The hotel was okay. It wasn't in a horrible, unsafe area like some reviews mentioned. It is centrally located with lots of shopping around. Yes, the hotel is dated and in need of a renovation, but it was comfortable. For those that complain about being double charged or their room not what they booked, well, that happened to us as well. We booked on ******* and when we arrived we were told we had a 2 Queen and not the King we booked an hour ago. It was fully explained that we and another client in-house had booked literally at the same time. Totally fine. And, as for the double room charge - there is a sign at the front desk that clearly states they take a security deposit equal to a night's stay. I do not agree with this and probably would have gone elsewhere had I known in advance It's one thing to put a pending hold, but another to actually charge the card. It was reversed after check out.

We stayed here specifically for the waterpark. My 11 yr old son loved it and had a blast. Even I enjoyed going down the slide with him. The pool area was quite clean and there were always staff available. Our room was standard but clean and the beds were comfortable. They showed breakfast as an amenity but there was none when we were there. We had a good stay and will come back if we visit Sioux Falls again.

I recently stayed at the Comfort Inn for business. Because of events in Rapid City, the hotel was very full. I was given a king suite. The room was lovely, quiet and had a view. My only complaints would be that the elevator is really slow and the breakfast buffet is merely adequate.

When I got into town, it was late, I was tired as I was traveling for hours and when I checked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile and courtesy as I was being assisted by Jen the overnight Night hotel receptionist. Jen made my my checking process, smooth and seamless she even offered assistance by gaveling me advice on some of the questions that I had pertaining to the things I needed accomplish in the city. As a veteran and a person of color I really appreciate courtesy and professionalism whenever I travel and stay at hotels and I was grateful that Jen was all of the above and she showed it in her care, concern and mannerisms when interacting with me she made it easy for me to choose to stay at this hotel the entire time until I had accomplished what I came to do! The daytime receptionist Milan is also very professional, very helpful, very courteous, and he also helped me by giving me much needed information which helped me in accomplishing my task, both Jen and Milan made my stay here very special and memorable. The facilities are safe and the rooms were very clean and the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. It’s not a continental breakfast. It is a full hot breakfast with a lot to choose from. I will definitely recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to the Sioux Falls area as you will not be disappointed, as the staff is completely professional and friendly! Book your say, I give them 5 stars, thank me later!

Well done, Hilton! We stayed here one night since we arrived in the city one day before our convention started. This was a superb choice. The staff was great, and everything was clean and well vacuumed - not like so many hotels these days that seem to go days before the floors are cleaned. The room was bright and cheerful, and the bed superb. The breakfast is a true breakfast like you’d find in a restaurant. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

My wife and I stayed 1 night, arriving before 3PM to a welcoming receptionist who checked my ID, processed my payment while I filled out a liability paper, then presented the key cards. We took the elevator to the 3rd floor. Room #316 had new carpet, clean with a comfortable king, desk & chair, easy chairs, clothes bar and medium sized refer with micro & coffee machine. Opening window view to the side parking lot. The fully outfitted bathroom had a tub/shower and powerful fan. The medium sized TV had a hotel guide with 52 channels(CNBC, CNN, ESPN, HGTV, MSNBC, networks, etc). Good secure wifi, ample outlets, good lighting and under window AC/heat. The 7AM breakfast was very good: OJ, apples, raisin bran, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, waffles, bagels, bread and coffees. Overall, we had a quiet night’s sleep and enjoyed our stay.

La stanza è pulita e pulita. Viviamo nella suite, una camera da letto e una sala, ci sono divano (coca fuori per fare un letto), un piccolo frigorifero, un microonde. L'hotel è collegato al parco acquatico, ci sono molte famiglie con bambini che soggiornano. Il bambino corre durante il giorno, il rumore continua, ma è ancora tranquillo quando dorme la notte.L'unica carenza è probabilmente la colazione, non molto.

I picked this hotel due to the cancellation policy - several hotels in the area are nonrefundable. My life is in constant flux so nonrefundable wasn't for me. The location is good as its right off I90 in Rapid City. The hotel lobby was very pleasant with a warm greeting awaiting us and since we were Honor members I was given the choice of choosing what room and location I wanted. We picked the first floor and never had any noise problems. The rooms have Luxury vinyl flooring which I thought made sense (carpeting can get kinda gross) the room was very clean and kind of non traditional - There is no dressers but rather a long bench to put your luggage on with storage underneath. For toiletries instead of the usual hand soap and bottles of shampoos etc there were squeeze bottles with hand soap, lotion, shampoo all attached to the wall. I would have preferred pump dispensers as I found it hard to squeeze at times. There were hooks on the walls for handing coats etc. The shower was large again with squeeze bottles however the water flow from the shower was on water saver mode. It only had one large stream not the usual spray effect. I think this was due to The city being on high plains and not with great water sources. We got used to it. There isn't a microwave in the room nor a coffee maker. But the lobby had all that - I found the first floor location handy for this. The lobby offered coffee, water, tea and was well stocked. They had other treats for a cost. The breakfast was the usual pancakes, cereal, eggs, sausage fair and was open until 10am. If you didn't like the Hilton offers you were welcome to go to the Hampton Inn and use their facilities. My family and I really enjoyed our stay there. I would recommend it highly.
