Alberta, Canada: hotel pet friendly

Room was average at best Pillows lumpy and it affected my  sleep Went to buy a bottle of water it was 4.50 Carts for luggage disappeared and staff didn’t seem to care, got attitude when I asked if the coukdcfind them as I had 2 - 50 lb bags plus carry on Cheap price but would try a different   place next time Average at best!!!

The room was clean but my sleep was disturbed by loud truck horns which was really inconvenient. I was also surprised there was no bath towel. There were only two small hand towels and one face towel. I stay in hotels regularly for work and this is the first time I’ve experienced that.

Grande esperienza. Prenotato più camere per un evento di nozze. L'hotel era in una buona posizione e vicino a molti ristoranti e servizi. Il personale era amichevole e utile. Il colazione era molto bello e delizioso. Molto parcheggio disponibile.

Perfect stay, clean huge room, comfy huge king bed, friendly frontdesk ladies for check in and out, toiletries from crabtree & evelyn smell really good, towels, full length mirror, safety box, coffee machine etc all in. Free cookies on check in and it’s so yummy and timely. Responsive reply to email, held the room for us for super late check-in. Free parking, within 15 min drive to Calgary airport. Offers shuttle at $5 as well. Second time staying and will always be our go-to when we fly! Trip.com offered the best price after coins off, great!

Excellent hotel at a great location. Breakfast was good but could be improved by providing variety of food and most importantly place the tag next to food tray.

La camera è pulita e il letto è molto comodo, mi sentivo davvero a casa.

Non funziona, la superficie è grande ～ in generale.Ci sono microonde e cucina semplice. Se ci sono bambini, il caffè è ancora molto conveniente ～ e buon ～

The bed was much too hard. The air conditioning unit kept switching itself from warm to freezing even though I had it on the heat-only setting. The housekeeping team tried to come in and clean my room 45mins before I was scheduled to check-out. Then my keycard was deactivated 10 minutes before checkout time so I was locked out when I returned from breakfast and had to go down to the front desk to get it fixed. The first lady at reception said she’d reactivated my keycard, so I went back upstairs and was still locked out, and the elevator was far too slow and I didn’t want to get penalised for checking out late, so I had to walk down the stairs (which were very difficult to find!) then a second lady gave me a different, new keycard to get back into my room, then I had to walk back up the stairs again and was finally able to get my luggage and check out. Overall it was a pretty bad experience.

The location is accessible to different public transport which is convenient for solo travellers. Also, it is in the middle of downtown area where restaurants and major establishments are located. Overall, chateau Lacombe is a good hotel to stay if you are planning to go in Edmonton.

L'hotel è vicino alla strada ad alta velocità, e il viaggio è conveniente per fermarsi.La camera dell'hotel è ampia e confortevole, anche vicino alla strada, ma molto tranquilla.C'è un ristorante Ricky alla porta dell'hotel, ci sono anche alcuni negozi, ristoranti vicino, molto conveniente.
