Ohio, Stati Uniti d'America: hotel pet friendly

The young lady at the front desk was very pleasant and got us checked in quickly. She even went to our room ahead of time to make sure that it was cleaned properly. We got to our room and the air conditioning was already on so that was nice as it was about 80° outside. We entered from the front entrance and went through a door to head up some stairs to the second floor. This was inside the building. The steps in the hallways were carpeted and they were filthy. It looks like they hadn't been vacuumed in months! We got to our room and we both mentioned that the glass on the front entrance doors needed to be cleaned and there were other glass doors that needed wiped down with glass cleaner. The room was very nice and very clean. We didn't use the shower but the bathroom was clean. I did notice some mold on the caulking around the bathtub but again we didn't use it. The back of the remote that cover the batteries was missing and the bathroom switch did not work to shut the light off. There were only three pillows on a king size bed and they were half the size of standard pillows so we went down to the front desk and asked if we could have a fourth pillow and she said no they only provide three. The air conditioning worked great so we were happy with that. We had brought some takeout food back to the room for dinner and there was only one place for one person to sit as that is how it is set up in the room. So we sat on the bed and ate there which was fine. They definitely need to clean more but all in all for the price we were very happy with our stay and will be back.

Chiese una stanza non fumatori, ma la stanza profumava come una combinazione di fumo di sigaretta e di frigore d’aria. Quando camminai intorno alla stanza, mi accorsi che la polvere si attaccava ai piedi. Mi piaceva andare in doccia. Il A/C funzionava bene.

The hotel has a welcoming staff with spacious common spaces and rooms. The Orbit stays true to its name, playing on the theme, with colors, wall coverings, and appointments reminiscent of the early 60's when there were 7 astronauts, a Mercury program, and a new organization called NASA. It sits in the shadow of the NASA Glenn Research Center and across the street from the Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. The room had a mini-fridge, microwave, K-cup coffee maker, and a nice big bathroom. The breakfast bar was well appointed with something for everyone to include an automatic pancake maker straight out of the Jetson's! I will be back.

The hotel overall cleanliness was good but the bathroom sink was running white colored water which made us reluctant to use the sink. The shower head was also really dirty and the water that came out was a bit white also. Good thing there was a kitchen sink and the water was clear. But we had to use the only shower in the room. The maintenance guy came to fix the water issue but it wasn’t fix when we went back to the room.

La stanza e il servizio sono grandi, ma non ci sono shampoo, perché?Abbiamo dovuto avere una stanza, non era pianificata, quindi non abbiamo forniture imballate almeno c'era sapone, ma i capelli sporchi non sono felici di questo

Molto comodo e pulito i miei figli amavano la piscina. Non lontano dal punto di cedro. Il personale era bello e utile. Buona doccia nella nostra stanza.Alcuni degli altri ospiti erano alti, ma era molto occupato.

Non è un posto cattivo per stare tranquillo non sentire molta agitazione e combattere sicuramente vale la pena di soldi rispetto ad altri luoghi che ho soggiornato in generale dare a 5 di 5 valutazioni

Il personale del desk front è fantastico.Mary e sua sorella sono fantastiche. Così il manager è Mr. Roul. Grazie per un grande soggiorno di esperienza.

A bit noisy but the overall experience is good, the front desk is very helpful and the area is full of places to eat.
