Ho passato una notte in questo meraviglioso hotel, ma all'inizio mi sono sentito un po' turbato quando non riuscivo a trovare il desktop sul piano principale, ma pochi minuti dopo, un amichevole e utile membro del personale mi ha aiutato. Mi accompagnò nella mia stanza, spiegando tutti i servizi, e mi permettendo di godere della spaziosa e confortevole stanza con la sua vista incongrua.
Il giorno dopo, dopo aver correto il Dalian Marathon, mi sono completamente stancata; per sorpresa, la stessa signora mi ha fatto prolungare il mio soggiorno di due ore e mi ha aiutato a prendere un taxi. Sono davvero grato per la sua eccezionale ospite'grazie! ,

This hotel offers incredible views over the river and into North Korea!! Each room also comes with a set of binoculars so you can get a closer look if you'd like. It was a very luxurious hotel but a friend found a few bugs (earwigs) in their room and that was a little off putting. We didn't eat the food there since it was. a bit expensive for our budget. Since we mainly booked this hotel for its location, it gets a 5/5 for that. As for everything else.... it was all right.

Quando sono arrivato a Dalian, ho scelto lo Yike Yijia Hotel in centro città. Non mi aspettavo che fosse un hotel così accogliente! Ho ricevuto una chiamata dall'hotel prima del mio arrivo e mi hanno fornito un itinerario dettagliato per raggiungere il parcheggio, e ho anche potuto depositare i bagagli in anticipo. La posizione dell'hotel è ottima, è molto comodo per fare shopping, raggiungere la stazione della metropolitana e raggiungere diverse attrazioni. Ci sono anche molti posti dove mangiare e bere nelle vicinanze! La camera è spaziosa e luminosa! L'intera stanza è pulita e confortevole! Anche il servizio è ottimo e le caratteristiche locali sono tutte presenti! Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare qui! Se avrò l'opportunità di tornare a Dalian, sceglierò di nuovo lo Yike Yijia.

The room offered excellent value for money considering both its size and location. I booked a double room, which consisted of two connected rooms—one as a living area, leading to a bedroom, and then to a bathroom with a dressing area. Overall, the space felt much larger than what was stated in the listing.
The hotel is conveniently located within a 5-minute walk from the shopping street and the subway, and it's also within walking distance of Shenyang Railway Station.
The interior had a classic hotel style with warm, muted tones. Despite the traditional look, the room and its amenities were well-maintained and not outdated. There were even two televisions provided.
At a price of 400–500 CNY, I found this accommodation to be an excellent deal. It would be hard to find another room that offers such great value.

The room is very clean, comfortable, and room or bathroom is big enough for two people. Inside the batchroom also have complete amenities, shampoo, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, hairdryer, etc. hotel officer also very nice, always give greetings such as ‘您好’ when we’re leaving or enter the hotel, even they also will greeting when we just want to pick up food at the lobby.
The most part of I love in this hotel is the cleanliness. I stay for 3 days, and everyday room will be clean by the officer and looks like the new room when we just arrived. The bathroom also will clean and will looks like new one.
Overall I very satisfied and easy to recommend for you, my friend, even my family.

衞生：酒店前台告訴我2023年剛完成新裝修，一切都很新，沙發上有些污漬雖然難以清洗但還是應該儘可能保持清潔否則使用體驗不佳。部分衞生死角類似於衞生間地面角落打掃不夠徹底，還請注意。
環境：地理位置很好，去哪都方便。整棟樓體管理不錯比較安全。
服務：對於客户提出的要求能夠及時幫助解決，外賣雖然沒有機器人送上樓但是酒店有專門工作人員送上來不需要擔心。
整體感受非常好，性價比高！體驗很好，自己付費升級了房型，體驗也很不錯。床品整潔，枕頭太低了應該多配一個枕頭給客人，客房地面桌面請假還應該更加完善

Durante il nostro soggiorno a Conrad Shenyang, il servizio eccezionale ci ha davvero impressionato. Anche se la posizione, le strutture e le splendide viste dell'hotel sono fantastiche, è la cura del personale che ha reso la nostra visita inoltrabile.
Quando mia figlia si e'infettata e ha perso la colazione, Robert, direttore della divisione della camera, ha preso un po'di pane per lei. Il gestore dei servizi ospiti del Front Office ha aiutato a organizzare la medicina e addirittura coordinato con il ristorante per preparare il porridge di millet fuori delle ore regolari.
Grazie in particolare al direttore dei servizi ospiti notturni Tom e al suo team, che hanno lasciato il loro modo di aiutarci con una questione urgente che coinvolge il governo locale. La loro cura ci ha fatto sentire, come cinesi d'oltremare, veramente a casa.
Questa meravigliosa esperienza ha approfondito il nostro amore per la Cina. Siamo molto grati e consigliamo molto Conrad Shenyang a tutti i viaggiatori.

VVSTGood location, near to Shenyang Imperial palace and other attractions. Easy to reach by subway🚇, Huaiyuanmen station is the nearest station but you need to navigate to get to this hotel. It is located on the inner road next to other apartments. Once you come out of Huaiyuanmen station, Exit B, U-turn and you will see the main gate to Imperial Palace.Walk across the street into the main gate, keeping to your left. This is the inner road...walk along the road for 200m or so, you'll see a BBQ restaurant in your right and a gated parking area next to it. The hotel is just beside this restaurant. It's easy to travel around using public buses too.
The young pretty lady reception at the front desk was very helpful and courteous.
We stayed here for three nights. But our key card was deactivated on the second day which I don't understand why. The bearded guy, probably the boss activated the card for us after we came downstairs again. Then the next issue was when we opened our room door we were shocked to see that the room was not made up at all, although we had hung the signage at the door before we left in the morning.We came back in the evening, tired after one whole day of touring around Shenyang to find a room not made up and no replenishment of water and basic amenities. We had to go downstairs again to lodge the complaint and he was rather defensive, saying that I should have requested for making up the room at the front desk, in which I asked him what's the use of the signage card for. Thereafter, he took some time to replace the towels, bottled water and other basic toiletries.
In another review by another guest, this bearded guy was mentioned as a humorous man. However, I was taken aback by his comments including mentioning that we drink so much water when we requested for two extra bottles of water. FYI, we have been given lots of drinking water all the while when we stayed in China hotels. This is the 10th hotel that we are staying at during our 20-days trip to North Eastern China.
The only negative remark is the cleaning service in this hotel is unsatisfactory. Although, the next day the room was supposed to be cleaned, I had to pick up the hair and rubbish that was blocking the water outlet and also some food droppings on the carpet.
We're grateful that the hotel management upgraded the room for us. It would have been perfect if they looked into improving their cleaning services and responses to hotel guests.

All'inizio pensavo di avere un biglietto giornaliero per il resort. Con mia sorpresa, mi è stato detto che ogni volta che soggiorno in hotel sono libero di andare al resort per rilassarmi e divertirmi. La colazione è molto buona e abbondante. L'unico aspetto negativo è che è lontano dalla mia camera.
Ci tornerò sicuramente.

YYouyouxiaoxianHo soggiornato al Dalian Yifang Castle Hotel a Dalian, ma il suo nome ufficiale online è: Dalian Yifang Castle Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel. Quando appare la parola ”selezionato”, sembra una cosa scadente e incatenata [che copre il volto]. Restiamo sbalorditi quando vediamo questo nome. Non so cosa stia pensando il proprietario dell'hotel🤷
L'hotel stesso è una delle attrazioni più rappresentative di Dalian. Sono venuto qui perché ne ho sentito parlare da Suor Hua in ufficio molti anni fa. Ha aperto nel 2014, quindi ne ho sentito parlare in ufficio nel 2014 [sorriso]
Poi stamattina mi sono svegliato e ho pensato a una domanda: perché a Dalian si ha la sensazione che ci sia un servizio, ma in realtà il servizio è fuori tema? Naturalmente, il motivo principale potrebbe essere che al bar c'era un uomo vestito di nero con occhiali da sole che ti ha aperto la portiera della macchina [scoppia a ridere]. Questa questione non ha nulla a che vedere con l'hotel in questione, ma anche il servizio offerto è soddisfacente. È già così caro, le bevande del minibar sono a pagamento e il frigorifero è riscaldato [si mette le dita nel naso]. Si vede che molte persone non hanno mangiato il cibo che c'è dentro, quindi nessuno è venuto a segnalare questa situazione. In secondo luogo, quando il personale di servizio risponderà alla tua domanda, ti dirà che è una stagista e che non è molto chiaro. Direi che allora puoi andare a chiedere. Quando questa frase esce dalla bocca del cliente, in realtà si sente molto male. Ci sono molti altri piccoli dettagli che non approfondirò (ma l'hotel è in montagna, quindi dobbiamo assolutamente parlarne [coprendo il viso])
Quindi mi chiedevo: che tipo di servizio farà sentire bene i clienti? La mia conclusione è che se desiderate un buon servizio alberghiero, non dovete prenotare un albergo troppo grande. Ad esempio, il rapporto tra personale di servizio e ospiti sulla nostra nave da crociera di lusso in Antartide è di circa 1:1. L'ultima volta che abbiamo soggiornato al Pearl Hotel di Guiyang, era ovvio che c'erano più camerieri che ospiti. C'era anche un piccolo B&B con solo 5 camere. In questo caso, potrai sostanzialmente usufruire di un servizio migliore.

La stanza era buona, ci è anche una lavatrice (non l'ha usata però). Forse l’unico problema era che la carta di soggiorno non funzionava, quindi ho dovuto ottenere una password, che era scaduta ogni giorno a mezzanotte, e ho dovuto contattare la ricezione per ottenere una nuova. Ma non è così che dovrebbe essere, quindi non mi preoccuparei troppo.In generale, una grande opzione.

CCameo19Great location, across from Zhongshan square and 15 minutes walk to Russia street. The marina is a short 10-15 mini taxi ride. This hotel is like an old style China hotel, it’s kind of grand and is kept in relatively good condition, but it is dated with dark wood furniture and not in keeping with the high expectation of an InterContinental, especially compared with other cities. Also, there is a weird smell in the room, and the breakfast spread is limited, even in the club lounge. Also, there was no acknowledgment of my milestone birthday, which was disappointing. On the positive, the executive room is a nice size, bathroom is huge, shower is powerful, the condition is ok, bed and pillows are comfortable, no coffee machine, but free access to lounge with afternoon tea on both days and happy hour where food is served. The pool is large and up to 1.8m deep. The price is relatively good, so overall it was enjoyable. Thanks also to Grace who gave me a late check out and a magnet. I hope they refurbish the hotel soon, as it could be better, through it ain’t that bad ether.

This hotel is in a prime spot, about 3 miles from some of Dalian’s top attractions like Xinghai Square, Venice Water City, and Dalian Castle 🏰. Super convenient whether you’re sightseeing or just exploring the city.
😴 Best sleep I’ve had in ages
Honestly, I don’t remember the last time I slept so well. I got almost 10 hours of uninterrupted sleep, the room was quiet, perfectly cool, and the blackout curtains made the room completely dark, which I loved.
Also, they offer an a la carte menu and even late-night service, which is super handy if you’re up late or get in hungry.
🧖♂️ Highly recommend the sauna + massage combo
One of the highlights of my stay: hit the sauna for about 20 minutes, then followed it up with a relaxing massage right there in the hotel. Total game changer 💯 I left feeling completely recharged.
🏊♂️ as for the pool, I tried to go around three times… but it seems that the hotel rent it to swimming classes for kids?? So it was always full of kids which it’s fine but consider it if as myself this amenity was crucial for me to book the hotel
🍳 Breakfast could be better
This is where things fell a bit short. The breakfast area is… kind of random? It’s in a hallway on the second floor, and the setup felt temporary. Not much variety, and there are no small tables, just big shared ones for about 10 people. A little awkward if you’re alone or just want a quiet breakfast. (I’ll include a pic)

1. The hotel is located right smack in the middle of action. There was a street food next door, with McD, Pizza Hut and KFC all within 05 mins of walking. There was a mall with a Walmart hypermarket at the underground level nearby. It is convenient for those who stayed more than a few nights and needed to provision for work in Dalian.
2. There is a university nearby, plus a hill overlooking the Dalian city which you can conveniently walk/jog up to in the morning/evening.
3, The room is sufficiently well spaced, the bed and pillows are comfy, the lights are decently illuminant, the shower water pressure strong and the temperature hot when you need it ; the room is well decorated, there is enough work space on the table, there is a fridge ; the basin, the toilet bowl, and the shower room are independent of each other. In other words, a well thought out room layout. The lighting control is well calibrated, the central air conditioning is quiet, there is a special pop-out plug points on the table for laptops and phone charging.
4. The breakfast is good, a bit of every kind, mainly Chinese dish but some Western oriented salad style vege/fruits for those who need it. Milk is available (not something to be taken for granted in China as milk is not commonly available)
5. There is a free laundry room for use, the detergent and softener are provided free-of-charge ; iron and iron board is available as well.
6. The hotel service is tightly run by its Manager who ensure the staff are always tending as soon as possible to the customers. A special thanks to reception staff 孙晓辉 for patiently helping out with China-specific app for about 30 mins.
