The front desk service of Dashuaifu Hotel in Shenyang Zhongjie is very good. Takeaway and robots can be sent upstairs. Free underground parking is very convenient. The observation deck on the 26th floor can see the night view of the Forbidden City.The train was at five o'clock, and the front desk gave me a free late check-out for an hour, which gave me an extra hour's rest. Hotel con una vista magnifica sulla Corea del Nord, un hotel più vecchio e il lobby è data, ma la stanza era moderna e l'aggiunta di binoculari era un pensiero. L’unico vero sbaglio era il servizio, la donna che ci ha fatto entrare era fredda e sconveniente, e ha dato vibrazioni molto sconvenienti. È davvero rovinato l’umorismo quando si è accolto. Un grande dissuasivo di rimanere qui di nuovo.

Posizione eccezionale, vicino al mare e a 5 minuti dalla metropolitana, raggiungibile senza dover uscire all’aperto.
Collegato al Galleria Department Store, dove c’è un grande supermercato e una grande varietà di ristoranti aperti fino a mezzanotte. Camera spaziosa e pulitissima, piscina dell’hotel anche ottima con piccola sauna negli spogliatoi. Personale gentilissimo.

Durante le vacanze della Giornata Nazionale, il personale dello Shenyang Shangri-La era molto entusiasta e il servizio, Yan Yan, era molto premuroso. Il giovane addetto alla portineria ha preso l'iniziativa per aiutare con i bagagli. La palestra e la piscina erano molto buone , l'acqua era pulita, le attrezzature e le strutture erano ben mantenute e di fronte c'era un centro commerciale. Era molto comodo e una buona esperienza di check-in! ! ! ! Giusto in tempo per il mio compleanno, ho anche preparato una sorpresa di compleanno speciale, che è molto buona, è un hotel a cinque stelle Shenyang Shangri-La, l'ho scelto bene.

The stay was enjoyable. Although the hotel is somewhat dated, it is clean and well maintained, with good service throughout. It is one of the few in the area that offers a swimming pool, which is a nice bonus.
The reception staff were friendly and helpful. I also appreciated being upgraded to a higher floor upon request.
Breakfast includes both Chinese and Western options, but it is fairly ordinary in quality.
The location is convenient—about 300 metres from Anton Old Street and next to Wanda Plaza. There are plenty of restaurants nearby.
We definitely stay again.

You may think you get VIP or warm greeting service, but honestly... only if you're lucky AND SEEN and if it's like from 12pm to 3pm? Cause i think that's when their staffs are alert. Next on, check-in is normal, nothing special, remember to pay a deposit. Next on, going to your room, someone will help you with your luggage to your room, which is great, because the floor is so carpeted it is hard to drag the luggage if it's really huge and heavy. Next on, the room... I have so much to comment. First of all, furniture looks old. Toilet is great (+1 point) because it is indeed the biggest and most spacious one i have seen. The cleaning folks does a good job cleaning the toilet BUT! i just cannot understand why can't they just change the smelly damped pillows???????? it's already there when we first checked in. It smells horrible, like your teenage cousin's wet sock after soccer practise in a shoe that never dried after washing. Gross! The really funny part is, you would imagined for such a huge room, the TV would be reasonably sized considering the distance from the bed. HAHAHHAHA, it's so small. I finally understand what it means by 'when someone is speechless, they really would laugh'. 人在无语的时候真的会笑. Like, you are a 5 star luxurious hotel but you can't give a bigger TV that has more modern functions???? Am i still living in the 2000s? Ok fine, maybe they have no budgets for upgrade, fine... It's not like we travel halfway across the globe to watch TV in bed. Next, TAKEAWAYS. Like this really made me so angry, they literally take no responsibility in helping you bring up the food. I mean I don't mind going down to take it myself but let me know i have to! They literally left my stuff there 30 mins until i called them. And the ridiculous part was the delivery guy actually took a photo to show me how he had already passed it to a staff and informed them to deliver it up! Next, their restaurant. Paid for a course meal, and instead of the dishes being served up one after another, they served everything up at one go... wow, ok fine no big deal. BUT dessert took 30 mins and not served. Do you know what is a coursed meal? Do you need to retrain your staffs? Do you think we could have finished the dishes so quickly? Aren't we supposed to savour the dishes and take our time because your head chef took time to design the menu and wine pairings? Like your service really defeats all purpose of us opting to have dinner there. So the irony is we were rushed through our food; we literally felt like we had to speed up because what if the dishes went cold. Then they took forever to serve dessert and we already told them we need had a movie coming up and we were running late. BAD SERVICE.
Overall, my review for this hotel is that, you're lucky you HAD GOOD REPUTATION & BRANDING in the past, but you are FRAILING. You do not deserve 5 star in almost all areas non-related to location. Yes, you may be considered luxurious because you're at the most prime area of Shenyang but so what? Your service and facilities are at most mid-range 4 star. Even 4 star hotels now have robots that would deliver takeaways and TV bigger than yours, and their pillows are clean, what an absolute joke. OK, maybe let's not get so negative, last redeeming factor: you do have a nice view of the city. For service, you may want to learn from your peers like Sofitel, Atour or Serendipidia. You're welcome.

RR～lalalaAl fianco della stazione di Zhuzhou, il trasporto è molto conveniente.L'hotel è un autobus per la montagna di Penaqiao, e la stazione di Zhuzhou può andare direttamente alla contea di Zhuzhou.
Andare al mercato notturno per 15 minuti a piedi.E'anche vicino al monumento di Battlefield.E'molto conveniente per i turisti.
Il servizio dell'hotel è molto buono e il personale è molto entusiasta.
La stanza è anche pulita.
Anche i preparativi per l'autosufficienza di notte sono molto attenti.
Il pomeriggio ha un grande paio di otto yogurt caratteristico di Zhuzhou.
E'una buona esperienza!

MMeyjiI stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and felt like home, the view of the sea is really beautiful. The location of the hotel is very good, close to Venice and the beach with beautiful seagulls. Unfortunately, this hotel does not have a safe deposit box. There is no problem with hot water in the bathroom for 4 people as long as you know how to use it. I am very grateful for the service of the room staff, Miss Li Feng Jun, who was very helpful and felt like family, and also the staff at the reception who were very helpful.

Sebbene la nuova camera fosse per non fumatori, l'intero piano executive (un piano per non fumatori) era ancora impregnato di un forte odore di fumo e vernice. Un ambiente del genere non dovrebbe esistere nemmeno in un hotel non a cinque stelle, figuriamoci in uno a cinque stelle; è incredibile. Per motivi di salute, abbiamo richiesto un purificatore d'aria all'hotel. Sebbene alla fine ce ne abbiano fornito uno, inizialmente hanno affermato che l'hotel era troppo pieno e che le scorte erano terminate. Dopo il check-out, quando abbiamo chiesto in prestito un ombrello, hanno accampato varie scuse e si sono rifiutati di aiutarci. Questo tipo di atteggiamento non è quello che ci si aspetterebbe da un hotel a cinque stelle. Sebbene il giovane personale alla reception fosse molto entusiasta e ci abbia offerto un valido aiuto con i bagagli, l'atteggiamento degli altri membri dello staff ha reso il soggiorno complessivamente molto spiacevole.

VVSTGood location, near to Shenyang Imperial palace and other attractions. Easy to reach by subway🚇, Huaiyuanmen station is the nearest station but you need to navigate to get to this hotel. It is located on the inner road next to other apartments. Once you come out of Huaiyuanmen station, Exit B, U-turn and you will see the main gate to Imperial Palace.Walk across the street into the main gate, keeping to your left. This is the inner road...walk along the road for 200m or so, you'll see a BBQ restaurant in your right and a gated parking area next to it. The hotel is just beside this restaurant. It's easy to travel around using public buses too.
The young pretty lady reception at the front desk was very helpful and courteous.
We stayed here for three nights. But our key card was deactivated on the second day which I don't understand why. The bearded guy, probably the boss activated the card for us after we came downstairs again. Then the next issue was when we opened our room door we were shocked to see that the room was not made up at all, although we had hung the signage at the door before we left in the morning.We came back in the evening, tired after one whole day of touring around Shenyang to find a room not made up and no replenishment of water and basic amenities. We had to go downstairs again to lodge the complaint and he was rather defensive, saying that I should have requested for making up the room at the front desk, in which I asked him what's the use of the signage card for. Thereafter, he took some time to replace the towels, bottled water and other basic toiletries.
In another review by another guest, this bearded guy was mentioned as a humorous man. However, I was taken aback by his comments including mentioning that we drink so much water when we requested for two extra bottles of water. FYI, we have been given lots of drinking water all the while when we stayed in China hotels. This is the 10th hotel that we are staying at during our 20-days trip to North Eastern China.
The only negative remark is the cleaning service in this hotel is unsatisfactory. Although, the next day the room was supposed to be cleaned, I had to pick up the hair and rubbish that was blocking the water outlet and also some food droppings on the carpet.
We're grateful that the hotel management upgraded the room for us. It would have been perfect if they looked into improving their cleaning services and responses to hotel guests.

The big building is the spa. It’s not easy to miss.
The check-in is not in the big Spa Building. Overnighters have to go to the building next door, following the „check-in signs“.
There they inform you that:
- The day of check in you can use the Spa area until 10 pm.
- Day of checkout a delicious breakfast with much variety of cooked and fresh dishes, fruits, juices and coffee and sweets is served from 7-10am.
- If you check out before 10 am you can use the Spa area again until 6pm that day.
- To enter the Spa area you need to go to the big building. You need to let them know your room number and they need your passport / ID card.
- You will get a number for your individual locker. If you are a couple check the ticket with number for sign of female or male.
- You take off your shoes, exchange them for slippers they offer and store your shoes in your locker. You get a key you take inside which is for free.
- You will be led into gender separated changing areas.
- You get a free towel, lounge shirt and shirt pants to change in and sign for it with your key. There is staff to show you how.
- Your key shows your number and area in which your individual locker is located in. There is staff to show you how.
- Inside you first pass a gender separated area. Here you can be naked.
- Then you can leave that area and join the gender mixed area.
- It has 4 levels with indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs.
- Level 1 has outdoor pools, indoor pools, whirlpools, children’s water park and access to the wave park, which opens 4x a day for half an hour.
- Level 2 is more quiet with healthier whirlpool options.
- Level 3 has sauna houses for free open until 10pm, a movie theatre, KTV, food area and a children play area all open until 9:30pm.
- Level 4 is for private treatments.
In winter the outdoor waterpark/slides „the wave“ and terrace pools are closed due to the cold.
We were surprised of how relaxing the stay at the Spa was. There is many people but the Spa building is amazingly huge and has many different areas to lay down and corners in which it was very peaceful.
Our hotel room „Room Queensize-Bed“ was lovely and the staff very attentive. We ordered ice-cubes, extra water and had pizza delivered to the hotel.
All in all, a wonderful experience, which we will repeat.

YYeekoLa posizione è fenomenale!!! Splendida vista dall'alto. Puoi guardare in basso e vedere la città e il mare. La vista notturna è spettacolare. L'hotel è molto pulito! Tuttavia, se vuoi che la tua camera sia pulita, dovresti fornire all'hotel dettagli specifici su ciò di cui hai bisogno, ad esempio portare fuori la spazzatura e pulire il letto o aspirare il pavimento, ecc. Dal momento in cui sono entrata nella hall, sono stata accolta da una fragranza meravigliosa, che in seguito ho scoperto essere quella dei prodotti da bagno dell'hotel. Mi è piaciuta così tanto che ho persino acquistato la crema corpo con la stessa fragranza. 😍
Situato su una collina, l'hotel offre una vista mozzafiato sul ponte Xinghai, così bello che non volevo nemmeno andarmene.
A dire il vero, ho finito per annullare il mio programma solo per trascorrere più tempo in hotel!
Anche se è leggermente distante dal centro città, non c'è motivo di preoccuparsi: i taxi sono sempre facili da trovare e non abbiamo mai avuto alcun inconveniente.
La camera era assolutamente bellissima e immacolata. Non solo le condizioni della camera erano perfette, ma ogni membro del personale che abbiamo incontrato è stato incredibilmente gentile e attento.
Vorrei esprimere in particolare la mia gratitudine a un membro del personale di nome Zora. 💘
Dopo il check-out, mi sono accorta di aver lasciato dei vestiti in camera. Anche se ho contattato l'hotel una settimana dopo, lei è stata molto gentile a controllare, mi ha inviato foto tramite WeChat e mi ha aiutato a recuperare i miei effetti personali. Le sono davvero grata per il suo aiuto.
Se dovessi tornare a Dalian, tornerò sicuramente al The Castle.
