Grand Est, Francia: hotel pet friendly

2 persone 1servietta nonostante la richiesta. Colazione non fresca . yaourth tede. Non c'è salato per colazione domenica mattina. Non c'è igiene per il pane, tutti lo toccano per poterlo tagliare. Camera letto orientale faccia a faccia la finestra con balcone attraversando. Tutti godono delle viste sulla camera. Nessuna aria condizionata, era molto caldo ma impossibile aprire la finestra il mondo passa sul balcone. Purtroppo il quadro verde esterno è bello. Molto deluso.

Ci siamo fermati per una notte in questa struttura, che abbiamo trovato molto accogliente. Personale gentile, posizione veramente centrale, comoda anche da raggiungere con la macchina (abbiamo parcheggiato nel parcheggio a pagamento indicato da loro, per una notte abbiamo speso €9,20, un costo onesto). C'è anche la possibilità di utilizzare la sauna a €9 aggiuntivi a testa, ma purtroppo non siamo riusciti in quanto siamo arrivati troppo tardi. Ci siamo trovati molto bene!

Bellissimo hotel nel centro di Reims, a pochi passi dalla cattedrale. Recentemente ristrutturato. Camere spaziose, design elegante e funzionale. Molto pulito. Bella spa, bar e ristorante. Personale molto cordiale e professionale.

The hotel ”la bourse” is very conveniently situated, some 4 minutes on foot from the main station and even closer to the city center with it's bars and shops. Although the center is still a little bit away, it's too loud, to sleep with the the window open. The house and the rooms are in a likeable, past-decades-style and - for example - a big reproduction of an 19th-century picture of a local factory in the room is a very nice alternative to the standard-modern-”art” so many hotels display. Sadly the whole house seems a little bit worn off and especially the breakfast room is quite inconvenient. Not five, but six or seven stars should be granted for the concierge service. The head of reception is an example of style and dignity and treats his customers with great formality and respect. Especially those, who have a traditional sense of good behavior, will probably enjoy the acquaintance and likewise the stay.

Loved the location at the center of Thionville. There are pedestrian roads just around the corner with bars and restaurants and a supermarket and mall just next to the hotel. There are also lots of public parking spaces next to the hotel. The staff is very friendly,the rooms are modern and nice. So there is a nice rooftop at the hotel with a view and sofas and a bar to relax. At that floor you have a wellness area with sauna and upon appointment you can also book a massage. I did not have breakfast there, but it looked good. I would go back when I am in Thionville. Whether for business or even as a getaway weekend.

Tutto è andato bene, come ci si aspetta da un hotel economico. Gli addetti alla reception sono stati gentili, anche se non parlano molto inglese. L'unico problema al check-in è stato che mi è stato chiesto di pagare nuovamente le spese dell'hotel, nonostante avessi già pagato online in anticipo. Mi hanno detto che non avevano addebitato l'importo sulla carta al momento del pagamento anticipato, perché serviva solo per prenotare le camere. Così ho pagato di nuovo subito alla reception. Stamattina ho controllato che entrambe le carte (quella usata per il pagamento anticipato e quella usata alla reception) fossero state effettivamente addebitate. Ora ho dei pagamenti doppi che sto ancora cercando di risolvere con il servizio clienti di Trip Advisor. Inoltre, la mattina dopo siamo stati svegliati all'improvviso a causa del rumore fuori dalla nostra porta. Qualcuno urlava/parlava a voce altissima e continuava a sbattere oggetti. Quando ho aperto la porta, era la donna delle pulizie. A cosa serve mettere il cartello ”non disturbare” sulla porta se la persona che non dovrebbe disturbarti in realtà ti disturba direttamente da fuori dalla tua camera? Questa è la prima volta che incontro una governante così rumorosa e la prima volta che una governante non mi saluta con il ”buongiorno” nonostante ci siamo guardate negli occhi.

Établissement bien placé, difficile de se garer proches de l hôtel.Salle du petit déjeuner trop petite par rapport aux nombres de personnes qui déjeunent. Mieux vaut arriver de bonne heure si vous voulez avoir quelque-chose à manger ??. Chambre correcte. Éviter les chambres en bout de couloir près des sorties afin d Éviter le claquement de la porte d'escalier.

Nicely newly decorated hotel with convenient location between rail station and place Stanislas. Freezing bathroom and unstable heater in the bedroom.

Hotel situato vicino al tram che permette di raggiungere Strasburgo in 15 minuti Personale attento ed efficiente Materasso di scarsa qualità che trasmette tutti i movimenti dall'uno all'altro al momento del risveglio. Acqua molto calda e fredda per un po' probabilmente a causa della cattiva installazione dei tubi troppo vicini tra loro

Abbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno al Loisium. Tutti i membri del personale si sono spostati per renderci benvenuti. Il bagno era incredibile con piscina all'aperto riscaldata, due saune (a diverse temperature) e Hamman. Il cibo era fantastico, tutto proveniva da locali e il vino è spettacolare! Would recommend this to anyone who wants to break up a journey travelling back to the UK as it’s around 3hrs from Eurotunnel
