L'indirizzo dell'hotel era un po' lontano dall'aeroporto, ma è molto accessibile se si viaggia per Manila e il Mall of Asia. L'hotel era molto bello e pulito, tutto era funzionale, la tenda e l'illuminazione automatiche. La stanza era molto confortevole. Il cibo era ottimo e il buffet lo valuterò 9 su 10. Il personale alla reception è stato molto accomodante, alcuni non sono molto amichevoli, forse perché hanno troppi ospiti e lavorano. In generale, il mio soggiorno è stato fantastico per circa 5 giorni. Grazie per il vostro servizio! Tornerò sicuramente presto.

Hotel ben situato, a pochi passi dal centro storico - dove si possono trovare la maggior parte dei luoghi turistici, il luogo sembra qualcosa di un passato fantastico. Con alcune riparazioni, rinovamento, potrebbe anche avere un grande futuro. Il personale è utile, compensano i problemi incontrati dall'hotel. Buon colazione, vari prodotti da scegliere. Piccolo piscina aperta ma sufficiente per godersi durante il tempo caldo (non abbiamo mai usato durante il nostro soggiorno come pioveva troppo). Le camere devono essere ristrutturate, molte cose devono essere migliorate

Dinner was a true culinary event, complete with impeccable wine pairings suggested by a knowledgeable sommelier. Even the simple room service order was delivered promptly and presented beautifully. So far, during my stay at ONE PACIFIC PLACE SERVICED RESIDENCES was amazing. The ambiance was solemn & cleaned. The personnel were polite and very repsonsive if you have concerns.. Actually it was my second time around to booked in that place. Highly recommended ..

Mi rendo sempre all'hotel a Manila. Vicino ai ristoranti della notte, a 20 minuti a piedi da tutti i centri, e le camere sono pulite, i letti sono comodi e ci sono molta acqua calda. Il personale è amichevole e il regalo un buono per un drink gratuito. In tutto, un gran numero per il prezzo

I’ve stayed at New World several times, and what impresses me the most is their consistency in service. Even with changes in management, the quality of care and hospitality has remained the same—always excellent. From check-in to check-out, everything feels seamless and professional. The staff are attentive, warm, and make sure every stay is comfortable. And I have to mention their bathrobes they’re unbelievably cozy! New World continues to deliver the same superb service I’ve come to expect, and that’s exactly what keeps me coming back. Truly one of the best experiences every time!

The front desk service was good , upon checkin i forgot to check there is cash deposit, but this is understandable for a condotel staying . Thats fair. The room is very spacious it perfect for family size. Downside I really expect to get room facing okada, i assumed all offered rooms regardless of the type as posted in tiktok or other social media platform . So i duno if it has to booked in other apps to get those view The other buildings on pacific side , looks like abandoned building , im at 32nd floor it looks creepy when i opened my window, it reminds me of horror story. The bathroom getting flooded when you used the shower. The pool at the 2F was alright, i havent touched the gym. But 2 facilities are enough tp accommodate quick staycation I wld recommend to booked premium room to enjoy the bayview. But for quick stay like i did. What you pay, is what you get. .
