Ogni volta che vivo, la reception è particolarmente entusiasta quando si soggiorna. The hotel was comfortable, clean and well-furnished. The staff were memorable; the cleaning ladies were very polite and helpful, and the girls on the front desk were so sweet. Despite our language difficulties they helped me so much to arrange a visit to the Eastern Qing Tombs, and to get a transfer later on to Beijing. The evening I arrived I asked if there was a shopping centre in the vicinity and one of the girls said she was about to finish her shift and took me there in her car! They were all so friendly and helpful. The only negative point I would mention is that the door to my room was not very secure: on leaving the room I found I could easily force it open without using the key! This needs to be looked at urgently. Overall though I was very happy with my all too short stay, and I will remember the lovely reception staff for a long time.
