Hotel in zona Fengshuishenghuo Square, Zibo

La colazione era ok, la prima volta che sono andato a Zibo per lavoro, l'hotel è molto vicino alla stazione di Zibo, a soli due chilometri. C'è anche Vientiane Hui accanto, che è molto comodo per mangiare. I fratellini e le sorelline alla reception sono molto educati~~~

Our most recent trip to Zibo was a special one, and we wanted our Hotel stay to be special as well. We chose to stay at the Zibo Ramada, as this has always been one of our favorite Hotels to visit, whilst in Zibo. We checked in on Friday and checked out on Sunday. As it was a special outing, we submitted a special request to the Ramada. We requested that the room ”Business Suite”, be decorated, according to the ”Romantic Theme”. Our request was met, and our suite was beautifully decorated, with red bedding and white swans (towels). Our check-in process was a bit slow, and this could improve in future. Ms. Mia Wang, did however do her best, to speed the process up, and apologized accordingly. Breakfast at the ”Cafe' Grand”, was good as always, with a fair variety of Western and Chinese dishes to select from. The Lobby Lounge is always nice to visit, and great if you want to enjoy the elegant feel. Housekeeping was also very friendly and courteous, and ensured that we had all that we need, at all times. There was enough drinking water at all times. The Zibo Ramada was courteous enough to afford us with a late check out, as our transport was delayed on the day. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and will continue to support the Zibo Ramada, as often as possible. See you soon.

My first stay at a Hampton again, since 19 years ago, when I stayed at the Hampton in Manhattan, New York City, New York. Staying at the Hampton in Zibo, Shandong was truly a most pleasant experience. Upon entering the foyer, we were well received by all staff present. We were politely greeted in English, and Ailsa assisted us with a prompt check in process. The facilities are well kept, and the Hotel is as good as new. Infact, it's one of the newest Hotels in Zibo, and everything is in immaculate order. We booked and stayed in one of the suites, and found the suite to be fairly spacious and well equipped. The bed is extremly comfortable, from the mattress itself, to the bedding. Breakfast at the ”Hampton Restaurant” was excellent, as they have a huge variety of tasty dishes available. There are”Friendly staff” at the restaurant, and the facilities are immaculate. General Suggestions: I would suggest that the Hampton, provide additional drinking water. As they provided 2x bottles per room, per day, whereas the other hotels generally provide, at least 4x bottles per room, per day. Furthermore, I would suggest that the Hampton provide at least 2x rolls of toilet paper per day, as currently, only 1x roll is provided, per day (neighbouring hotels provide 2x rolls of toilet paper per day). (I doubt that there would be a significant cost implication in this regard). Note: There is a vending machine downstairs, which is convenient, should you require drinks or snacks. Other than these suggestions, we found the overall experience to be most pleasant. The checkout process was prompt and the staff at the front desk, were friendly and efficient. We can recommend the Hampton Hotel in Zibo, to all travellers, foreign, and domestic.

這家酒店我給100分！前台服務人員和保潔阿姨、以及在酒店裡遇到的每一個工作人員都很親切，有問題願意幫忙解決問題，我們住得很安心。房間很大，各種設施齊全，住得很舒服，每天都睡得很好。雖然連住3天，但保潔阿姨每天都會打掃房間。 酒店在一個小區裏，剛來的時候覺得有點偏，但住下來發現周圍挺不錯的，早早晚晚各種小店，特別熱鬧。酒店周圍的道路也挺寬的，叫車很方便，酒店旁邊還有停車場。酒店旁邊就有便利店，對面的燒烤和旁邊的陶然飯店都不錯。總之，這家酒店我們都很滿意。Good！很有人情味的酒店！

Inaspettatamente, davvero buono.Con due scatole di frutta di mare, la ricetta dell'hotel mi ha aiutato a mettere nel frigorifero dell'hotel.Lucy è bella e entusiasta.Le strutture interne dell'hotel sono complete, anche relativamente nuove, molto pulite. La scarsa acqua è leggermente lenta nel bagno, ma l'acqua è molto pulita; La finestra non ha una finestra di aria, e la finestra è stata aperta per un'altra notte. 酒店環境真不錯，設施各個方面都挺好。前台穿綠色服裝的服務員態度挺好，唯獨有一個大堂經理，服務態度一點也不好，有點*****，我們當晚去的很晚，我們説可不可以看看房間，前台服務員説可以看，有很多房間。然後説給升級豪華房間，突然這個大堂經理過來以後，告訴我們升級不了，説沒有房間了，都晚上八點多了。然後告訴我們如果覺得不合適可以退房，******，****

房間面積很大，很乾凈舒服，床墊硬度合適，枕頭也很舒服。還很人性化給放了一張小圓桌，一個小沙發椅，用起來很方便。前台小姐姐特別熱情，服務特別全面周到，下次還要繼續定漢庭。
