Located above a destination shoe boutique in the downtown shopping district, this 2 bedroom VRBO is one of 4 apartments on the 2nd level of one of the oldest buildings in Zumbrota. Just a block or two from the Goodhue Pioneer Trail and the Covered Bridge Park, with the only covered bridge still remaining in Minnesota. It's a quick 3 block walk to the historic State Theatre. Clean and comfortable Zumbrota Apartment
My husband and I stayed in Connie's apartment in Zumbrota for a weekend. The apartment was comfortable and very clean. We enjoyed the thoughtful snacks, water, coffee, and tea provided to make us feel at home and welcome. Connie's communication with us was excellent, check-in and check-out was very easy, and she did a great job providing us with helpful information. The location was great. A gas station/convenience store, grocery store, restaurants, and fun shops were less than a block or two away. We would definitely recommend this lovely apartment to our family and friends, and we'd love to stay there again.

Awesome apartment downtown Zumbrota
Apartment was perfect. Very clean and had everything needed. Excellent communication with the host. We will definitely stay here again when in the area. It is right downtown easy walking to a cafe a few

I grew up in a small town and now I live in a big city. I had forgotten just how quiet small town living is. The host had the best set up for us. Her place is better than some 4 star hotels I've stayed in. Everything about our stay was perfect, I just wish I had more time to enjoy our stay. I'm really excited about my next visit in her area. I can only hope that this place is available.

Better Than Any Hotel
My mom and I stayed here because I couldn't find a hotel in the area for our dates. I am SO happy we couldn't find a hotel! This 2 bedroom apartment was perfect. We got to share space but still have our own bedrooms. The apartment was clean, comfortable and little things like a basket of snacks and water in the fridge were so appreciated!

stay with Connie
Connie was more then accommodating and really was a delight. we got to interact with a few of the neighbors who were all very friendly. The apartment was very clean and neat, and in a great location to explore down town.
