Bengala Occidentale, India: hotel pet friendly

Sono rimasto lì per 3 notti. Era molto bello e ci sentivamo molto buoni. La qualità del cibo era anche molto buona. In generale era un piacevole soggiorno.

Desolate location, hotel is on the second floor, rooms are different sizes, no hot water and the plumbing is outside. We paid for the full day but only checked in around 3:30am. He started calling us just 6 hours later at 9:30am asking us to check out by 10am or pay the extra day charges. Water is not good here.

The property appears maintained below par may be because of less flow of funds. The entry road is very narrow and shabby looking. The reception area needs lot of revamp, also the room decor seems so so but needs careful touch up specially with lighting gadgets, replacement of torn curtains and upholstery including holed cushion and intercom, widened gap between the door and the floor to be attended immediately, loitering of couple of stray dogs in the property gives negative impact on the guests. May be the pond in the center could be more attractive if decorated well with guests being allowed to do boating in it after conforming all safety protocols. Behavior of the property staff was very amicable, down to earth and much obliged. Names of shri chanchal, shri pint u mishra & shri ujjwal deserves a special mention. Food served at lunch n dinner were homely kind of and tasted well, besides being reasonably priced. However the complimentary breakfast offered at the property lacked very much in variety and did not host buffet. In a nutshell, our stay of 3 fly members, for 3 nights w. E. F. 11. 03. 2022 (saturday) at the property was within budget and pocket friendly.

La posizione è buona, lontano dalla folla. E' a circa 10 km da santiniketan biswa barti, quindi è meglio adatta per coloro che hanno il proprio veicolo. Ci sono ampie parcheggi e un dormitorio per i conducenti. Non è il tipico hotel. È in realtà un complesso residenziale con 31/32, 4 edifici di magazzino. Molti di essi sono di proprietà privata. Le camere sono piuttosto piccole e il balcone è ancora più piccolo. Non c'è ascensore in nessuno degli edifici, quindi potrebbe diventare un po' difficile per i cittadini più anziani. Le aree esterne sono ben decorate. Il personale è molto gentile ed efficiente. Il ristorante panthashala è decente.

Very clean rooms and bathrooms. Manager and staffs are very very polite. I would recommend other people also to stay in this hotel

La mia fidanzata e i miei genitori sono rimasti per 2 notti, dove si trovava la bellezza, il premio nella costruzione, professionale e amichevole nel servizio e il gusto e il riempimento di cibo. La persona di servizio Shalim, Dawa, Suvarna, Mukesh, tutti si sono attenti alle nostre esigenze e hanno dato un servizio veloce con un sorriso. Il signor Choudhary, della fabbrica di tè tra i chiamici, ci ha dato un giro dettagliato della fabbrica. Ho fatto un giro durante il holi 2023, così i busti di tè non erano stati Primavera, così chiunque volesse vedere le foglie di tè in piena crescita, aprile-luglio è un buon momento. Non dimenticherò mai il mio soggiorno.Grazie a chiabari team!

L'ospite era estremamente grazioso e accogliente. Il soggiorno stesso è molto bello e noi manterremo più sotto il bilancio. Le camere erano pulite e pulite. Questo soggiorno è vicino al mercato di Kalimpong e tutti gli altri luoghi di vista.
