We stayed here since its close to MOA Arena and we are watching some concerts. Place is ok, it feels unsafe to walk outside tho specially at night. Tons of tambays outside. Also the ocean view looks horrible due to the dredging plus we saw tons of garbage down below. Its cold so we didnt get to use or see their pool. Breakfast is good tho.

Hotel ben situato, a pochi passi dal centro storico - dove si possono trovare la maggior parte dei luoghi turistici, il luogo sembra qualcosa di un passato fantastico. Con alcune riparazioni, rinovamento, potrebbe anche avere un grande futuro. Il personale è utile, compensano i problemi incontrati dall'hotel. Buon colazione, vari prodotti da scegliere. Piccolo piscina aperta ma sufficiente per godersi durante il tempo caldo (non abbiamo mai usato durante il nostro soggiorno come pioveva troppo). Le camere devono essere ristrutturate, molte cose devono essere migliorate

We especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities, including the personalized welcome note and the state-of-the-art climate control. The marble bathroom, equipped with luxurious toiletries and a spacious rainfall shower, felt like a private spa retreat. Exceptional Culinary Journey Dining at the Bellevue was a highlight of the trip. The main restaurant, The Summit, offered a diverse menu of locally sourced, exquisite dishes. We enjoyed a breakfast buffet that was expansive and fresh, featuring everything from artisanal pastries to made-to-order omelets. Dinner was a true culinary event, complete with impeccable wine pairings suggested by a knowledgeable sommelier. Even the simple room service order was delivered promptly and presented beautifully. Final Verdict The Bellevue Hotel sets the gold standard for luxury hospitality. The cleanliness and services are satisfactory. However, the overhead shower has defects and needs replacement. I can also hear other clients' voice and noise from the other room. It seems that there's an open wall at the back of the cabinet. In fairness, I enjoyed the dining experience, the perfect location and accessibility, and the affordable cost.

Very comfortable hotel with friendly and professional staff. One minor complaint I would have is that there is only a fixed shower head, which I’m not fond of. The hotel is located very close to the Filling Station which is probably the tackiest and coolest restaurant in Asia, however it’s also the area that has a bunch of gogo bars, midget boxers and so on, so if you’re travelling with your partner or family and don’t want to get harassed by people trying to sell you all sorts of questionable things, you might want to consider a different area.

I book this hotel as it was near at star city not knowing that i might regret and disappointment it somehow. If you are particular in cleanliness i might suggest book in other hotel. First the bed sheet got yellow stain and hair. 2. The wall got painted falling. 3. Tv was been set up in a Chinese. No netflix ( you need to sign in your own) . Normal tv channel was been not working. 4. The hall way have a smoke smell and some how it go through inside of the room( although there is a humidifier inside of the room you can still smell it. 5. You can hear the noise inside of the room from outside. Seems the wall is a thin like a can. We did not get enough rest as we can hear the noise from the people who use the staire( our room was beside of stair). 6. Bring your own towel. Our room is good for 4 but only 2 towel is available and slippers( if you gonna ask for.extra you need to pay. 7. No fridge, and iron. 8. Our room.was located at 3rd floor and there is a window ( but the window cannot be close. We afraid for our security 9. For food i suggest you to eat outside or order the grab as i see its not find it worth it. 10. Staff is nice and approachable and the guard is helpful to find me a taxi. 11. Upon entering the room and do check the bathroom i notice the tissue roll just 1/4 left . So we buy our own instead cause it seems that its also chargeble. Over all we did not appreciate and satisfied our stay at the hotel even its just 1 night. Please take note this is just our opinion as a person who works in hospitality industry and always checking in a 3-5 star hotel.

Qualità della camera: La camera era spaziosa, pulita e ben tenuta. Il letto era molto comodo e le lenzuola profumavano di fresco. Ho apprezzato l'attenzione ai dettagli, come l'acqua in bottiglia gratuita, il set per tè/caffè e gli articoli da toeletta. Tuttavia, ho notato un leggero ronzio proveniente dall'unità di aria condizionata, che potrebbe essere fastidioso per chi ha il sonno leggero. Servizi: L'hotel offriva ottimi servizi per un pernottamento. Ho utilizzato il Wi-Fi gratuito, che era veloce e affidabile. La palestra era piccola ma aveva tutto l'essenziale per un allenamento veloce. Non ho avuto la possibilità di usare la piscina, ma sembrava pulita e invitante. Cibo: Ho cenato al ristorante interno e il cibo era delizioso, anche se un po' caro. Il buffet della colazione la mattina successiva aveva una buona varietà, soddisfacendo sia i gusti locali che quelli internazionali. Servizio: Il servizio è stato di prim'ordine! Il personale è stato cordiale, accomodante e tempestivo nelle risposte. Ma quando ho chiesto la sostituzione di un vetro a causa di una crepa al momento del check-in in camera, l'hanno semplicemente annotato e non l'hanno mai sostituito. Esperienza complessiva: Valuterei il mio soggiorno 8,5/10. È stata un'esperienza rilassante e piacevole, perfetta per una breve fuga. L'unico piccolo problema è stato il rumore dell'aria condizionata, ma ciò non ha messo in ombra l'eccellente servizio e il comfort forniti dall'hotel. Consiglierei sicuramente questo hotel e prenderei in considerazione di soggiornarvi di nuovo.

L'hotel è in un'ottima posizione, con ristoranti e fast food nelle vicinanze. C'è anche un centro commerciale a poche centinaia di metri di distanza. Chinatown è proprio accanto. La camera è piccola ma confortevole, con un piccolo frigorifero. L'arredamento è moderno. La mia camera era silenziosa. Consiglio questo hotel: offre un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo.

I’ve stayed at New World several times, and what impresses me the most is their consistency in service. Even with changes in management, the quality of care and hospitality has remained the same—always excellent. From check-in to check-out, everything feels seamless and professional. The staff are attentive, warm, and make sure every stay is comfortable. And I have to mention their bathrobes they’re unbelievably cozy! New World continues to deliver the same superb service I’ve come to expect, and that’s exactly what keeps me coming back. Truly one of the best experiences every time!

La stanza era spaziosa, a destra...molto pulita, con microonde, mini rif, e cutterie...Molto caldo e accogliente personale. Il secondo piano ha un negozio di comodità 24/7...ha anche un caffè... grandi strutture...famiglia di animali domestici, hanno un ascensore per lettoni con animali domestici...la cosa più carina, i guardiani salutano tutti con un viso di sorriso felice, con un tono buono mattino felice...in sinch. 😁
