Sono abbastanza sicuro (90%) che il letto avesse cimici che causavano morsi su tutto il corpo. Anche gli asciugamani non erano igienici, avevano un odore, ma per il resto era un hotel piuttosto mediocre in una buona posizione. I servizi erano ciò che ci si potrebbe aspettare da un piccolo hotel in Svizzera. Ma le cimici dei letti sono state il problema determinante che ha causato una brutta esperienza complessiva.

Location is good & international, so there can meet up with different peoples there, the local people are nice & neat. The hotel is at the centre of the city, it’s convenient to a green visitor—when arriving & out from the airport, it only takes a minute to walk out & jumping into a city tram & around half hour to dropping off from the station called “Central” & walk 2-3 minutes to the hotel. One important thing, you can walk along & see a beautiful river, amazing!

Great location, near to the train station, very clean room, the breakfast is nice, everything is around, restaurants, supermarkets, museum and church, highly recommended!

Cute little hotel right by the Niederdorfstrasse and close to train station. Chocolate fountain in the lobby is a nice touch.

Room size was a bit small. Location was great. Breakfast was adequate. Slightly pricey for the type of Hotel.

Nice Room glad we booked the Superior Room for the extra space as the rooms were compact. Staff were friendly and breakfast each day. The big plus was Location only a couple of minutes walk from Train Station and right beside the River. Overall excellent value

The staff was exceptionally courteous, and the room was impeccably clean. The hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring the city, and the amenities provided added to the overall comfort of my stay. I would highly recommend it to fellow travelers.

It's clean everywhere, and the location is very nice (close to the station and very convenient to access to the old town area, many restaurants are nearby). I was expecting chocolate fountain for breakfast as their pic show but I could see it.

Overall, I had a great experience with the Swiss Chocolate By Fassbind ; staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful and clean.

Hotel room was a little smaller than expected but the room was very efficiently designed. The hotel was about a 10 to 15 min walk from Zurich HB upon our arrival but once we were aware of our direction, it took us about 5 min to walk to Zurich HB. Plenty of food around the hotel. One of our favourites was Geylan Kebah - a 2, 3 min walk from the hotel. The wafers and the choc fondue placed close to the reception were great! In general, it was a great stay! If you are fussy about space, consider taking a 3-bed room.
