UUtente ospiteSono rimasto in questo hotel per qualche volta. Infatti un buon hotel, ma penso che il personale (o almeno uno di loro) dovrebbe parlare inglese per i clienti all'estero. È vero che con i telefoni cellulari tutto è possibile, ma a volte il contatto diretto è meglio. Inoltre, suggerisco che Ctrip abbia migliori affari per la prenotazione online. Ho avuto una discussione sgradevole (finalmente risolto con l'aiuto di un tipo molto gentile del Servizio Clienti di Trip) a causa della politica di prenotazione di Hampton.

UUtente ospiteAll'inizio non volevo commentare, ma la cosa peggiore di questo viaggio a Zibo è stato l'hotel in cui ho soggiornato. La posizione dell'hotel è ottima, vicino all'Ottavo Bureau, ma è molto difficile entrare e Le strutture dell'hotel sono relativamente vecchie, ho soggiornato allo Sheraton in diverse città e questa è la peggiore il rubinetto perdeva e ho chiamato quattro volte per ripararlo. La colazione dell'hotel era ancora più terribile. La maggior parte dei piatti erano vuoti. Anche se si dice che a maggio ci siano più persone, poiché i prezzi sono aumentati, dobbiamo essere più preparati, invece di limitarci ad aumentare i prezzi durante le vacanze.

The place was clean but a little attention to details would make it better (like the stained carpet in the bedroom. We ended up with an ugly but clean view. Even saw people walking by and was about to change so glad that there was curtain in the bathroom area but I love the open and airiness of the room. The hallways were dark as well as the hallway along the first floor corridor. I think it’s for the atmosphere. The amenities were amazing. The food for breakfast was not memorable but suitable and cooked well. The pool area was so crowded with children so I passed but everyone look like they were enjoying it. Overall, I would definitely stay again.

MMichael & Nici Exploring China and BeyondOur most recent trip to Zibo was a special one, and we wanted our Hotel stay to be special as well.
We chose to stay at the Zibo Ramada, as this has always been one of our favorite Hotels to visit, whilst in Zibo.
We checked in on Friday and checked out on Sunday.
As it was a special outing, we submitted a special request to the Ramada.
We requested that the room ”Business Suite”, be decorated, according to the ”Romantic Theme”.
Our request was met, and our suite was beautifully decorated, with red bedding and white swans (towels).
Our check-in process was a bit slow, and this could improve in future.
Ms. Mia Wang, did however do her best, to speed the process up, and apologized accordingly.
Breakfast at the ”Cafe' Grand”, was good as always, with a fair variety of Western and Chinese dishes to select from.
The Lobby Lounge is always nice to visit, and great if you want to enjoy the elegant feel.
Housekeeping was also very friendly and courteous, and ensured that we had all that we need, at all times.
There was enough drinking water at all times.
The Zibo Ramada was courteous enough to afford us with a late check out, as our transport was delayed on the day.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and will continue to support the Zibo Ramada, as often as possible.

UUtente ospiteThis hotel is really, really far from Zibobei (Zibo north) train station, but we were happy to see all of the lights and interesting buildings of Zibo during our long taxi ride! The hotel is a short taxi ride away from the usual Zibo train station, however. The reception desk was very kind and sell snacks and drinks even late at night so that you don't have to buy them elsewhere if you arrive late. We wanted to open the window at night for fresh air but couldn't figure out how to do so, so we had to settle for the air conditioner. Please make it easier to open/close the windows.

JJon EdwardWe stay in the tatami room and the bed was very comfortable, one of the best I have had in a Chinese hotel. The staff were very friendly. The location was great, lots to do in the area. Free parking off the street. Very reasonable price.
However, you do get what you pay for. The room was old and a little cold. The bathroom was old, although clean. We had to run the airconditioner to heat up the room, which did work well, but then it was quite dry. Overall, it was fine and what we expected the for price.
