This hotel is doing things from whatsapp and I really liked it. You don’t have to have the physical keys to your room, you can open them with your phone. Wifi was great and coffee/tea station at every floor. This is hotel is quite close to the city main train station also.

A very convenient location close to the main train station and bus terminal that can access to everywhere and other cities directly.  Room is very clean however the furnitures are very simple and plain.

This hotel is perfectly located just across the road from the Sihqual Bus Terminal, making it incredibly convenient for travelers. I booked a day tour to Grindelwald and Interlaken, and it was an amazing experience (highly recommend!). There’s also a direct bus from the terminal to several famous attractions, which was a huge plus. The hotel staff were extremely friendly, spoke excellent English, and even offered free refreshments in the lobby. The rooms were spotlessly clean with a great shower system, and the soundproof doors and walls ensured a peaceful night’s sleep. With a supermarket and Starbucks right beneath the hotel, it’s one of the best stays I’ve had!

very convenient if you are taking day tour trips from tour of Switzerland. Room can be abit tight for 3 but able to fulfill basic function. Has electronic keys function. Water provided with housekeeping.

Good location, great services

Everything is very good. Close to the Zurich Main Station, clean and neat room and bathroom, with "help yourself" coffee in the corridor. The air-con was well functioning that I had good sleep staying here. The only thing was the pillow quite soft but still acceptable.

A clean, quiet hotel room with friendly, helpful staff.The hotel is also conveniently located across from the main tourist bus station that takes you to all main attractions.

Service was great and location was also very close to the bus station. Room was spacious for two people.

Great location, only a few steps from the Zurich BH. Staff from the front desk are really welcoming and they keep texting me for the reminder on early check in. Highly recommend!

Service was good but bed is very small

The room was great and very comfortable. Spacious room size. Close to both HB and tram. Next time will definitely stay here again.
