Good morning, I would like to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent stay in one of your Swiss Star group apartments. Unfortunately, the experience was disastrous. First, there was a constant water leak coming from the bedroom window, right in the middle of the passage. We informed you of this upon our arrival. Swiss Star replied: Hello Push the window close and turn the handle down. Handle position: Down = Close 90 degrees = fully open Upside = small opening on top The skylight was well closed, only very dilapidated. We didn't have a bucket to put under the roof window leak, nor a broom to wring and clean. We used our stock of bath towels to prevent water from spilling everywhere, 4 bath towels. When we arrived, we also noticed that on the first floor a sewer backup was coming from the bathroom, located near the bedroom. This spread a foul odor throughout the entire apartment. Problem linked to blocked pipes on the ground floor. In addition, the kitchen sink being clogged, we were not able to use it in the kitchen during our stay. We wanted to rest during the afternoon of the second day, and technicians came to drill holes under the kitchen sink, without warning us. There was coming and going for over 2 hours. The technicians told us they couldn't do anything after several hours of work in the apartment. During this work, residual water spilled onto the kitchen floor. I requested a skip of washing to wash the kitchen floor, and the team of technicians told me they did not have the necessary equipment. So I washed the floor with a bath towel and hot water while squatting on the floor. The smell in the apartment was really unbearable and nauseating. The microwave was out of order and was replaced on the second day of our stay. I am deeply disappointed by this stay and I hope that these comments will be taken into consideration to improve the services offered by Swiss Star. Finally, customer service was particularly poor. I have been waiting for more than 3 weeks now for a return from your complaints department. Despite several requests, your service showed no desire to resolve our problems, and ignored us during phone calls during the stay. This is unacceptable for an establishment of this standard.
