Hotel in zona Zhuhai Port Shopping Plaza - Western District, Zhuhai

Great location. Close to everything, railway station, border gongbei, shopping centre, eating. Fair price. Nice service too. Recommend place to stay.

先説優點：位置真心離拱北口岸很近，酒店附近有地下商城入口“魅力女人”，走到口岸也就七八分鐘。而且樓下有好多吃的，很熱鬧。據説住客這樓下停車場也可以免費停車。當天週六給提前辦理的入住，也給的延遲退房（這個可能是攜程送的），要贊一下。而且酒店性價比挺高的。 再説缺點：酒店真的設施挺陳舊的了，就是類似那種老的三星級賓館，有小冰箱和保險櫃，當面應該定位挺高的。發現被子上有血跡，當晚拍照和前台講了一下，也算和酒店做個備註，以免退房有糾紛。浴室這個私隱簾也有點臟了，建議有時間清洗下。屋子裡煙味有點重，也不知道有沒有無煙房，這個入職的同學要提前問好。外來人員如外賣員可以進入客房區，這個有好有壞，壞處是人員會有點雜，好處是點外賣等比較方便，直接到房間門口。酒店有大堂，但應該是和樓裏的其他商户公用，比如説三樓的茶餐廳。 雖然評分給的不高，但我還是推薦酒店的性價比，在這個位置挺方便。

Booking was smooth via the app and reached the hotel before the designated check in time of 3pm. However, the receptionist staff, Xiao Yu (小雨) was fantastic and very helpful. Not only did she allow for an earlier check in, but also upgraded to a bigger room (Deluxe Room) and allowed a late check out the following day. Location of the hotel is very convenient if you want to be close to Gongbei Port / Zhuhai Railway Station. Would recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, location and their wonderful staff, particularly Xiao Yu (小雨).

Check in staff was polite. Asked for non smoking room but was shown a room that smelled like a smokehouse, this was after the reception asked the housekeeping to do immediate smoke sanitizer. Requested to change room but was shown another room that was smaller and smelling of smoke. Asked the housekeeping to leave us a bottle of sanitizer and we sprayed the whole room and went out. Returned few hours later but still smelled of smoke, obviously can never get rid of the smell because the smoke smell is already infused into the curtains, bed, blankets and the pillows. If anyone is not tolerant of the smoking smell please don’t consider this hotel. Even the inside of the lift smell bad because they don’t care a damn and still smoke while taking the lift. I don’t think they have any non smoking floors as we can see they supply ash trays in the rooms. They are allowed to smoke everywhere in the hotel, no restrictions. Room is old furnishings but bedsheets and pillow cases are clean. Shower pressure and hot water is good. Amenities are basic but sufficient. Sound insulation is ok and no street noise. Except for the early noise from the nearby construction going on across the road. No fault of the hotel. Location is strategic, walking distance from the Gongbei port if you coming and going to Macau. Coming from Hong Kong by bus, you need to take a taxi to get here. No metro or bus services nearby. The inter state railway station is nearby about a 20 minute walk. 10 minutes walk to Gongbei Plaza and you will find lots of shopping and food. We did a day trip to Macau and walked all the way through immigration and customs inspection. Would recommend to travelers looking for just a place to sleep and explore during the day. Not a holiday staycation kind of hotel unless you are a smoker!!

In generale, molti dettagli non sono stati fatti bene, la finestra possiede un guaio usato e ancora infilato, non so cosa fare. Sono anche segni di fervenze sulla parete della TV. Altri dicono che non si sente bene.

Room not so big but enough for me.. clean and tidy.. location near to gongbei custom to Macao.. no worry on grocery store and restaurant, able to get it within 100metre.. will come again

L'hotel è molto buono soprattutto per i bambini della famiglia, solo la cosa è che il loro colazione non è buono forse per il popolo cinese è ok, ma non per gli stranieri

Molto bel posto, amare l'aroma quando si passa dentro pieno di piacevole accenti fiori e il servizio è bello con un supermercato vicino e abbondante da mangiare, anche avere un club notturno accanto a lui incassando si vuole ballare la notte lontano, consiglio questo posto

Volevo esprimere il mio profondo ringraziamento per il servizio eccezionale che ho ricevuto durante il mio recente soggiorno presso l'hotel. Il allenatore del desk front, e anche Sandy's sincera e rapida assistenza con il check-in e la gestione delle mie domande, hanno reso la mia esperienza davvero piacevole. Mi aspetto di visitare nuovamente Pullman Zhuhai in futuro e lo consiglierò certamente agli altri.

L'hotel è molto nuovo e pulito, il cameriere è anche molto entusiasta, l'hotel è completamente attrezzato intorno. L'hotel è situato nel centro della città. Il pranzo è molto conveniente. Il parcheggio è molto conveniente. Non lontano dal zoo di Changlong. Sono passati venti minuti. È molto conveniente. Il parco di orchestra culturale vicino all'hotel è ancora una carta rossa di gioco Parco, il rapporto prezzo dell'hotel è ancora molto alto, vale la pena raccomandare!
