Overall, decent stay. You can't beat the location. It is only about 15-20 minute walk from the train station, or about 5-10 min car ride. It's right in front of the two bridges and you can see it perfectly from your room if you book that type of room. Unfortunately, it is an old property and it shows. The carpet is ancient and I question how often, if at all, they deep clean the carpets. As with every hotel in China, there's a lingering smell of smoking in the hallways, but I didn't notice any smell in my room. The room has an ashtray which is interesting in a non smoking room. The air conditioning is old but works fine. The bathroom is rather big which is nice.

L'hotel si trova proprio nel centro della città, il che è super conveniente. È a soli 5 minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria di Shenyang. Il personale era meraviglioso e molto disponibile. We enjoyed our 4-night stay in this hotel as it’s clean and comfortable. It’s in a strategic location, near the high speed train station and surrounded with places for food. Easy transport by bus, metro or taxi to places of attractions. Washing machine to do our laundry is an added advantage.
