Shropshire, Regno Unito: hotel pet friendly

The hotel was good, and both the receptionist were so helpful and had a good sense of humour. They were always ready to help., The only downside was we missed on goring in the pool as the Ph levels were high on the day we wanted to use. The breakfast was fresh and very good too

Molto buona posizione per Telford International Center Exhibitors , molto facile accesso per mostrare troppo vicino.Ma un po'vecchio nelle camere e colazione potrebbe essere meglio e più opzioni per certo

Spent first night in noisy room with less than satisfactory plumbing. We were upgraded to a minimise for night 2 - excellent customer.er service. A great historic building that was lacking soul as bar was closed.

Ramada Telford non sembrava preoccuparsi di questo, però, la richiesta è stata rifiutata (nessuna offerta di un altro soggiorno, o rimborso parziale, niente). Mi sentivo meglio, e deciso di viaggiare. Nel check-in (e nel sito web, foto attaccato) non mi è stato detto niente sulla piscina che era fuori servizio. Mi sembrava. Non c'era alcuna offerta di rimborso completo o parziale. Niente. Fortunatamente, il viaggio è entrato con una buona volontà. Parla a alcune persone (in appresso denominate) per posta elettronica e basicamente dicendo ”non possono fare nulla” e ”è colpa del viaggio” che il sito web non rifletteva che la loro piscina fosse fuori uso dal dicembre. We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights as we come to visit friends in Shrewsbury. Hotel is near ring road, so some distance from the town centre but this is not a problem for us we have the use of car. It paid just £70 a night for two with breakfast included, which is great value for money. The room is quite spacious. We particularly like the shower. There is a little bench inside the cubicle, which is super handy. The water pressure can Make England Great Again. The hot water temperature was fantastic as well. I found the bed decent although I have stayed in some other hotels with better bed. Somehow I felt it was not as wide as I liked. The mattress was okay and I had reasonably good sleep for both nights. The breakfast was about average. But given the cost I have no complaints whatsoever.

I only booked for one night to break our journey to North Wales from London, so my expectations were not that high, I just wanted a bed for the night. The location was within walking distance from Shrewsbury station, down a small alley off the main shopping street. I didn't realise it would get quite noisy, and there was actually a band playing in the pub the night of our stay - our room was directly above it! So we went to bed late! For some this could've been a disaster, but saw the funny side and at least the band were playing songs I liked, and I travelled with ear plugs so did manage to get to sleep. The room was well equipped, comfortable & clean besides this. I had booked breakfast but due to not realising what time it would start from and having to be on an early train, actually couldn't stay for it. To compensate the lady who checked us in kindly offered to make us lunch instead, so we had some sandwiches, nuts, crisps and snacks from the bar to take with us, which I appreciated, as I was travelling with my young son.

On Trip.com said free parking, but got charged £5 for parking upon arrival. Good budget hotel, you pay for what you get really. Dated rooms, but clean enough. Hotel location is at a services, so no public transport etc, but good location if you have your own car. Easy check in and check out. 

This hotel was located just off the motorway, and fairly easy to find. Upon arrival/check in we were informed of our room number and given our key card, however no information was provided. ie (check out times, breakfast times, any of the bar/restaurant details, pool/fitness centre details. We had to go back and forth to reception through out to get the information we needed. Fortunately the staff were friendly and welcoming which made easy to approach them. Room was nice, bit cramped even for a king privilege room. Not much space to walk, too many unnecessary chairs. Room and bathroom was clean. Mini fridge was nicely stocked up with water and soft drinks for free. TV in the room was a smart tv, allowed us to watch Netflix via screen mirroring which was excellent. Bed was comfortable with multiple pillow options. Sockets and USB charging points on both sides of the room, great for charging multiple devices. Full length mirror and cupboard space to hang up clothes. Nice gown and slippers presented neatly on the bed. We did visit the pool facilities on multiple occasions during our stay. It was just a medium size. With a separate jacuzzi and steam room and sauna. Pool water was nice temperature, slightly warm which felt really nice. Lighting in the pool area was poor, quite dimly lit. Lockers in changing area needs a padlock, as we didn’t know we didn’t take out. Some chairs are available on the pool side which we were able to put out things. Dining room was nicely laid out with ample space to move around. Breakfast had multiple options including vegetarian options available on request. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall a pleasant stay. Would recommend it.
