I had the pleasure of meeting Monica, who’s a representative/customer service personnel. Upon arrival, she greeted me with a warm welcome and immediately I knew I was going to enjoy the stay. She’s customer service oriented, friendly, courteous, attentive and her personality is amazing. On two different occasions, I had some issues with guest staying in room 316 who was making an abundance of loud noises, and she was able to fixed the issue. Additionally, she assured me that my stay will be comfortable, enjoyable and pleasant being that I’m scheduled to be at the hotel for 10 weeks on business. I highly recommend this hotel because of her customer service qualities and friendliness.

The property is older and some areas are in disrepair. The ac unit was extremely noisy, making it impossible to sleep. The parking area was dimly lite and the walk in from the parking area was also. The rooms were clean, for an older hotel. Check-in and check-out was easy and fast. The staff was pleasant and friendly. Overall, not bad if they fix the noise ac units.

Adoro l'aspetto dell'hotel e la gente che ha lavorato al Front Desk ha trovato la migliore qualità dell'hotel. Orlando era una personalità rinfrescante che mi ha aiutato a lasciare il mio stress dal viaggio e a sorridere sul viso, pur mantenendo un grande etica e professionalità di lavoro. Anthony era molto consapevole e Andrea era molto gentile e accogliente. Anche se è una piscina all'aperto, la piscina sembra e è stata grande. Non menzionare il cibo era di ogni dollaro e venire qui in generale era denaro ben speso.

La posizione è molto buona, sicura, con catering e una stazione di servizio accanto. Anche il servizio di reception è molto responsabile, perché anche il rumore è gratuito per cambiare la stanza, la stanza è molto grande, il prezzo è ragionevole
