Otago, Nuova Zelanda: hotel pet friendly

We stayed in a room for 3 people. It had everything we needed. The location could not have been better, we hardly used the car. The staff were amazing anything we needed was taken care of quickly. We used the compound gym which we really enjoyed the man there was also really nice. The gentleman in reception, as everyone has said, was really great and could not have been more helpful. I was even able to use their office space for a period after we had checked out which I was so grateful for. I would highly recommend them and would stay there again no question.

The location is excellent—just a short walk from the heart of Queenstown yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. Staff were welcoming and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. Limited parking so be early!

Le finestre non hanno schermi, quindi è stato difficile lasciarli aperti senza che gli insetti si sbarrassero e abbiamo avuto molte morsi di mosquito. Apprezziamo la lavatrice e il asciugacapelli gratuito, e il costo del detergente NZ$2.

Igiene e strutture generali.Il bagno deve essere migliorato. Una volta aperta la porta è molto grande, è necessario aprire la porta per far funzionare l'aria per sentirsi meglio.Altri servizi e posizioni sono molto soddisfacenti.C'è un bellissimo lato del mare vicino.
