Vietnam: hotel con piscina nella provincia di Lam Dong

Il nostro soggiorno all'APEC Mandala di Mũi Né è stata un'esperienza fantastica! L'hotel offriva tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno per una rilassante vacanza in famiglia. Uno dei punti di forza erano le tre fantastiche piscine, tutte adatte ai bambini. Una piscina aveva un'area giochi dedicata e acqua calda come una vasca idromassaggio, ideale per i più piccoli. Vale la pena notare che l'accesso alla piscina non è incluso nel soggiorno e costa 150.000 VND al giorno per tutta la famiglia, un prezzo che abbiamo trovato ragionevole. La posizione è perfetta se avete intenzione di visitare le vicine Dune di Sabbia Bianca, in quanto è in una posizione comoda per quell'escursione. Tuttavia, è un po' più lontano dal centro città, dove si trovano la maggior parte delle attrazioni. Detto questo, i trasporti sono facili e convenienti: un taxi costa circa 160.000-200.000 VND, oppure è possibile noleggiare uno scooter direttamente in hotel per soli 200.000 VND. I servizi dell'hotel erano eccellenti e il servizio era di prim'ordine. Il personale è stato attento e cordiale, e la persona che ci ha assistito ha fatto di tutto per assicurarsi che avessimo tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. Parlavano anche bene l'inglese, il che ha reso la nostra esperienza ancora più piacevole. Anche se non abbiamo provato il cibo in hotel, all'interno della struttura c'erano molti negozi e ristoranti che offrivano pasti freschi, convenienti e deliziosi. Inoltre, i supermercati in loco fornivano tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno, dall'attrezzatura da bagno ai beni di prima necessità. APEC Mandala è una scelta fantastica per le famiglie o per chiunque cerchi un soggiorno tranquillo e comodo a Mũi Né, soprattutto se avete in programma di visitare le White Sand Dunes. Was amused by the views from our room, what the farm can provide and lakes. We managed to took a walk before we checked out. The resort provides shuttle service to night market, however the drop off will be better if it’s nearer to the market

Great staff all over the resort, always smiling and no rain or cold weather can dampen their moods. My room card was accidentally disabled and just by reaching out to a near by technician, he immediately understood my issue despite language barrier, within 3 minutes someone ran to me to open up the door. The villas are far away from the reception. The surrounding is so beautiful and peaceful. I love that the resort plants their own vegetables. There is a shuttle bus (not very frequent) bringing you to town area which is abt 20+ mins drive away. There is a mini mart in the resort for basics including wine and beers. Very family friendly too as there is a theme park within the resort. The interior of the room(I stayed in a villa) is like the chalet type. If the resort can do minor touch ups to the rooms, this hotel will definitely get its 5 stars!

Lovely place with peacock and deer around. Air is good. Room was spacious and comfortable with complete Amenities.

Hotel è fantastico! Molto scenico, verde, nuovo, pulito, originalmente decorato. Piscina piccola ma pulita in ombra, spaziose, confortevoli, camere pulite con tutto ciò necessario, zona tranquilla. Hosts! Le letti (mattre) sono molto confortevoli ! Mi consiglio soprattutto ai viaggiatori che hanno il proprio trasporto, poiché l'hotel è a pochi passi dall'infrastruttura principale.

Room was great, however online it states the room has a balcony & aircon which it did not. Overall really good location & the room was very comfortable. The pool is on level 2 not level 4 like we were told.

Hotel is very beautiful! The stuff is sooo heplfull and nice! We are really very grateful to the people who work there! The rooms are exact the same as on photos, not very big but beautifil with all neccessery things One minus is food, because it's good enough if you stay for several days days like 3-5 days, but we stayed for two weeks and ended up with either pho bo (which by the way is SUPER GOOD) or two eggs with bread, alternating each day and a salad. Because the other two sandwiches are very simple and you wouldn't want to eat them more than twice, and the fish dishes are not suitable for everyone. But that's more up to the hotel manager who decides what dishes should be on the menu. It would be nice if the scrambled eggs weren't just plain, but at least like the ones they offer on Sundays. Second minus is noizes - we lived in corner room and we heard everyone in the morning, children yelling in the pool at 7 am, the street, and people who were just entering the territory and talking because our room is basically in the entering zone. It could be great at least close gate for the night and add rule with big letters close to the pool to stay queit al least until 8 am, not everyone wants to wake up early in the vacation

Отель отличный! Имеет 4 звезды, но по сути как 5. Номер не уставший, приятно находится. Пляж чистый, еда отличная. Очень тихо, хотя полное заселение (на азиатский Новый год ). Магазин напротив, до центра 5 мин на машине или 20 мин пешком. Отличный не вонючий спортзал и детская игровая. Приветливый персонал! Однозначно бы вернулся, если бы прибыл еще раз на это побережье

Nel complesso, questo hotel mi è piaciuto. Le piscine e i servizi sono eccellenti, davvero un punto forte del soggiorno. La struttura è bellissima e, per Mũi Né, è un'ottima scelta. Tuttavia, il check-in può richiedere un po' di tempo, soprattutto se non si parla vietnamita. Abbiamo anche avuto un problema con la ricezione di una seconda tessera magnetica. Eravamo in tre in camera, ma con una sola tessera era scomodo, poiché elettricità, luci e tutti i servizi della camera funzionavano esclusivamente con la tessera. Questo significava che dovevamo sempre spostarci insieme. L'hotel si trova piuttosto lontano dalla zona principale e dalla vita notturna di Mũi Né, quindi sembra un po' isolato. Il noleggio biciclette è facilmente disponibile nelle vicinanze e il servizio di consegna a domicilio funziona bene. Non ci sono molti negozi raggiungibili a piedi, ma questo non è stato un problema per me dato che ho noleggiato una bicicletta e sono andato in città in auto. Ho dato una valutazione bassa per la pulizia perché la nostra camera non è mai stata pulita durante tutto il nostro soggiorno. Siamo rimasti per quattro notti e non è venuto il servizio di pulizia. Ho contattato l'amministratore e ho chiesto almeno degli asciugamani puliti, che abbiamo ricevuto, ma la pulizia vera e propria non è mai stata offerta. Nel complesso, un bell'hotel con ottimi servizi, ma con qualche inconveniente evidente. Un buon 4 su 5.
