconvenient, as the electricity, lights, and all room facilities work exclusively with the card. This meant we always had to move around together. The hotel is located quite far from the main area and nightlife of Mũi Né, so it feels somewhat isolated. Bike rental is easily available nearby, and food delivery works well. There are not many shops within walking distance, but this wasn’t a problem for me since I rented a bike and drove into town. I gave a low rating for cleanliness because our room was never cleaned during our entire stay. We stayed for four nights, and no housekeeping came. I contacted the administrator and asked at least for fresh towels, which we did receive, but cleaning itself was never offered. Overall, a nice hotel with great facilities, but with some noticeable inconveniences. A solid 4 out of 5.
