Very surprising when check in because the actual is completely different than the actual. The unit certainly requires maintenance. Daily cleaning is basic, they replaced towels and clear the garbage but didn’t make the bed. I’m not sure if they clean the floor so please do not stay barefoot. Reusable in room slippers were provided. They also provided unlimited drinking water and tissue papers. Only small beer glasses were provided. No mugs, no cutleries nor plates/bowl. You have to ask for it and they provided single used plastic of all the wares. The wooden bed created lotsa noise when you turned your body. The pillow was super flat. They provided decor cushion when you asked for extra pillow. Extra duvet will be charged for RMB50. They didn’t allow late check out even though we checked out 3 rooms for 2 hours earlier and requested to extend 2 hours late check out. They informed that due to back to back booking the extended hours unable to be accommodated with comp but later they reminded hourly rate for late check out to urge us get out from the room sharp at 12. If you have any taobao parcel to be received, please don’t use the address given from the App. It’s not accurate. It’s better you clarify with the front desk before arranged in advance. In conclusion, with the price we paid for 5 rooms, nothing to complain but just do not trust the photographer the property. Suitable for adults but not very kids and elderly friendly.

The room is clean and the receptionist is friendly

This is the worst ever accommodation I’ve ever been to. 1. There was no signage of the hotel outside and it was under another name when you get into the building. 2. It is inside a commercial building with office/warehouse on the same floor 3. The room was extremely dirty with broken stained furniture, toilet floor was wet with leakage. 4. The so called bedroom upstairs were just with a mattress on the floor 5. Had to catch a lorry lift to the reception on the 8th floor which was just a small warehouse like room. 6. We checked out immediately and told the reception that the room is not acceptable but then the hotel told trip.com that our reason of cancellation was because something important happened and we had to leave.

Friendly and very helpful front desk reception. Though our demand were demanding, front desk manager was polite and accommodating at all times. The unit is clean and bed comfortable and firm.
