While the price point is slightly on the higher side, the quality of service, amenities, and overall experience makes it worth every penny. The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but I chose it because it’s conveniently located near my workplace. I was really impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, and service. Everything was excellent. The amenities were complete, the staff were attentive, and the overall experience truly felt like a genuine five-star stay. However, I was a bit surprised to learn that a deposit of Rp500,000 per room was required upon check-in, as this information was not mentioned on Trip.com. It would be helpful if this detail were clearly stated in advance for guests’ convenience. Even though it’s not right in the heart of the city, transportation is easy since online taxis are readily available. Getting to the city center or exploring nearby attractions was no problem at all. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. Definitely a hotel I’d consider returning to.

Very nice hotel, with good location. Right side this hotel we can find many restos, cafe, supermarket. 250m from hotel there is Bakmi Aloi.

Aryaduta is to me a old hotel. The bed is worn out...room is quite small for 2 single bedded. But its ok... Their wide choice of buffet breakfast is their saving grace. Really nice and delicious food. Front desk to concierge is nice and friendly. My biggest DISLIKE ? Their limited lift or elevator service... There was a wedding being held there. Their lifts are constantly full...after 30min waiting...8-9 times lift doors open and close as it is full...I used the staircase. Not good....inconvenient.... Would I recommend it ? For that price, there are better choices out there... It would be a choice if my favorite hotel is fully booked.

We had a pleasant stay and the breakfast was fantastic. I bought lumpia separately during my checkout and all the staff were polite & helpful. I will definitely recommend my friends and relatives to the ALTS🤩The rooftop swimming pool is clean and the view was 👍🏼 Near for karaoke 🎤 and Near for food hunting😋

I stayed with my wife and 2 children (2 rooms) at the hotel. The hotel service seemed unprepared to handle the large number of guests. The breakfast room was very small and unable to accommodate guests, as well as the limited food options. We had to wait 15 minutes in front of the reception with other guests to get a seat for breakfast. Towels at the swimming pool were also unavailable. The parking area was quite spacious behind the building, but there was a lot of trash and construction debris. Otherwise, it was standard for a 4-star hotel.

Il check-in era semplice, il servizio era grande, il personale mi ha preso cura di veloce. E il cibo è davvero delizioso! Rimarrà a Zuri quando ritornerà a Palembang!

A good and strategic hotel that provides rooms with 3 beds. Around the hotel area there are several delicious restaurants, one of which is Hainan Chicken. walking a little from the hotel there is an MRT station and in front of the hotel there is a bus stop. The Bugis area can also be reached by walking around 20 minutes from the hotel.

Il check-in deve essere dopo 2! Sono arrivato circa 1.45pm! Non possono fornire un check-in precoce! A causa del mio volo è atterrato circa 1 PM e sono pronto a controllare prima a causa della posizione lontano dal centro! Il colazione era ok! Più varietà di cibo!
