Overall satisfied. The hotel felt safe and has a nice vibe. Location is in a less sketchy part of downtown, although I wouldn’t necessarily go for a night walk in the area. Conveniently located to some surrounding attractions like the Inner Harbor and Lexington Market. The room was spotless clean. The maintenance could be improved as there were some broken closet doors and holes in the wall. I informed the friendly staff and they told me they were aware. Other than that, well equipped and everything was there and working. Cleaning is not daily and depends on the length of your stay. However, if you needed anything you can ask and it could be provided. The breakfast buffet was okay, nothing special. There was a limited, but enough options. For fresh fruits they only had red apples, every day. The bar was closed for lunch during my stay. They had a small business area with a computer and a printer for guests. The gym was well equipped. The staff were friendly, welcoming and you can tell everyone was trying to make the guests have a nice experience. I would consider and return.

L'Hotel Indigo di Baltimore è uno che offre comfort, accesso a ristoranti di qualità che rappresentano varie cucine, e servizio clienti con personalità e sorriso. Il menu è sufficiente e i barista sono ben versati nella creazione di cocktail che si possa godere. Le camere sono tranquille, la pressione dell'acqua è forte e il costo è competitivo. Sono rimasto 2 notti e quando sono uscito tardi, l'hotel non aveva alcun problema.

Sono riuscito a fare il check-in, ma non sono mai riuscito a raggiungere la camera perché il mio amico ha avuto un'emergenza. Spazio sprecato e soprattutto soldi.

hotel was generally acceptable for its price level and location. the positives were the very friendly and helpful front desk and cleaning staff. the room was large enough for two, and the bed was comfortable. downsides were simply that the amenities were not all that great, with a very small indoor pool and limited workout room. but, really, it’s fine overall. would stay again if in the area.

這是我第一次寫評論，為的就是讓同胞做出自己最正確的選擇，酒店性價比高，在高速路邊，這片區域2-3家酒店挨着，有點價格便宜可以免費停車，離白宮市中心大概30多公里，如果睡眠不好的朋友，千萬不要選擇，這次我被安排215房間，2樓衹有2-3間有窗但打開窗簾就是3個排風機和一堵牆，215房間就是其中一個，具體什麼原因我也不知道，希望攜程關注一下

Molto pulito e le donne al divano, credo che il suo nome è Grace era assolutamente meraviglioso. L'unica cosa negativa da menzionare è stata la $20 al giorno e il garage era in un edificio separato, (perciò in una notte fredda e ventosa che era) che si sa dover portare il bagaglio.

L'hotel è molto buono, molto pulito, molto tranquillo, la stanza è anche grande, e la stanza di cucina che puoi cucinare. L'unica carenza è che i tovaglioli e altri articoli da lavare. Il tovagliolo e tutto questo sono tutti per mettersi alla porta della stanza. Il pulitore non entra nella porta e non si pulisce. Cambia i tovaglioli per cambiare con la sede.Il colazione è anche buono.

I got a room with the harbor view, it was so beautiful. I watched the sunset through my hotel window. And it’s a walking distance to the barbor and restaurants. Staff were hospitable and nice. The only thing is they don’t have free parking nor they cover the parking fees, unlike other hotels. This is first time experiencing having to pay for my own. I had to pay $24 for a day parking.

Siamo stati molto soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno nelle suite di Springhill. Il signore di Valet, Akeem(?), è stato molto utile, gentile e professionale. Darrien è stato fantastico, accogliente, gentile e professionale. Ha risposto molte delle mie domande con grandi suggerimenti. Le nostre camere erano speciali, pulite e confortevoli. Ci sono state colazione, specialmente le uova w/cheese.

La posizione è buona.
