Anche se era un breve soggiorno, mi piaceva essere lì e sarei più che felice di tornare.

My first stay at a Hampton again, since 19 years ago, when I stayed at the Hampton in Manhattan, New York City, New York. Staying at the Hampton in Zibo, Shandong was truly a most pleasant experience. Upon entering the foyer, we were well received by all staff present. We were politely greeted in English, and Ailsa assisted us with a prompt check in process. The facilities are well kept, and the Hotel is as good as new. Infact, it's one of the newest Hotels in Zibo, and everything is in immaculate order. We booked and stayed in one of the suites, and found the suite to be fairly spacious and well equipped. The bed is extremly comfortable, from the mattress itself, to the bedding. Breakfast at the ”Hampton Restaurant” was excellent, as they have a huge variety of tasty dishes available. There are”Friendly staff” at the restaurant, and the facilities are immaculate. General Suggestions: I would suggest that the Hampton, provide additional drinking water. As they provided 2x bottles per room, per day, whereas the other hotels generally provide, at least 4x bottles per room, per day. Furthermore, I would suggest that the Hampton provide at least 2x rolls of toilet paper per day, as currently, only 1x roll is provided, per day (neighbouring hotels provide 2x rolls of toilet paper per day). (I doubt that there would be a significant cost implication in this regard). Note: There is a vending machine downstairs, which is convenient, should you require drinks or snacks. Other than these suggestions, we found the overall experience to be most pleasant. The checkout process was prompt and the staff at the front desk, were friendly and efficient. We can recommend the Hampton Hotel in Zibo, to all travellers, foreign, and domestic.

Very new and clean Hotel with excellent Hotel Staff Service, especially Ms Lucy Wan who is very friendly and professional who catered to all my requests. A hotel that I will return to stay again when I'm back in Zibo. Thank you Lucy

Our most recent trip to Zibo was a special one, and we wanted our Hotel stay to be special as well. We chose to stay at the Zibo Ramada, as this has always been one of our favorite Hotels to visit, whilst in Zibo. We checked in on Friday and checked out on Sunday. As it was a special outing, we submitted a special request to the Ramada. We requested that the room ”Business Suite”, be decorated, according to the ”Romantic Theme”. Our request was met, and our suite was beautifully decorated, with red bedding and white swans (towels). Our check-in process was a bit slow, and this could improve in future. Ms. Mia Wang, did however do her best, to speed the process up, and apologized accordingly. Breakfast at the ”Cafe' Grand”, was good as always, with a fair variety of Western and Chinese dishes to select from. The Lobby Lounge is always nice to visit, and great if you want to enjoy the elegant feel. Housekeeping was also very friendly and courteous, and ensured that we had all that we need, at all times. There was enough drinking water at all times. The Zibo Ramada was courteous enough to afford us with a late check out, as our transport was delayed on the day. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and will continue to support the Zibo Ramada, as often as possible. See you soon.

房間有四十多平，三個人住不會很擁擠。有兩個洗漱台，一個浴缸，馬桶和洗浴間有單獨的門隔開。 亞朵資深會員了，去全國各地會優先選擇亞朵，這次也沒有讓人失望。 服務很好，我們因為各種原因打前台電話不下十次，反應速度很快，態度也很好。 *才知道衣服可以免費送洗，烘乾後送回來，挺好的。

All'inizio non volevo commentare, ma la cosa peggiore di questo viaggio a Zibo è stato l'hotel in cui ho soggiornato. La posizione dell'hotel è ottima, vicino all'Ottavo Bureau, ma è molto difficile entrare e Le strutture dell'hotel sono relativamente vecchie, ho soggiornato allo Sheraton in diverse città e questa è la peggiore il rubinetto perdeva e ho chiamato quattro volte per ripararlo. La colazione dell'hotel era ancora più terribile. La maggior parte dei piatti erano vuoti. Anche se si dice che a maggio ci siano più persone, poiché i prezzi sono aumentati, dobbiamo essere più preparati, invece di limitarci ad aumentare i prezzi durante le vacanze.

L'hotel è buono, il servizio è buono, e molto entusiasta.Specialmente il coniuge Li Zhuang è molto entusiasta. Temo che non troviamo un posto per mandarci al portico. La strada introduce anche la posizione della piscina, la sala fitness e la colazione e l'ora di apertura. La stanza è anche molto comoda e la piscina è anche super grande. Quando uscite dall'auto, dimenticate la chiusura. Li ha scoperto che ha correto fino al parcheggio per aiutare a chiudere la chiusura.Aiutare a prendere il bagaglio, anche quando ha lasciato l'hotel, ha anche spedito i frutti dal negozio, raccomandato.

酒店非常好，外觀漂亮，歐式風格的設計，有種身處希臘愛琴海浪漫。酒店內部裝修很温馨，房間非常乾淨，酒店管家暖心服務，並給我們推薦了島上特色美食，因為有東西遺失在上一家酒店，酒店漂亮小姐姐熱心幫助，才能及時收到物品，真心感謝🙏有想來養馬島的朋友，可以首選這家酒店，可以説養馬島是去了一次還想再去的地方，那麼這家酒店～觀海城堡民宿，就是住過一次還想再住的一家酒店！

酒店主動給升級了套房，體驗超驚喜。套房空間寬敞明亮。客廳佈局合理，沙發柔軟舒適，精緻的茶几擺放果盤，水果新鮮美味。晚上工作人員貼心送來了銀耳羹。床很舒服，房間乾淨整潔且，一晚好眠。衞生間乾濕分離，淋浴噴頭出水量大且水温穩定。重點點評早飯，品種豐富，特色韭菜餛飩。糗糕好好吃，甜香糯。説是糕覺得更像濃稠的甜粥。 酒店的服務很周到，前台接待我們的是“糯米很甜”小妹妹熱情貼心，無論是入住還是退房手續都辦理迅速。從套房內的設施到整體服務，都能感受到酒店對客人的尊重與用心。這是一次非常棒的入住體驗，以後有機會還會選擇這家酒店，也會推薦給朋友們。這裏的停車非常方便，地上地下都有很多車位。十一期間也不用擔心。離高速口非常近。自駕絕對推薦。

Il vento dell'hotel cinese, il paesaggio è molto bello, l'esame degli oggetti, la qualità del personale di servizio è alta. È il hotel più bello dell'ambiente che abbia mai vissuto. Dopo di loro c'è un design di persone alti. I passi sono dettagli. Lo sapore di Shao è un hotel di alta qualità. Ora il prezzo è familiare, ma dal servizio personale alla qualità del piatto non è facile. La verità è che questo è il miglior hotel che abbia mai soggiornato finora.
