The staffs are very helpful. Their security is good too. The view is amazing. Location is super. They have 711, Bank & ATM on the ground floor. On the second floor there is a Mini Chinese Supermarket, Pool, Gym, kids play area, a small shop which sells some clothing, a Cafe/Restaurant and a Malatang hhh. Quite a combo, you can get what you need. They also offer free rides to some places nearby. The only downside is that we found 2 rubbish bags under the cupboard that is not ours and the sink is not very clean. Others are acceptable. I’ll still consider it for my future stays. Hope they can improve the cleaning and make it smell fresher.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte. Tutto bene, servizi puliti, personale disponibile. Le camere sono piccole ma molto spaziose e in camera c'è tutto il necessario, dagli asciugamani puliti ai set di cortesia alle lozioni... ma TUTTE LE CAMERE SONO PER FUMATORI, anche al buffet, la gente fuma e per noi non fumatori è fastidioso. Tuttavia, ho apprezzato il fatto che le camere non avessero odore di fumo proveniente dal corridoio.

Ho avuto un piacevole soggiorno all'hotel, e in generale, è stata una buona esperienza. La stanza era comoda, pulita e forniva tutto quello che mi serviva per un soggiorno rilassante. Uno dei punti più apprezzato è la pulizia dell'hotel. La stanza, il bagno e le aree comuni erano ben mantenute, che mi facevano sentire comodo durante la mia visita. Il personale era cortese e accogliente, e sempre voleva aiutare quando era necessario. L'atmosfera dell'hotel era tranquilla, rendendolo un posto per riposare dopo un lungo giorno. Sebbene vi siano sempre margini per un piccolo miglioramento, sono stato generalmente soddisfatto della qualità dell'alloggio e del servizio fornito. In generale, ho goduto il mio soggiorno e ho sentito che l'hotel offre un buon valore per l'esperienza. Mi piacerebbe rimanere qui in futuro e consigliere a chiunque cercasse un confortevole, pulito e piacevole luogo di soggiorno.

Era quello che mi aspettavo.. Per me la buona posizione è molto importante.. Come ho detto, è un franchising. Albergo d'amore.. Il servizio era buono.. Soprattutto gli operatori sono molto gentili.. Il cibo è un prezzo molto ragionevole e i gusti sono buoni...

Overall good for the price paid. But at 4am we heard loud knocking on our door and shouting “should I just go in?” And we had to shout back “wrong room wrong room”, not a pleasant experience…

Il personale è super cordiale, dall'autista, alla guardia di sicurezza e alla reception, sono molto attenti e si prendono molta cura dei loro clienti... continuate così, grazie mille Golden Seagulls Hotel, ne è valsa la pena per noi soggiornare lì. Staff was good food good but the last night Thier the front desk confirmed I had reserved taxi for pickup at check out however 10 past time of check out and when taxi did not arrive they informed me taxi cancelled without reason these. Prior.. so they let me extend to reserve a ride but I had to pay fee even though they failed to inform me about the booking they offered to book for me and they never offered the tip back. Only communicated to other Victoria courts in Metro Manila NCR false slander and hearsay about me that I learned happened as Tru from the other booking at company properties
