Overall was a good experience! Only issue was there is no microwave in your hotel room so when you and your family come back from a nice dinner or just have leftovers in general you have to go to the main lobby where there is only one microwave inside a cabinet for everyone in the hotel to use! Now here’s my real issue….inside that cabinet…not microwave just to be clear…. was a dead roach….we immediately alerted the staff and they were shocked just as we were! Staff said they would handle it so with good faith the next morning my kids were hungry went back down to that same microwave and the roach was still there‼️‼️‼️

Il Lago Kuya è molto vicino al Parco Nazionale e ci sono molti ristoranti e strutture nelle vicinanze. Il prezzo non è male, purtroppo non ci sono restrizioni per le persone nella stanza accanto alla festa, ma va bene anche per il prezzo.

Hotel was ok for airport Hotel in that area. Only Shuttlebus was not ok. Afternoon was no driver available and in the morning had no shuttle service before 5:30AM. Had to take two times UBER on my own cost.

Easy check in, very friendly, helpful check in staff. Lovely room, large comfy bed, good bathroom, great shower.
Somewhat disappointed by very limited on site Mexican restaurant food & it was quite poor in terms of portion and lacked any real flavour.
We had issue with getting bed made up and asked on 3 different occasions over our 3 night day. Jen on reception promised it would be done for out return to hotel in afternoon but sadly it was not and in spite of her further requests it was never done.
On check out when I told her it still hadn’t been done she agreed this was not good enough as she had been assured by housekeeping it would be done previous day.
Jen said she was sending 30,000 points to my Marriott account to compensate for our disappointment and they would show up within 48 hrs. That was 28 April , it’s now 14May and still nothing………
I really expected much better from a hotel of this standard. Westin you have let the Marriott group and us down. You really need to deliver on your promises.
So disappointed ☹️☹️☹️☹️

The room was very clean as well as the public areas that we hung out at. I was really impressed with the breakfast. So many choices. Cereal, yogurts, chessey eggs, bacon, pancakes, bagels and more. The staff were really nice too. I'll definitely stay there my next visit to Cincy which will probably be next month.

RRachelle SzakacsThe young lady at the front desk was very pleasant and got us checked in quickly. She even went to our room ahead of time to make sure that it was cleaned properly. We got to our room and the air conditioning was already on so that was nice as it was about 80° outside. We entered from the front entrance and went through a door to head up some stairs to the second floor. This was inside the building. The steps in the hallways were carpeted and they were filthy. It looks like they hadn't been vacuumed in months! We got to our room and we both mentioned that the glass on the front entrance doors needed to be cleaned and there were other glass doors that needed wiped down with glass cleaner. The room was very nice and very clean. We didn't use the shower but the bathroom was clean. I did notice some mold on the caulking around the bathtub but again we didn't use it.
The back of the remote that cover the batteries was missing and the bathroom switch did not work to shut the light off. There were only three pillows on a king size bed and they were half the size of standard pillows so we went down to the front desk and asked if we could have a fourth pillow and she said no they only provide three. The air conditioning worked great so we were happy with that. We had brought some takeout food back to the room for dinner and there was only one place for one person to sit as that is how it is set up in the room. So we sat on the bed and ate there which was fine. They definitely need to clean more but all in all for the price we were very happy with our stay and will be back.

The Orbit stays true to its name, playing on the theme, with colors, wall coverings, and appointments reminiscent of the early 60's when there were 7 astronauts, a Mercury program, and a new organization called NASA. It sits in the shadow of the NASA Glenn Research Center and across the street from the Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. The room had a mini-fridge, microwave, K-cup coffee maker, and a nice big bathroom. The breakfast bar was well appointed with something for everyone to include an automatic pancake maker straight out of the Jetson's! I will be back.

UUtente ospiteThe hotel overall cleanliness was good but the bathroom sink was running white colored water which made us reluctant to use the sink. The shower head was also really dirty and the water that came out was a bit white also. Good thing there was a kitchen sink and the water was clear. But we had to use the only shower in the room. The maintenance guy came to fix the water issue but it wasn’t fix when we went back to the room.
