Giamaica: hotel con piscina nella provincia di Parrocchia di Saint Andrew

La mia esperienza generale era molto buona. Ho prenotato ROK per il fatto che la mia famiglia rimase lì, e volevo stare con loro. Abbiamo viaggiato in Giamaica per la riproduzione familiare, quindi volevamo poco disturbo quanto possibile. Il personale della reception era vicino, amichevole, accogliente e professionale. L'aspetto generale era estetico piacevole; amavo la decorazione in tutto il tempo. L'ingresso era spazioso e pulito. Sono rimasto al settimo piano, pulito, e ha una macchina di ghiaccio comune. La stanza era un po' più piccola di quanto avrei preferito, ma funzionante, c'è una macchina frigorifera e caffè; avrei preferito un caldo perché preferivo sentire la mia acqua bollire! Abbiamo dormito bene per la maggior parte, l'unica domanda che mi riguardava era il rumore mattina, ho sentito il personale di casa chi parlare tra di loro mentre svolgono i loro compiti, le porte sbattute, ecc. A causa delle differenze di tempo, mi sono svegliato alle quattro. Il bar è eccellente, situato all'esterno della piscina, e un respiro di aria fresca. Abbiamo trascorso la maggior parte delle nostre notti al bar divertindoci con un cocktail o 2, posti a sedere, e il personale è alloggiato. Devo apprezzare i bagni nelle aree comuni ... fresco fresco, usano un bel fresher d'aria profumato; mi ha colpito quanto bene mantenuto i serbatoi. Non ho fatto colazione perché di solito mangio più tardi nel giorno. Tuttavia, la mia famiglia pensava che le scelte fossero ripetute dopo pochi giorni. Il bar era fresco e piacevole. Ci sono un paio di posti da mangiare fuori dall'hotel. Tuttavia, non le consiglierei a causa di un ampio ritardo di attesa. Mangiate all'hotel o trovate altrove. In generale, consiglierei il ROK, e certamente rimarrei.

L'alloggio non era così illustrato. Prima non c'è divano in camera e non abbiamo ricevuto una stanza con balcone come richiesto. Sono andato lì un giorno prima di entrare e ho parlato con una signora al divano il giovedì 23, perché il resto della mia famiglia era arrivato il 24°. Mi ha assicurato che saremmo stati allo stesso piano, le camere che avevamo chiesto erano disponibili. Al check-in, non è successo nulla di questo e lei non ha mai rilasciato la nostra richiesta. La stanza era di ossa, il ricevitore ci ha detto che le foto mostrate sui siti web devono essere prese. Le tovalette erano schifose, uno deve chiedere per una festa di quattro. Il frigo era sbloccato e vuoto! Inizialmente all'arrivo, ho una piccola bottiglia d'acqua da dare a ogni persona all'arrivo e questo è stato ! Per il soggiorno!Uno deve chiedere di prendere l'acqua. Abbiamo finito di comprare al supermercato. La sicurezza era buona. I giardini esterni devono essere mantenuti. Le lana hanno visto giorni migliori. Il pavimento involucriato era sporco nella stanza. Portiamo le scarpe da letto e sono così sporche dal pavimento che dovevamo gettarle prima di partire. Alcuni impiegati di caffetteria sono carini, altri sono grumi e lenti. Questo sarebbe un bel posto, se solo potessero aggiornare i mobili e mantenere l'esterno. Ci vuole sempre che l'acqua calda appara! La posizione è il punto di vendita migliore per questo piccolo hotel. La sicurezza è 👍 grande.

Customer service was friendly and professional and very helpful. The room was comfortable and relatively clean but the floor and carpet was not swept or vacuumed, sheets and blankets smelled like crap but looked cleaned. Restaurant was great for breakfast which was a mixed of Jamaican and American style breakfast. I did not take advantage of the pool or the gym so I can’t give a rating but overall it was a pleasure hotel. I would book this hotel again.

Our flight was late and we got to the hotel sometime after 9 pm. when we reached the hotel, the hotel staff advised us that they had computer problems and could not check us in. We waited over 1 hour to find out that they had given away our reservation. We tried to get something to eat while the hotel staff tried to find us another room, but the kitchen closed at 10 pm and we were very hungry. They tried to accommodate us and let us order 2 salads to go which took 30-45 mins. When we finally got our salads and we also got notice that they found us a room for the night. When we got to our room, it was very nice. They gave us the executive suite for the night which eased my dissatisfaction in their service for the night. The next day, I asked if we could stay in the Executive suite for the rest of my stay without any additional cost since they could not find us another room as i had originally booked. they agreed and my aunt and i had a great time for 1 full day. On our 3rd day when we returned back to the hotel room after being out the full day, we noticed load machine like sound coming from the room since we were on the 10th floor. Then we notice the sofa seat was wet and water on the floor. Then we noticed water coming from the ceiling running down from the ceiling down the wall and over by the living area and by the bar area. It was crazy. I had to call the front desk and report it. They sent up someone to evaluate and then when they saw it, they called the manager or engineer to take a look. It appears that work was being done on the roof and the water came down into the suite and made a mess of the furniture and floor. The engineer apologized for the inconvenience but and then left. We were left in the room with water all over the floor and unable to use the living room. We ended up having to call the front desk to have then send someone to clean up the water on the floor and on the furniture. We ended up eating in our bedrooms. When we checked out, i mentioned to the hotel staff about the inconvenience we had with the water and the staff was sympathetic but no apologies or offer to give a discount or anything. I decided i would not return to this hotel again. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone especially with the experience we had.

El lugar es bastante pacifico, clima muy fresco, areas verdes, perfecto para desconectar de la ciudad y relajarse. El dueño fue amable y atento, recomiendo para estadías cortas.

La mia esperienza @ L'hotel era eccellente, il personale era cortese, gentile, molto disposto ad aiutare con ciò che vuoi. Tutto era buono. Mi piace stare.. E lo consiglio a chiunque.

酒店不大就一棟樓，房間是標準的公寓式客房，客房裝修和國內的商務連鎖酒店差不多，簡單乾淨。但工作人員挺熱情的，進進出出都會聊個天幫個忙的，我選擇的是帶個小廚房的大床房，對於經常旅行的我而言，算是比較適合，因為有配備的洗衣機和烘乾機，就是洗衣機的味道有點重，得先清洗一遍。酒店地理位置不錯，離機場也不遠，過兩條街可以到達芳大宅看看牙買加第一位黑人百萬富翁的故居，可以品嚐著名的牙買加冰淇淋和意大利人開的西餐，也有牙買加特色烤雞什麼的，如果需要添置東西，距離兩條街還有一個大超市，走路大概12分鐘。

Le pareti sono super sottili, perché i nostri sonni sono sempre stati interrotti.La proprietà è pulita e moderna, ma non mi piacerebbe visitare di nuovo.

Il Spanish Court Hotel ha perfettamente rispettato le aspettative. La colazione era grande - sia opzioni continentali che tariffe locali. Il personale non poteva essere più utile per fornire consigli, aiutare con la nostra autonoleggio e di solito essere piacevole e accogliente. Grazie per il vostro soggiorno meraviglioso!
