I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable visit, though unfortunately, there was a stain on my pillow when I checked in. Navigating the hotel with suitcases was also terribly inconvenient; my room was on the third floor, but access was poor, even with the elevator. The staff were unhelpful—no one greets you when you walk in. They are busy with ”more important” things, like pretending to work at their computer screens. The service was nonexistent. There was a small gym where you could get a basic workout in. The room had a great shower with good water pressure and clean water. Location-wise, you can even walk to Tesco. To get to the airport, you need to order a taxi or take the bus—it’s just a one-stop ride.

Con la Scozia, qui è un piccolo castello che si trova intorno a Londra. Aiutate a fermare, cibo e servizio del ristorante sono buoni, va bene per una notte. Non è quanto le strutture interne siano buone, è davvero un castello.

Non capisco le recensioni negative qui. È un bellissimo hotel con un sacco di arredi elaborati che danno la sensazione di essere in un lodge europeo. La stanza era spaziosa e pulita. La pressione dell'acqua era super forte, quindi spruzzava fuori dal lavandino, ma la doccia era fantastica. Non è lontano dall'aeroporto, ma non è molto vicino a niente di degno di nota. Tuttavia, poiché non avevamo programmi, abbiamo semplicemente camminato fino al centro di Crawley attraverso tutti i quartieri e i sentieri incantevoli e abbiamo trascorso un bel pomeriggio mangiando more fresche dal sentiero e facendo un Pub Crawl(ey). Una volta tornati all'hotel, c'è una meravigliosa grande area erbosa in cui i bambini hanno corso tutta la sera mentre io bevevo pinte ghiacciate dal bar. È stato perfetto.

Stayed on the top floor in a single room. Overall it was a great stay, but a few minor improvements would make the experience so much better. One of the balcony doors had trapped condensation in between the double glazing, would be good if that was sorted out. The blind on the same door was damaged. There was a slightly weird smell in the room. A diffuser would probably sort that out. The remote controls for the tv’s were missing and the inside of microwave wasn’t cleaned properly. There was also no key for the balcony door so couldn’t lock it. I wasn’t really worried about it because the balcony isn’t accessible without someone spidermaning it up the outside walls. However, the hotel is a lovely building in a pretty countryside area. The young woman on reception was lovely - give her a pay rise! Would probably stay again.

Siamo stati qui per un po' di tempo tra un trasloco e l'altro e non possiamo assolutamente trovare difetti nell'hotel, nel personale e in tutto il resto. Il personale è così gentile, accogliente e amichevole. Ci hanno fatto sentire i benvenuti e a nostro agio e sono eccezionali nell'accogliere i nostri cani. Le camere sono molto pulite, l'hotel è fantastico e siamo stati molto fortunati a trovarci qui in un momento così difficile e sottosopra della nostra vita. 5 stelle su tutta la linea! Grazie, Hickstead Hotel (troppe persone da nominare che sono state fantastiche! Dalla reception alle pulizie allo chef del mattino e tutti gli altri)

Il personale carino, ma molto deluso, non vicino alle porte della stanza, così tanta pressione al caldo da circa 06.00 Il tappo di acqua calda nel bacino non ha funzionato - prova video se necessario - e veicoli commerciali alti fuori girando fino molto tardi e presto mattina. Infine, nonostante il complimentare colazione, non possono servire le esigenze mediche di Gluten Free e non sono riuscito ad acquistare alternative.

A really lovely hotel and country club which is tucked away in the beautiful countryside of West Sussex. The driveway is a wonderful welcome with all the purple rhododendrons in bloom. The decor of the entire hotel was contemporary mixed with tradition - loved it. We had amazing service which made us feel very welcome. We stayed in a family room within the hotel with an amazing view of the golf course (9th tee) - it was perfect; beautiful interior, comfortable bed and pillows, fluffy towels, great balcony, tea/coffee and biscuits and lovely toiletries. It had a lovely country cosy feel to the room and the entirety of the hotel. The service in the restaurant was brilliant and super friendly and the breakfast was superb - the perfect amount of choices. The view from restaurant was brilliant, the first tee! We used the health club in particular the pool, sauna and jacuzzi. The changing rooms and showers were clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful as was the family cat 😊. The only slight down side was the swimming pool closed at 5:30pm for children. The golf pros in the golf shop were super friendly and made us feel welcome. We were pleasantly surprised how lovely this hotel was after booking very last minute, it was very reasonable and we would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family. I had booked a **King room with a bathtub** for one night. When I checked in, it was already very late—around 11 PM. **I had been traveling for over a month, so on my last night, I really needed a room with a bathtub to relax my body.** However, when we arrived, the front desk guy gave us a **disabled-access room**, which, of course, had **no bathtub**. I thought about asking for a change, but I was **extremely tired**, and it was too late. The next morning, I called the front desk to ask what had happened. The staff member said it was because they were **overbooked**. **She didn’t apologize and even seemed to blame me, saying I should have asked when I got the key.** She also claimed no other rooms were available at that moment. I explained that when we took a shower in the disabled-access bathroom, **the water didn’t drain properly**—maybe something was clogged. This made it **dangerous because slipping was a real risk**. After listening, she called back **a minute later**, saying a room was now available and that I could come to the front desk to switch. I felt **very disappointed** with the service and will **never return** Also the kettle was very dirty.

Nel complesso, un hotel piuttosto scadente, che non è all'altezza del marchio Premier Inn. Camera buia con una bocchetta per l'aria condizionata, ma inspiegabilmente l'aria condizionata non funzionava in tutto l'hotel. Le finestre non si aprono, quindi faceva piuttosto caldo e c'era un'aria soffocante. Non capisco cosa abbiano gli hotel che non offrono acqua in bottiglia gratuita al momento del check-in. Non lo consiglierei e non ci tornerei.

Absolutely awesome location! The rooms are located on floors 5 to 8, accessible by lifts located close to the airport security screening area. It could not be more convenient 😃 The rooms are comfortable and offer a choice of lighting from bright lights to gentle colour. Great heating/air conditioning system. Shower room is a wet room and the shower was wonderful (it has incredible water pressure 🚿 😍) . Everything was spotlessly clean. 😇 TV with good choice of programmes. 📺 🥰 Check in was so easy! I just tapped the link on the email, which led me to an app advising me of the room number. 🚪When I arrived outside the room I simply opened the app, tapped to confirm I was there and the door automatically opened. This would prove difficult for someone not accustomed to using apps or without a compatible phone, but I saw a computer screen near the lifts to assist with checking in (obviously there to assist guests who might have issues with their phones) I’d definitely stay here again. Was very impressed overall 😁
