Siamo stati molto bene, l'hotel è proprio al centro di Zuoz sulla piazza principale. Al ristorante si mangia in maniera deliziosa, soprattutto specialità locali! Torneremo sicuramente! Il personale parla anche italiano e sono tutti gentilissimi e disponibili! Davvero un posto in cui tornare.

Albergo situato nella piazzetta principale, quindi ottima posizione e comodissimo. Si tratta di un albergo storico che preserva essenzialità e semplicità, atmosfera rilassante. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite. Lo staff e’ molto cortese. Buona la colazione. Come servizi sicuramente rimane basic ma ha un buon ristorante.

Wir haben die Nähe zum Nationalpark in einem tollen 4er Zimmer genossen. Trotz Covid19 durften wir unbeschwerte Tage geniessen. Die Vorsichtsmassnahmen werden umgesetzt und ei gehalten. Die Zimmer sind sauber und das Personal aufmerksam und freundlich. Herzlichen Dank!

Wir waren zum Nachtessen im Restaurant, leider neben der Theke platziert. Kellner reagiert unprofessionell mit der jungen Mitarbeiterin, faucht sie an,hetzt sie mit ungenauen Infos zu Gästen. Zu uns ist er auch unfreundlich, gestresst. Bringt falsches Essen. Schade, als Gast will ich keine negative Stimmung des Personals mitbekommen. Komme sicher nicht wieder

Ich war mit dem Velo auf dem Innradweg unterwegs. Es war der Nationalfeiertag der Schweiz. Daher habe ich kurzfristig das Hotel buchen können. Ein Reservation im Restaurant ist ebenfalls empfohlen worden. Unterkunft, Restaurant sehr gut. Es gibt auch abschliessbare Unterstellmöglichkeiten für das Velo.

Waren mit Freunden für 1 Nacht in diesem Hotel. Dachten dies sei ein "Historic Hotel"....leider kann man dies bei den Zimmern nicht sagen. Für Fr. 203.-- sind diese mit Laminatböden! nicht schön eingerichtet. Da dürfte man doch schon etwas erwarten. Hätte man schöner renovieren können! Am Sonntagmorgen schrien die Reinigungskräfte in den leeren Zimmern rum. Das Stüva-Restaurant ist aber sehr schön und das Essen fein. Die Rezeption informiert einem bei der Ankunft nicht, man muss sich selber durchfragen.
