Tui Blue Adriatic Beach

Che hotel eccellente, davvero pulito e ottimo servizio, tutto il personale era davvero gentile e disponibile, il cibo era delizioso e molte opzioni per tutti, comprese le esigenze dietetiche. Alcuni membri del personale si sono distinti come Albin, il rappresentante del fitness, ha tenuto ottime lezioni, molto disponibile e amichevole in ogni momento, fai attenzione a TUI assicurati di tenerlo stretto. Ivan, il barista, non poteva fare abbastanza per noi (ci ha persino preparato il suo cocktail) lavorano molto duramente come fa tutto il personale e raccoglievano / svuotavano i tavoli e prendevano il tuo ordine in modo da non dover andare al bar. Come ha fatto la bella signora Sara. Sempre gentile e disponibile di nuovo Adriatic, devi tenerlo stretto è un vero vantaggio per l'hotel. Avevamo una camera con vista sul mare dopo aver guardato i commenti e ne vale la pena fantastici tramonti. La spiaggia e la piscina hanno entrambe dei bar, la piscina uno serve snack e sì, ci sono molti gradini, ma ehi, la descrizione dell'hotel te lo dice. Incredibile, il personale ce l'ha fatta davvero per noi. Lukas, il rappresentante del TUI, ha organizzato i viaggi che abbiamo visitato a Dubrovnik e ha fatto il rafting sull'acqua tramite TUI ed entrambi sono davvero ben organizzati e un'ottima esperienza è davvero un uomo adorabile. Abbiamo fatto una gita in barca a due isole dai rappresentanti sulla spiaggia di nuovo una bella giornata fuori. Ci sono alcuni bar lungo la strada se vuoi cambiare. Consiglio vivamente.

Siamo stati qui la scorsa settimana - Ho prenotato l'Alacarte la sera prima non ci ho pensato - si è presentato il giovedì il giorno prima della nostra partenza per sentirci dire "Cosa vuoi" Abbiamo spiegato che abbiamo prenotato, ha detto "Non nella lista" . Onestamente mi sentivo come se volessi piangere per quanto un uomo mi avesse parlato maleducato. Mi sono lamentato con la reception ma ma non mi è stato ancora permesso di mangiare, ho finito per mangiare fuori dall'hotel perché mi sentivo così arrabbiato anche per il modo in cui mi avevano parlato - Non c'era nessuno seduto all'interno del ristorante, quindi non riesco a capire perché dovrebbero ' t farci mangiare quando la nostra prenotazione era stata I tappeti delle camere erano molto sporchi, i pavimenti delle camere erano lavati con quella che sembrava acqua sporca. La pizza in piscina era fredda lasciata fuori con mosche tutto. La colazione a buffet non era buona, niente fagioli, solo fagioli messicani? Salsicce orribili e frittelle fredde.

I’m writing this review on day five of my holiday. After reading previous reviews I actually asked to change hotels. It wasn’t possible and I am so pleased. I love this hotel for so many reasons. I have complex allergies and the hotel have been fantastic. Thank you to Nicola in the restaurant. I feel so spoilt. The hotel is a bit remote but go to the beach, turn left and find beauty. The hotel is spotless, the food is great, the welcome is fab. We’ve had a bit of rain but it’s not cold and it is gorgeous. Loving my hols and I’m already worried about having to leave. Thank you to the TUI BLUE team, another fab experience.

Honest factual opinion. 1. Food -every day the same,nothing traditional. Warm at its finest. Put it this qay -you had to eat not be hungry. 2. A lot of steps -from pool to rooms, from beach to rooms. To our room we had 100 steps -yes I vounted them. 3. Entertainment ,- besides live music,bingo,queez..nothing.No Croatian evenings. 4. Seating on a upper floor to listen to music - not enough spaces. If you were late you had no place to seat. Massive hotel , not enough seating. First time after being on Holiday - i have learnt nothing about Croatian food,culture. No Croatian shows, dances, music. Location is beautiful with amazing places to take pictures but everywhere is far away- to Makarska town 40km away. I will come to Croatia but not to this Hotel. I would not recommed it unless you want chill out, do nothing. Really shame because Croatia is beautiful country.

Fantastic food and lovely vibe. Beautiful beach metres away from the pool area. Great rooms - small but perfect for what’s needed. Only reason not giving 5/5 is because there’s a clamour for sun beds and nobody enforces the rule about not putting towels on them to reserve. Also, dining area staff constantly seem to drop cutlery as they clear tables and the noise is not conducive to a relaxing meal.

I thought the hotel was nice and the food was good and it is in a stunning location. It is quiet and that suited us fine. The staff were pleasant and our room was always spotlessly keen. However, we chose this hotel because you could sit on loungers on the beach and be away from people. We have no interest in being around the pool and near other people but prefer the peace of the beach. Between booking and arriving the hotel lost the contract for the beach loungers and it now costs 60 euro a day for a family of four. If we had known this we would have chosen another hotel. Everyone is now crammed in around the pool (and I mean crammed) or on the old beach volleyball court which is grubby and nowhere near four star. I felt like the holiday had been missold to us. Such a shame as there was so much else to like.

Brilliant stay , all the staff are supper helpful and friendly and give brilliant service . A big thanks to the housekeeping team especially the woman who serviced our room all ways had a smile and would always stop to speak. The food was excellent and very good service from the F&B team . Only down side would be having to pay extra for different spirits (named sprits and beers) and cocktails . 100% would stay here again !!!

There are some very good points so I'll start with the positive but for us the negative is overwhelming....... The hotel room was large,clean and had all that you needed. But..... when i booked, I know I booked the room with sunbeds on the balcony and our room didn't have this. The views are amazing and Croatia is stunning! We had some very good days out and trips. The skywalk, Makarska town at night and a boat trip to Hvar and Brac. All very good. The Adriatic Ocean is one of the most beautiful seas I have ever swam in. The sunbed situation is what it is , and whilst frustrating, we chose to book a daybed near the beach behind the bar area at a cost of 60 euros per day. I would not be happy having a sunbed in some of the areas they're using, ie. the old tennis courts. it's ugly, bare, poor quality, no view with gravel and broken beds. Not what a 4 star plus hotel should be providing. Yes, there are extra sunbeds up by the pool but they're so many, you are cramped and it's hard to even walk in between. The ridiculous queue that starts before 7am yet the hotel has a rule of not reserving sunbeds? why is the hotel not enforcing it's own guidelines and rules?? The food is of a good variety for breakfast, lunch and dinner. For us, breakfast and lunch was lovely but the meat at dinner was tough and so dry that it wasn't cooked tender or nice at all apart from one night which was their Gala night on the Thursday. The a'la carte was underwhelming with a poor choice of menu for the mains and we wasn't impressed although the staff,particularly Dragon were very good and efficient. Although our room was lovely and clean on arrival, for 2 days running, our dirty towels were left on the bathroom floor. clean ones were replaced but the dirty laundry remained on the floor? And they give you limited tea and coffee sachets so I hope you're not too thirsty and want more than one cup in a day...... Lastly, some staff were friendly, helpful and are a credit to the hotel but, we were shocked at how rude some of the other staff were. The bar staff at the pool bar need to be a bit more happy and approachable, they spoke so rudely and abrupt and a particular bar man at Theos coffee bar was so rude about English people, out loud, calling names if you were English and he wasn't quiet when expressing his gestures about tourists from England. If they're choosing to work in customer facing jobs then please learn some manners. Some of you are very rude. I would come back to Croatia,.most definitely, all areas are just beautiful but I would not return to Adriatic Beach again and I would not recommend the hotel either.
