The hotel‘s beakfast was one of the best ever. From house made strawberry or mango jam up to a fantastic offer in fish up to even Eierlikör.
Super service. I recommend.

Very loud while the windows are opened!parking only for one day then the car needs to be transferred to a „ safe“ place!!! Climate control is missing in the room!!! Breakfast and service are very well

Das Hotel in alten Stil macht auf den ersten Blick den Eindruck als wäre man in die zwanziger Jahre zurückversetzt. Das Zimmer und die Ausstattung entspricht einem 3-Sterne-Hotel. Im Restaurant wird man sehr unpersönlich und mit der Zurückhaltung der letzten 20er behandelt. Mag es an der Reisezeit liegen, der Andrang war sehr mäßig und die Abstände im Restaurant zu den besetzten Nachbartischen riesig. Meerblick vom Zimmer nur ab 3.OG! Für 5-Sterne muss einiges mehr getan werden.

… mein Lieblingshotel in Zinnowitz. Diesmal zu spät gebucht und leider kein Zimmer mehr bekommen. Aber das Gebäude ist schwer in die Jahre gekommen und sieht mittlerweile schrecklich aus… Hier muss dringend gehandelt werden….

Wir waren so gespannt. Raus aus unserer Blase und Erholung pur. Das beste Haus in Zinnowitz gebucht (5 Sterne). Zimmer mit Meerblick, als wir eintraten, merkten wir sofort - es wurde geraucht in diesem Zimmer. Ein No Go. Zimmer gewechselt, aber keine Entschuldigung. Es gibt eine schöne kleine Bar im Hotel, in der geraucht wird! Ein No Go. EINE Sauna im Haus wird erst um 17:00 Uhr geöffnet. Ein No Go im 5 Sterne Haus. Im Restaurant wurde nur ein Menü angeboten - Begründung Corona! Frühstück war sehr gut. (es wurde aber nicht geschafft, Meerrettich in unseren Tagen zu besorgen) Wir werden dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen

Niemals 5 Sterne. Alles in einem sind alle extrem Inkompetent. Vom Frühstück bis hin zum Abendessen war alles nur von der Stange. Das kann auch ein gutes 3 Sterne Haus. Unser Fazit Das Hotel ist nicht mal ansatzweise das was es vorgibt zu sein
