With seven bedrooms and 230 m², the holiday home with its characteristic Eifel appearance can accommodate up to 20 guests. The holiday home has two fully equipped living areas, which can be connected with an intermediate door. Thus, you live with your friends under one roof, but at the same time have enough privacy and time for yourself. One part of the holiday home can accommodate up to 13 guests. This living area extends over two floors and offers a very large dining room with five floor-to-ceiling picture windows and two patio doors with access to the spacious garden. A beautiful wood-burning stove, as well as a comfortable seating group invite you to cozy TV ends (Sat. LCD TV). The living room and the kitchen with a well-equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob with four burners, microwave, refrigerator, freezer and toaster, coffee maker, kettle and other utensils leave nothing to be desired. For older guests, the ground floor has a bedroom with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm), and a bathroom with a floor-level shower, sink, toilet and urinal. A staircase leads to the upper floor. There are three further bedrooms: A children's room is equipped with five sleeping facilities, a catamaran bed (1 x 90 x 200 cm, 1 x 140 x 200 cm) and a "normal" loft bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm). One bedroom has a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm), another bedroom has a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a queen size bed (140 x 200 cm). Again, there is a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet and a passage to the other living area. The further living area "Schwalbennest" is furnished for up to seven guests and additionally accessible via the new side staircase. On the ground floor is the cloakroom, on the first floor the passage to the other living area and a small bedroom with a queen size bed (140 x 190 cm). In the attic there are two bedrooms. One of them is equipped with an exceptional triple high bed (3 x 90 x 200 cm), the other bedroom has a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm). The bathroom is equipped with shower, sink and toilet. The large main living room contains another kitchen as well as the dining and living area. The kitchenette is equipped with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge freezer and toaster, coffee maker and kettle. The cozy seating area offers enough seating for up to seven guests. A beautiful, large stove with two windows provides cozy warmth that can be enjoyed on the sofa. A large picture window overlooking the surrounding nature is an alternative to the large LCD TV. The house has a new oil heater and all rooms have new radiators. Furthermore, we provide our guests with free internet. This historic - over 200 years old - Eifellandhaus is located in a quiet location in the small village Zweifelscheid-Engelsdorf, in a tiny settlement amidst the idyllic nature of the Enztal in the Neuerburg country of the southern Eifel. It offers you over 1000 m² of land and is just a few meters from the house "Engelsdorf" and "Eifel-Atrium" away. At the foot of the house runs right the Enztal cycle path and it is surrounded by hiking trails. Since the holiday home is also completely free, it offers the ideal conditions for an undisturbed and relaxing holiday, be it with a large family or with friends. Since the house is located near 2 other holiday homes, the volume of the clock should adjust in the evening and from 11 pm should sleep outside. Dog owners should note that the property is not fenced and it is therefore advisable to keep dogs on a leash. Shops can be found at a distance of three kilometers. Luxembourg, Neuerburg, Bitburg, Prüm and dozens of cycling and hiking trails are nearby.
