We stayed here for 2 nights after being rained out while camping in national parks. Our room was very comfortable, and with microwave etc so we could self cater with meals prepared for camping. Undercover parking meant we could dry out our tent etc over the car. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our room was very quiet and we were very pleased with our stay here. Good TV and wifi.

We always try to stay here when passing through Ballina. Highly recommendable hotel. We loved the contemporary room design. We were running late which was no problem for a later check in. We found the facilities were excellent, with everything provided for cooking and personal items. Very well appointed rooms. Nothing to fault.

Motel was very clean, basic, older, yet updated thoughtfully. Comfy Queen Bed (Rm 1) with good pillows too. Clean pool all in a quiet and private location away from the hustle of the main drag, but only a few blocks (very short drive)away from it. Only a short stroll to Cherry Street Sports Club with a temporary membership deal with Motel made for a great evening meal option. Only negatives were potential trip hazards on room entry and bathroom thresholds and very low toilet height with no handrail for assistance for older or mobility impaired guests.

Il centro di Ballina, a un grande hotel pulito, era molto confortevole e le camere erano molto spaziose per la mia famiglia. Molte opzioni alimentari proprio fuori dalla porta. 200 m dal fiume con bellissime passeggiate familiari e grandi sentieri ciclabili. I lavoratori sono così gentili e aiutati con tutte le mie esigenze. La mia famiglia amava venire qui e sicuramente ritornerebbe.
