Very beautiful hotel, staff are super friendly everything was perfect, except the gym which was very small and unequipped

國外的房間都普遍偏小。五一出國遊玩，還是不錯了，服務很到位，客服很温柔，整體感覺不錯。但是遇上假期。價格還是有點大呀

挺好的，還送了我們兩個帽子，mini bar的飲品也比較豐富，樓上樓下還有餐廳，尤其喜歡他們家的床，睡起來非常軟！

A smaller hotel with an outstanding level of service. We had a room on the second floor with a view of the lake. We were given a fantastic gift of a chocolate elephant and some oranges. Every morning we looked forward to breakfast which included a cappuccino with an elephant design in the froth. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel!

The bed was incredibly plush, like sleeping on a cloud, and the high-quality bed linen felt luxurious against the skin—a true testament to the hotel’s commitment to excellence. Housekeeping maintained the room to absolute perfection, ensuring everything was spotless and inviting. Dining at the hotel was a world-class experience. The culinary offerings were exceptional, with beautifully presented dishes that delighted both the eyes and the palate. The service was attentive and professional, making every meal a pleasure. The hotel’s design and atmosphere feel contemporary yet timeless, appealing to discerning travelers. One of the absolute highlights was the rooftop bar, easily the best in Zurich. The ambiance, the expertly crafted cocktails, and the selection of gourmet snacks were outstanding. The panoramic views were simply breathtaking—overlooking the lake, the city, and even the distant Alps on a clear day. A perfect spot to unwind and soak in the beauty of Zurich. Beyond the hotel, the location is unbeatable. Situated right on the lake, we found it easy to walk everywhere, exploring the city’s main attractions effortlessly. We can’t wait to return!

Gorgeous hotel, incredible staff, amazing views! This hotel was one of the best we’ve ever been to! Very central location near a lovely lake, great restaurants and nice shops. A great place to stay for anyone including couples or on business.

Attentive, passionate, caring, overall amazing staff. Everything was handled with care and excellence. It is always a pleasure to stay at this amazing property. It is one of the few which has this traditional yet luxurious and modern way of caring for guests. I really felt at home. Special thanks to Fina for organising everything, she truly is an amazing host. Can’t wait to come back :)

This hotel, located just across the street from Lake Zurich, is subperb in every way. Designed by Phillipe Stark, the interior is lovely with amazing attention to detail. The views from the rooms onto the lake are awesome. I can't say enough about the staff and the service -- couldn't have been any better! The concierge team of Alex and Josephine were so helpful in planning our time in Switzerland and everyone else we had contact with was extremely friendly and helpful. The price is that of a luxury hotel but we felt it was well worth it. We wouldn't think of staying any where else when returning to Zurich!

All the staff were very well trained, from the restaurant to the person who greeted us at the door, but especially "Josephine," who went out of her way to give us a very special attention. Beautiful hotel with exceptional staff! The rooftop restaurant has a breathtaking view of the lake that feels like an escape from the bustle of the city and the room we stayed in was beautiful and modern. Definitely a memorable stay and a great experience!

Extremely expensive for the services and quality. He booked 2 rooms for a tariff of 800 euros per night, the room was very small with terrible views. The hotel not have spa or relaxing area and doesn’t offer any common area apart for a small cafe.
