we stayed 4 days at La Reserve, for us the best Hotel in Zurich ! the valet service picked us up at the airport and brought us to the hotel. the reception was warm and we felt at home ! we had a room with terrasse and a stunning view to the lake and Alps ! we were surpised by the gift we received from the hotel : a bottle of champagne with macarons ! greath welcoming gift ! we had reserved a table at the Eden Kitchen & Bar restaurant. we were blown away by this excellent cuisine, especially the freshly made panettone with Zabaglione which was a culinary delicacy ! the chefs took time to have a chat and you could really feel the passion they have to present top quality dishes ! they deserve more than 1 Michelin star ! we had asked the hotel to arrange a romantic horse and carriage ride. it was really a hit! we couldn't have visited the old part of Zurich in a better way ! the hotel also has a vaporetto, but unfortunately it was under maintenance. this would have been the icing on the cake of a fantastic holiday. but postponement is not adjustment! we will definitely return in the summer to do that private cruise! we thank all the staff of the hotel for the magnificent moments they offered us !

The Alden Suite Hotel is a fabulous place to stay in Zurich. In a quiet area that is very close to the lake and the old town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was large with a nice sitting area and large bathroom. One of the highlights was the amazing breakfast. A large menu of main course options and a buffet with delicious pastries and fresh fruit. The room was so comfortable that we spent more time relaxing and recovering from long walks than usual. Again, the staff were very personable and helped make this an excellent experience.

It seems clear to me that the quality of customer service in travel has greatly deteriorated in the last three years. I understand that service providers have trouble finding and retaining people and the ones they have often don’t seem to take pride in their work. Sadly, I’ve come to accept this as the “new normal.” Which is why our recent three-night stay at the Park Hyatt in Zurich was such a welcome surprise. Not only was our room clean and comfortable but the service we received, from start to finish, was efficient and personal. Just a few examples: We had a flight delay and airport transfer difficulty arriving to Zurich and did not get to the hotel until after 1:00. The gentleman working the front desk who checked us in, got us waters, helped with our bags and personally escorted us to our rooms. He was also working the next night when we returned to the hotel after dinner. He spotted us coming through the lobby and literally ran over from the front desk, greeted us by name and asked if our room was acceptable and if there was anything he could do for us. The housekeeping staff are a bunch of ninjas. You never saw their carts in the hall but we’d leave in the morning and when we returned in the afternoon the room was made up. Perfectly. We’d leave for dinner and when we returned the room was turned down. Perfectly. We had drinks the first night at the Onyx Bar. When we returned the next night, the bartender remembered both our names and our drinks. We interacted on several occasions with the daytime concierge. I wish I remembered his name. It wasn’t just that he was knowledgeable about Zurich and responded immediately to our requests. He acted like speaking to us was the absolute highlight of his day. I know these are all little things but they added up to a wonderful stay. Plus, the hotel couldn’t be more conveniently located. Staying at the Park was a luxury item for us but, let’s face it, traveling anywhere in Switzerland is a luxury item. I would return to the Park for their level of personal service in a minute.

A Zurigo tutto costa il doppio o quasi. Fin qui nessuna eccezione. Tuttavia ci troviamo di fronte ad un ottimo Hotel, magari 4*S e non 5*. Ma la differenza è esigua. Ottimo Hotel ad iniziare dal Personale di grande professionalità e cortesia. OTTIMO! Se volessimo elencare quindi le pecche, pochissime, menzionabile solo la COLAZIONE. Di per sè ridotta per scelta e quantità ma soprattutto a pagamento (io ho prenotato sul sito dove risulta compresa) . Altrove mi sembra 48€ circa ........ sinceramente mi sembra offensiva la richiesta sia per un 5* sia per il pranzo/equivalente che bisognerebbe consumare ........ anche a Zurigo! Confermo da PODIO!

A lovely location near restaurants and shops. The staff at this hotel were lovely and very helpful from the reception to housekeeping to the lady at breakfast. The rooms were well appointed and very clean. They had opening windows, air conditioning and a mini bar. They organised transport to the airport. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

La posizione geografica dell'hotel è buona, proprio vicino alla stazione ferroviaria, ci sono molti hotel intorno. Ma le strutture della stanza sono davvero semplici. È possibile che la casa sia meno ampia. Non ci sono arredi dell'hotel, la rivestimento e lavanderia sono un po'. Fortunatamente ho portato io stesso, non ci sono champagne o lavanderia. Il piccolo bagno può stare in piedi per una persona, tutti capiscono.La colazione è tutta una colazione fredda.

Il personale può rimanere alla macchina di check-in e prendersi cura di essa. Esplicano un passo e un passo molto bene accanto a loro. Molto gentile. Ci vorrà circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale, ma non c'è alcuna inconvenienza nella posizione. La posizione può essere regolata con un iPod, ma la stanza è un po' stretta. Se c'è un portatore, è un po' stretta per due persone, ma il letto è di dimensioni re, quindi non c'è problema. Il personale era così amichevole che dovevo scrivere un recensione

Siamo finiti qui inaspettatamente poche settimane fa, dopo una sfortunata circostanza in un altro Zurich Sorrell, e fortunatamente siamo stati in buone mani e la stanza era estremamente grande e aveva un balcone. Seefeld non è nel centro - eppure è a pochi isolati. Tram 2 e 4 o a cinque minuti a piedi vi porta a Stadelhofen. Il personale era carino e lasciamo il nostro bagaglio anticipandoci potremmo probabilmente controllare in un tad presto quando hanno pulito la stanza. Il caffè è nella stanza e il colazione fornito aveva molte offerte. Il personale di aspettativa erano dolci e felici. Avevamo la stanza 507 che consiglio di essere al piano superiore. Ha un aria condizionata che è bello a Zurigo quando è caldo. Il letto era comodo e le mutandine sono favolose. Avrei preferito un condizionatore per capelli. E 'un buon valore e una grande posizione. Se leggete la mia recensione dell'altro hotel Sorrell vedrete come sono finito a Seefeld. Non guardare la risposta del manager. E' in cattiva fede e non ci ha trovato una stanza. La prima notte abbiamo prenotato settimane prima. Il nostro secondo pacchetto (tutto attraverso un agente di viaggio) è stato un mix su dimensione camera. Interessante la risposta è colpevole l'ospite (di nuovo!) ma fortunatamente questo Sorrell non sembra essere collegato, eccetto in nome, quindi forse è una franchise. Infatti, il manager che abbiamo incontrato a Sorrell St. Peter ci ha consigliato di non rimanere nel campo da seta a Sorrell.

We had a terrible experience on the second night of the stay: We went out for city tour in the morning and when we come back to the room in the afternoon, our room is like being robbed, 3 out of 4 suitcases are missing, the bathroom is only half way clean, balcony door left open, most clothes hanging in the wardrobe are missing. I called front office immediately and i have been told that housekeeping had found the door of wardrobe is broken and has a risk of falling, so for safety reason, therefore, they have transferred our suitcases to the new room. so here are the question: 1. Why there are only half of my belongings are being transferred to the new room? You either transferred all my belongings to the new room, but not just half of it, it is so scary when you back to your room which it is like a crime scene! 2. Is it normal for a luxury hotel to touch guest's personal belonging without permission of the guest? 3. If the hotel find it a safety issue inside the room, why do they still let the guest go into the room? That kind of put the guest in a dangerous environment that may get injured! 4. Have the hotel ever tried to contact the guest, by phone/email of such incident had happened in the room? or worst case, to stop me to get in to the room, when i passed by front desk before get back to the room? none of it had been done In short, this is not acceptable for any hotel, not talking about Ameron is a luxury brand, the hotel has poor risk management, this is my first time using this brand and I don't think there will be a second chance, terrible experience and even on the checked out date, no one care to ask how was my stay.

Siamo stati lieti di scegliere questo hotel per gli ultimi giorni del nostro viaggio in Europa di 2 1/2 settimana. Questo hotel vive davvero fino a sua piccola descrizione boutique di lusso. Ci sorprendevamo di poter entrare al check-in di mattina, e quando c'era una piccola questione con la stanza non completamente pronta, si sono immediatamente spostati per ripararla e ci hanno curati al caffè e alla pasticceria mentre aspettavamo un po'. Il servizio era grande, e sono sicuro che se avessimo avuto qualche altro problema durante il nostro soggiorno, avrebbero risolto il problema al meglio della loro capacità. La camera Superior è grande con tutti i tipi di attrezzatura, ufficio e tavolo, utensili elettrici convenienti, mini frigo, caldaia elettrica e macchina Nespresso Vertuo. Le luci e le tende sono controllate da pannelli all'ingresso della camera e da ogni lato del letto.Il balcone è abbastanza grande per un tavolo e due sedie. Anche se alla fine di novembre il tempo non era buono per stare fuori, il balcone ha fornito una bella vista. Il nostro prezzo includeva il colazione, che era buono anche. Le tazze di carne, formaggio, pane e pasticceria d’uovo erano tutte deliziose. La posizione accanto alla casa dell'opera e al lago era a pochi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria più vicina e ancora a piedi a Zurigo HB.

I cannot imagine staying anywhere else in Zurich. The location is great, staff is most accomocating, there is AC, mini fridge, and coffee/tea facilities. I loved the cold water, OJ, and coffee in the reception area. Rooms a quiet; you don't hear street noise. I used to stay across from the train station, but rooms were not wuietThe hotel was recently remodeled.There is a great produce market across the street. Special thanks to Barbara and Magi at the desk who made me feel especially welcome.

Questo deve essere il peggiore hotel che abbia mai soggiornato nella mia vita! Dall'inizio avrei dovuto sapere cosa era in avanti. Non c'è un ufficio di ricezione. Check in è al bar. Non c'è nessuna informazione pubblicata da nessuna parte e se si accede a un'ora normale, non troverai nessuno per aiutare. La signora che corre il posto non è da trovare da nessuna parte e gli ospiti sono lasciati a cercare per se stessi. Siamo stati li' per 4 notti e non abbiamo mai fatto pulire la nostra stanza, siamo usciti di carta da bagno e di asciugamani, e abbiamo dovuto cacciare la signora per ottenere più. La stanza era una merda sporca dal momento in cui siamo entrati. Smeraldi tazze di caffè, involucri e buste degli occupanti precedenti e abbiamo solo un pezzo di asciugamani. Il letto è in alto dalla porta del bagno, quindi se stai accanto al letto e qualcuno cammina fuori dal bagno, ti colpisce dalla porta ogni volta. L’ascensore non funzionava correttamente e fece un rumore terribile finché non avevamo paura di usarlo più; sicuramente, si fermò. La signora pulizia è stata lasciata per controllare le persone in casa, dal momento che il proprietario dormiva e non si presenta fino a tardi in pomeriggio. Il problema è che la signora pulizia parla solo spagnolo. Dovremmo aiutarla a comunicare con tre coppie separate che non potevano capirla. Non hanno mappe per aiutarti a raggiungere la città e non c'è nessuno da chiedere. In un nutshell...Non restare in questo hotel!!!! Non posso sottolinearlo abbastanza! Le foto sono ingannanti.
