The staffs are very helpful. Their security is good too. The view is amazing. Location is super. They have 711, Bank & ATM on the ground floor. On the second floor there is a Mini Chinese Supermarket, Pool, Gym, kids play area, a small shop which sells some clothing, a Cafe/Restaurant and a Malatang hhh. Quite a combo, you can get what you need. They also offer free rides to some places nearby. The only downside is that we found 2 rubbish bags under the cupboard that is not ours and the sink is not very clean. Others are acceptable. I’ll still consider it for my future stays. Hope they can improve the cleaning and make it smell fresher.

Tutto nell'hotel era molto pulito e ben tenuto. Il personale delle pulizie veniva ogni mattina e faceva un ottimo lavoro. Gli asciugamani venivano cambiati quotidianamente e le lenzuola profumavano sempre di fresco. Il bagno era impeccabile, senza muffa né odori strani. Ho persino visto il personale pulire i corridoi e i pulsanti dell'ascensore più volte al giorno.

Great stay. Good people. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back!

La stanza era bella, c'è una cosa che non mi piaceva, era la prima porta. Non possiamo chiudere la prima porta, anche se c'è un'altra porta che è la porta principale della stanza, ma mi sentivo ancora in disturbo sapendo che c'è una possibilità che qualcuno possa avere la possibilità di guardarti dentro semplicemente guardando in peephole. Anche prima di questo, uno dei membri del personale era già dentro in un piccolo spazio tra la prima e la seconda porta senza conoscenza. Il personale ci ha detto che era normale per loro di entrare in quel piccolo spazio dopo che avete aperto la prima porta perché possono mettere qualsiasi ordine /food in riga al costruito in cassetta lì se così rende il cliente incomodo di essere onesti se è il vostro Ho provato molti hotel intorno a Manila che ha due porte, ma questa è la prima volta che l'abbiamo sperimentato. Inoltre, mio marito lavorava anche in hotel come guardiano e dipartimento di custodia prima, ma era anche sconvolto che ci fosse una sorta di politica attuata in un hotel coz che non era a conoscenza. Ma ancora una volta abbiamo sperimentato che non è successo alla data che abbiamo prenotato, ma lo stesso hotel, quindi ho cercato di dare il mio feedback con questo. In generale, è stata così stupefacente esperienza con questo hotel. Grazie

Excellent location, near to airport. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. We booked a standard room, but upon arrival, we were upgraded to deluxe room. They were very accommodating, especially with our pet (2 small dogs). I would choose to stay here again for sure!~

Ho avuto una grande esperienza di soggiorno in questo hotel. La stanza era pulita, comoda e ben mantenuta. Il personale era amichevole, accogliente e molto utile per tutta la mia permanenza. La posizione era anche conveniente e facile da accedere. In generale, ho davvero goduto il mio soggiorno e mi consiglierei sicuramente questo hotel a chiunque cercasse un posto confortevole e rilassante per soggiornare.

Second time staying here as first time was great. Had a really good laugh there with staff etc and the access to all other things as a tourists was great 👍🏼

Il personale è super cordiale, dall'autista, alla guardia di sicurezza e alla reception, sono molto attenti e si prendono molta cura dei loro clienti... continuate così, grazie mille Golden Seagulls Hotel, ne è valsa la pena per noi soggiornare lì. Staff was good food good but the last night Thier the front desk confirmed I had reserved taxi for pickup at check out however 10 past time of check out and when taxi did not arrive they informed me taxi cancelled without reason these. Prior.. so they let me extend to reserve a ride but I had to pay fee even though they failed to inform me about the booking they offered to book for me and they never offered the tip back. Only communicated to other Victoria courts in Metro Manila NCR false slander and hearsay about me that I learned happened as Tru from the other booking at company properties

The room was clean .but during this time i just noticed that the ac wasnt cool as i expected . I already set it to the fullest temperature but still its not giving the coldness that i want. I think the ac wasnt working properly in my tiredness that night i didnt not complain to the staff coz in my thinking they will transfer me in other room so i need to packed and unpacked my things which i cant coz im too sleepy so i decided not to tell this and i thought that maybe after how many hours staying in the room it will get cold but its not its just like using a fan a lil bit .
