La casa è un sapore dolce, non credere alle foto. La stanza è molto piccola, la casa originale è un hotel a due piani!La casa è molto bella, le strutture sono troppo vecchie per essere mantenute!Non riesco a trovare nessuno alla ricezione alle 9:00 circa! Dopo 40 minuti di telefono, nessuno ha risposto, e poi ho scoperto che c'era un rumore telefonico in una casa di uno strato. La porta era pulita per uscire una ragazza nera, e era ancora nel sonno!Dopo essere rimasto, ho scoperto che l'igiene era troppo pesante, che mi ha causato allergia alla pelle, e ho cambiato due letti per dormire duramente per una notte. Quindi tutto non coprirà la bellezza della casa, la bellezza e la bellezza della zona!Tutto è così vecchio e dolce per la casa!

We arrived midnight and the staff at the front desk was very pleasant and accommodating. The room is very clean, spacious and has the necessary utilities you need. They have free breakfast and an ice machine. This is one of the cleanest and well kept quality inn we’ve been. The price is unbeatable and the staff are friendly.

When we went to check in the told me room wasn’t ready so we decided to go do some things with kids and I called clerk and told them it would be later before we come back and checked in he said that was fine. Well we got back at 11:00 pm and he gave us our room when we went in I couldn’t believe what I saw. Beds were *****ped with all dirty linen laying in floor and on couch . Clean linens laying on counter , garbage cans over flowing with garbage, garbage all over floors and in sinks and table room hadn’t been touched. When we told clerk he said he didn’t have any other rooms the. He said he could do a room with a king bed there was 6 of us then he said he could do a room with 2 queen again there was 6 of us I told him that wasn’t big enough for us that’s why I reserved the room I did. So I asked him could he do two rooms and he said no so my kids were fussy cause they was so tired I told him if he give us sheets we would make beds up and clean room up and he said ok and offered to come help but when I requested a refund cause of what we had to go through they refused and said they will give me a refund of 46.00 but that’s it. Then they start calling me arguing with me telling me they offered to cancel the room with no penalties and I refused and that was a straight up lie. Never again will I stay here and I hope they get better housekeeping and breakfast was horrible they didn’t even have milk for the cereal.

My wife and I have stayed here a number of times while visiting relatives. Motels in this area are no bargain. It might have something to do with being in easy distance of Barber Motorsports Park and Talladega Superspeedway. On this visit the exterior of the motel looked a bit battered, but our room was in better condition than on past visits. Cases of paint were in the lobby, suggesting that a facelift might be in the offing. The beds are comfortable and the HVAC unit in our room was quiet and efficient. The motel is located quite near I-59, but traffic noise is rarely an issue. Restaurants are nearby, and extensive shopping areas are up the hill. Breakfast is good. DIY waffles can be accompanied by egg and cheese omelets, cereal, muffins, bread, yogurt and fruit. The coffee and orange juice are good. The front desk clerks were attentive and helpful. Our Trussville visit was a success, and this was one of our better stays at the Quality Inn.

Awesome hotel! Everything was clean, room, and outdoor pool. Really enjoyed our day here, friendly staff, professional, safe location, internet works great, they have great vending machines with snacks and drinks. Also, an ice machine everything worked and had an amazing time! Breakfast was good as well! No complaints for me and no issues during my stay and definitely will stay again!

La stanza era pulita e l'hotel era tranquillo, ma 2 grandi questioni. 1. Arriviamo un po' presto. Ho chiesto un check-in precoce e mi sono detto $20 all'ora. Posso capire se i custodi di casa lavorano ancora o se gli ospiti si accingono o se ne andavano, ma c'erano due auto in parcheggio, una delle quali era la persona del desk front. Abbiamo appena fatto shopping per quella ora piuttosto che pagare questo. 2. Anche se ho chiesto una stanza non fumatori, mi sono pagato 50 dollari per assicurarmi che non fumassi nella stanza. Ho chiesto se gli ospiti in stanza dovessero pagare un deposito - guardati vuoti. Mi è stato detto che avrei ricevuto un deposito rimborsato entro 5 giorni dall'uscita, ma dovevo chiamare 3 volte. Questo sconvolgimento per ogni dollaro extra è ridicolo e non rimarrò più in questa catena.
