Failed to act in good faith. We attempted to book a 4 night stay in February 2026. When the webpage refreshed, we found that we being booked for one night on October 20 2025. Immediately we contacted Trip.com to advise them of the error. Trip.com immediately contacted the hotel requested cancellation so that their client can rebook for the correct dates. The hotel manager refused to act in good faith and refused to allow the cancellation and rebooking. They claimed they were under no obligation to assist us as the room rate selected was nonrefundable. Do you think we will be booking a 4 night stay with this attitude toward their customers?

While strolling down Cox town, we happened to see this hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service by Sameer, he accomodated our requests. Even their security guard Zaheerul was so polite and helpful. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean and comfortable. Hubby loved the shower and their toiletteries. Kiddo the kitchenette. Their chicken sandwich was tasty and fresh. Only wish they had a bigger size bed. Rest everything was perfect, spacious cupboards and we don't travel light. Being a relatively new hotel there was worth it as it has access to all the amazing locations within walking distance. Thoms bakery, Stella Studios, K.C. Das. Icecream parlors and eating joints ahead. Down side no views from our room balconette. But in a space starved city that can be overlooked😃 Also if their signboard could state Hotel, that would be great. Out of towners like us might not be aware. 5 star surely from us.

Elite park in bangalore offers an above-average experience with decent amenities and a comfortable stay. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained, making it suitable for both business and leisure travelers. However, the hotel could improve by ensuring that the tv channel availability box is recharged promptly to provide uninterrupted entertainment for guests. Additionally, the visitor policy could be more accommodating, as allowing at least three visitors per room would enhance the convenience for guests hosting friends or colleagues. Overall, elite park is a good choice, but these minor adjustments could significantly elevate the guest experience.

The lobby looks good but the room is a bit old. The hotel installed pre-fabricated toilet which gives a lower class feel and it is rather small. Location is good. Don’t board the tuk-tuk in front of the hotel, they will try to bring you to shop of their choice instead of sending you to your destination. Staffs are friendly.

Hyatt Place Hampi con la mia famiglia era così buona. L'India è ancora troppo piccola per trovare un alloggio perché lo spazio con il cane è troppo piccolo. Fortunatamente, Hyatt Place Hampi era così comodo e buono. L'hotel ha un grande prato, così puoi correre e giocare con il tuo cane e avere un buon giorno.Mi sento un po' mancata di mangiare, ma sono felice di avere un buon viaggio.

Il resort era molto meglio di quanto non si vede nelle immagini. Ottima esperienza. Grande posizione. Atmosfera pacifica, in mezzo alla natura. Camere spaziose. Difficile selezione di colazione con grande servizio. La signora Paulami, membro del personale della sezione di cucina, era molto cortese, utile e amichevole. Tutti i membri del personale erano carini e i servizi erano buoni. Check-in e check-out erano ben sistemati.
