Spent a week here after volunteering with a turtle conservation organization and absolutely LOVED my stay here! The location was fantastic when you like being close to everything: right near the market and a short walk from the beach. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. Everything was working. Wifi was good. The pool was a refreshing treat after a day of walking about and don’t miss the roof top terrasse: the sparrows come out to eat at about 6pm and it’s quite the show. All and all - highly recommend this little gem if you are not looking for big resort type hotels

We stayed at Hotel Casa de la Palma for the first and last days of our two week stay in Zihuatanejo and we congratulated ourselves for finding such a wonderful gem in the heart of El Centro. The staff was welcoming, informative and helpful. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms and facilities. The courtyard pool and rooftop terrace were definite bonuses. Very pleasant breakfast included. The location is excellent with easy walks to restaurants and the beach. The fruit vendors on the street provided tasty snacks coming and going. Highly recommended.

Good location in Centro … felt safe walking back in the evening as a single female. Hotel is well run by very attentive staff, and they worked quickly to address and correct hot water issue. Nice breakfast, and great value. Will be back next year!

I normally travel by myself but this time I travelled with my family. My biggest concern is always safety. I got two separate rooms which were on separate floors. I slept by myself and I felt very safe. If you’re a female traveler I highly recommend this place. It was impeccably clean, the staff are insanely kind, and it’s in a great location. It’s located in the heart of downtown. It was such a great experience being able to stay here. Out of all the places I’ve travelled this was by far my favorite stay.

Stayed at Casa/Palma for a week. Had a wonderful time. Staff is marvelous- Jessica in particular. We had an (airline) luggage problem with no resolution until Jessica called the offices for us. Very grateful. Beds/linen/towels comfortable. Nice pool. Nice breakfast. This is a very colorful and charming hotel. My only 'reservation' is that I need to advise travelers that it has a lot of stairs. Something to be mindful of if one has mobility issues

Les comento que el lugar está bien, todo limpio servicios todo agradable ! Lo único que no me gusto es que entre vuelo cancelado por VOLARIS de un día y el costeo de cancelación de habitación de ese día me cobraron el 50% y lo entendí! Al final esta mal la leyenda que se sigue manejando lo que llaman los pagos ocultos, en principio aparecía la habitación en $750 pero con iva se elevó a $850 y cómo no llame para cancelar mi hospedaje con la app me cobraron la multa ! Al final acabé pagando por las 3 noche $2996 Si lo dividen entre los 3 días fueron casi $1000 por noche !! Así que recomiendo no hagamos por app ninguna reserva ! Mi vuelo era el lunes pasado y aunque me otorgaron un 25 % al final se fue en la multa !! Y la aerolínea decidió cuando me puedo ir o perder mi tiempo !!
