Ho dovuto prenotare nelle stanze 238 e 338. Purtroppo qualcuno ha cercato di rompere nella mia stanza due volte l'apertura della porta e alle 3:00 sono io chiamando il desktop e la sicurezza si stavano per affrontare la questione non è mai venuto a dire di nuovo che chiamo il mio amico Era 338 per venire in camera mia, ero davvero spaventato da questi ragazzi che ci avvicinavano a droga e purtroppo ci erano molte persone che si attaccavano alla porta facendo droghe. Hanno provato di nuovo a chiamare il dipartimento di fronte, hanno detto che la polizia sta arrivando. Non ho mai avuto così tanta paura o tanta esperienza di questa situazione. Non ho mai fatto rapporto di sonno al divano front desk e hanno detto che non è il termine per qualcuno che ha fatto rapporto questo ho detto di guardare la camiglia la polizia o nessun guardia di sicurezza arriva. Non capisco perché hanno accesso aperti le stanze

Il magazzino dell'azienda è vicino qui, c'è un microonde, un frigorifero e un buon colazione!(la tua canna da bagno) accanto a Macy, Aldi Supermarket, Mareno Valley Mall, buono.Ma non c'è un serbatoio caldo, ma molti hotel americani non hanno un serbatoio caldo e una macchina per il caffè.

I travel frequently between Northern California and New Mexico. This area is a great ”half-way point”, so I end up staying for the evening. After trying out a few other questionable places (at one place, I had a person banging on my door at 1 am shouting for Rita, and that's not my name), I finally found this hotel. It's perfect to me. The front desk and staff are really nice, and I've never been disturbed in my sleep while staying here. I always found a place to park, and there are TONS of nearby restaurants/stores to choose from. Also, there is a Shell gas station right next to the hotel, so the morning departures have always been awesome. I have stayed here about seven times so far. Overall, a great hotel!

Ottimo ubicazione, confortevole e tranquilla, grande A/C, parcheggio conveniente, piscina e centro fitness, colazione giornaliera – mentre altri hotel hanno cessato questo alloggio amico dei viaggiatori. Ristorante vicino alla porta.

L'hotel era pulito e ci sentivamo protetti con le procedure e le politiche COVID in vigore. Ci avevamo una doccia calda, la stanza era abbastanza e abbiamo avuto parcheggio front row. Il desk front era molto amichevole e accogliente alla mia richiesta di primo piano.

In generale, la qualità è buona. L'edificio dell'hotel ha molte uscite. Le porte sono spesso chiuse e hanno bisogno di una carta di soggiorno.C'è una porta che può uscire, c'è un sedile esterno. Il cielo è buono per sedersi fuori per fumare e bere caffè. Il colazione dell'hotel è buono, il caffè è molto buono e bevo, è messo in una serbatoia di conservazione. I clienti possono bere ogni giorno, posso bere diversi bicchieri ogni giorno. Alcuni uova di latte con formaggio e ham (anche un omeleto), la latte cinese è molto accettabile. Si può anche preparare un altro latte di waffle, o pane di latte, più caffè, e mangiare molto comodo.Ci sono anche latte, yogurt, frutta, e acqua calda che può essere preparata per la latte. Non so se posso aprire la finestra, non so se posso aprire il secondo piano, lavando l'acqua calda è piccola, è una mancanza di bellezza.

I was in town for my mother's funeral and the staff was very kind and sympathetic. I was checked in by Kati and she was very patient with me and all of my concerns. Thank you so much for your tenderness. I am so there was no freshly baked cookies, but that is okay. The coffee was always fresh and the breakfast was great. I loved the little mini omelets, those were great! I would recommend this hotel for several reasons. One, it's located in a shopping plaza, which means there are SEVERAL restaurants and markets to walk too. Parking is free. The rooms are very nice and comfortable, it's right off the freeway, and like I said, the staff is very nice.

I would never choose this residence inn to spend my nights there. This was my first and hope was my last horrible experience with Marriott associated hotels. The moment that I walked into the residence inn, it started to go wrong every steps. When I checked in, I was placed in the first floor with my platinum status. It was not able to activate my mobile key. The front desk person was not able to access at that moment. She said that I had to ask my manager to active it for me. I went to the room and tried to turn on TV, there is no remote control. I went to the front desk to ask one. After that, I went to bathroom, there was not bathroom amenities were placed. I went to front desk again to ask for bar soap. I spot the floor had a hair tie and a green contact lens on the bathroom. Was the room vacuum and cleaned? I also found previous person left a big yellow package on the dining table bar stool. All pictures were attached. The refrigerator was excessively being damaged. I started to question; Was housekeeping cleaned this room? After I took a shower, there is no hair dryer. I called the front desk, the person told me I am sorry, I don’t have a hair dryer and housekeeping closed. I told her” You want me to sleep with my wet hair???” She was not sincere tried to resolve my issue. She said that I will ask my manger to change the room with everything equipped the next day since I spent two nights with them. I was giving a hope up and waiting for a room change. I went day shift front desk and asked her for a room change. She told me that all the rooms were not clean once the room was cleaned that we would notify you. I told her that I brought my suitcase in the front and just placed my luggage to the refresh new and clean room. When I came back in the afternoon, the different front desk staff told me that you are still at your old room which is first floor, all the rooms were booked. When I came back and attempted to use my mobile key and still not working. I was so upset and walked into my room and noticed nothing was cleaned and the hair dryer was still missing in my room. The front desk brought me a hair dryer. All the problems were continued to day 2. No staff were bothered to report all my issues to the supervisor or seriously addressed about my issues that I encountered. After I spoke to the supervisor that she did not know what’s reasons were to request for a room change. No staff was reported and mentioned to her. Even though the supervisor got one-night points back to my account. I really don’t care about the night points. I want to feel respect and feel comfortable and ease to where I stayed and not to worry so many things. This is so far below my expectations. Hope the staff got more training about attitudes towards customers and how to resolve issues in a timely manner. This is not Acceptable customer service!
