Luzon Centrale, Filippine: hotel pet friendly

The resort is about to be renovated weeks prior to our stay so you could really see some facilities are already damaged but it's understandable. I was a little bit disappointed in our room, there were molds everywhere. The curtain, tables and handle doors. We just don't want to ruin our mood so we just enjoyed the pool, the beach front and the food. The staff were really friendly and nice.

Non è lontano dall'aeroporto. È possibile prendere la navetta dell'hotel per l'aeroporto (600 pesos). È anche situato in posizione strategica, vicino al quartiere commerciale. Il prezzo era ragionevole, quindi perfetto anche solo per dormire. Anche la connessione internet era ottima, il che è stato un piacere! Il personale è stato molto gentile.

Our stay at the resort was truly enjoyable and memorable. The staff were warm, attentive, and very accommodating throughout our visit. The food was delicious and offered great value for the price. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The beach was particularly impressive, with fine white sand and no rocky areas, making it perfect for relaxing and swimming. Although we didn’t get to use the pool, we were completely absorbed in the beach and the variety of water activities available. Overall, the resort offers exceptional value for money, combining excellent service, beautiful surroundings, and a truly satisfying experience. We left feeling refreshed and happy, and we would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect beach getaway

Il personale è amichevole e accogliente.Anche se le strutture sono un po' obsoleti, la stanza è pulita. Anche il cibo era grande, mi piaceva soprattutto il caffè e il pancit.

The hotel is quite new and has modern look and feel.  They have ample parking for guests and have reserved slots for Accor members. The room is clean and spacious and has modern furnitures and fixtures.  They have the basic amenities like smart tv, ref, separate toilet and bath, hair dryer, slippers, and shampoo and shower gel. I love their brewed coffee which I ordered from their cafeteria near the reception area and is reasonably priced. The hotel is just opposite the Harbor Point mall and nearby restaurants. What I like most are the warm and friendly staff who are always smiling and make you feel at home. However, since this hotel just opened and is not yet fully-operational, there are many rooms for improvement: 1. AC control installed in the room is not working so requested for a remote control.  Not sure if the battery is fully-charged but there is delayed reaction when I change the settings like temperature. 2. I requested for a room with queen sized bed and near the elevator since my wife is a PWD but these were ignored and we got a room with two single beds and quite far from the elevator.  Then requested for a room change but the room being assigned to us was at the ground floor and there was a strong smell of paint so we opted to stay at the room initially given to us.  Requested to just put the two beds together to form a single but bigger bed and waited for the hotel staff to arrive but we waited too long and finished our light dinner without seeing the hotel staff.  So just requested the hotel to cancel the request so we can rest already since we arrived past 8pm and we were already tired. 3. They gave a WhatsApp number to reach in case guests have requests since there are still no phones in the rooms.  Tried sending a message but no quick reply.  So just called the number and got an apology and feedback.  Maybe they should assign someone to monitor the messages so they can respond quickly to guests. 4.  We were having breakfast at our room when there was a brownout.  No back up generator so we were in dark for about 10-20 minutes.  Also no emergency lights in the room so we had to open the curtains to get natural light.  We were supposed to check out before 12noon but since there was no power, we requested for a late checkout which was granted.  Thank you. Hope the hotel can complete all unfinished work and level up soon. Thank you to the staff for a wonderful short stay.

Quando si controlla, non hanno il deposito alla ricezione per rimborsare il cliente. Lasciano la stanza da soli e non lasciano alcun contante per le persone che si controllano. Non ci sono personale di ricezione presenti e il cliente deve aspettare 15 minuti per ottenere contante da qualche parte! Anche la notte è molto rumorosa, mentre ci sono segni che non fanno nulla nel corridoio, e apparentemente anche la guardia notturna non si è preoccupata. Polvere e capelli sotto il letto e la tavola e sedie da quando prende questa stanza.

Ovunque andiamo nelle Filippine scegliamo sempre Red Planet... Si adatta al tuo budget senza compromettere la tua sicurezza e il tuo comfort. C'è anche un 7/11 nelle vicinanze o puoi anche ordinare cibo online. Non è proprio vicino allo sforzo ma l'hotel è pulito.

Super pulito e pulito. Questa è un'unità altamente raccomandata per un soggiorno senza problemi. Le strutture sono complete e il posto è come annunciato nelle foto. È troppo male non potevamo accedere alla piscina e alla zona di spiaggia perché la piscina era chiusa e non c'era acqua.

Grazie mille a Janine e Ruel per averci aiutato a chiamare un taxi, il che ha salvato la vita perché non potevamo ottenere un Grab per qualche ragione la domenica mattina. Il personale è incredibilmente amichevole, la musica acustica è fantastica la sera. Anche se non è consentito il cibo fuori, le opzioni di cena sono diverse e tutto è prossimo. Sfortunatamente, al lato inferiore, abbiamo visto un cazzo di cazzo nella nostra stanza, e la pressione dell'acqua del bagno era piuttosto debole con un po' di drenaggio, ma in generale, era ancora una grande esperienza.
