UUtente ospiteDie Einrichtung im Zimmer im Stxle der 70er ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Wände im Zimmer die nicht verpachtet ist und Risse gat, soll glaub ich so sein. Wird sicher Vielen so gefallen, meines war es nicht. Schon gar nicht bei einem Grand Hotel.

MM509035****I dettagli sanitari non sono disponibili, c'è un capello radice sulla testa (il prezzo non è un po'piu' costoso di altrove, ma non ha notato questa piccola cosa, e'molto deluso).Scrivere un letto grande ma in realtà sono fatti di due letti singoli.C'è un personale strano nella reception. In generale, ci sono persone che vivono al piano di sotto che possono sentire saltare.Il panorama è bello e il ristorante è buono.Il bagaglio è leggermente inconveniente a piedi sulla montagna e guida meglio.

RRachelle YWe booked this hotel at the last minute after a change in our itinerary. It was the most affordable option in the area, so we didn't have particularly high expectations. To our surprise, it exceeded them in every way.
We are a family of four and booked a one-bedroom apartment. Both the bedroom and living room were spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to move around comfortably. The apartment also had a well-equipped kitchen with a good selection of appliances, cookware, and cutlery. After eating out for many days, we were craving something different, so we picked up a few ingredients from the supermarket and cooked a simple but delicious dinner ourselves.
The hotel is located on top of a mountain, and I imagine a room with a view would be an amazing bonus. Unfortunately, because of our last-minute booking, we could only get a room facing the back. That said, it was very quiet, and everything else about our stay was excellent.
The reception staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout our stay. Sadly, we didn't have enough time to enjoy the hotel's facilities, such as the sauna and swimming pool. We only stayed for one night before continuing with our trip, which was a real shame.
We hope to come back in the future and stay a little longer next time.

MMuhammet TarhanWe stayed at a&o hotels in three major Austrian cities and were satisfied with all of them. We didn't encounter any surprises or disappointments. The room was clean, organized, and exactly as shown in the photos. There were plenty of power outlets, and the reception staff was very polite.The location was particularly advantageous, being within walking distance (15-20 minutes) of Graz city center. Since it was the weekend, we were also able to park our car for free in the nearby Green Zone. We really liked both Graz and the hotel; we would definitely stay here again.

UUtente anonimoI recently stayed at [Hotel Name], and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The customer service was absolutely terrible—staff were rude, abrupt, and completely unhelpful when dealing with issues. Rather than resolving concerns professionally, they argued with guests, even when they were clearly in the wrong.
Additionally, the hotel’s website is misleading. It states that parking is free, but upon arrival, I was charged €10 per night without any prior notice. The parking spaces are also far too small, making it difficult to park properly, especially if you arrive late at night.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. A hotel stay should be stress-free, but the lack of communication, poor service, and hidden fees made this an unpleasant experience.

Service was average - hotel staff told us to wait 10mins before she could check us in due to them filming a tiktok video. But it took a total of 30mins wait - I believe that could be improved as it was already 20mins past checkin time
The room was overall clean but the layout of the toilet can be improved. Water could easily leak and flow out of the bathroom even door there's a door
Food was not bad, selection was apt and service staff were quick to clear plates

UUtente ospiteThe location is perfect. Close to Altstadt and other sightseeing spots. Lots of good restaurants nearby. The staff are nice and helpful. Just that cleanliness can be a bit better. And you have to order room service one day before, otherwise room service will not come.
